本发明公开了抗菌抗静电功能复合面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有防辐射层,所述防辐射层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有抗静电层,所述抗静电层由碳纤维丝和炭黑系导电纤维丝组成,所述抗静电层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有耐磨层。本发明通过抗静电层、碳纤维丝和炭黑系导电纤维丝的配合使用,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到抗静电的目的,使得面料具有良好的抗静电效果,通过抗菌层、竹纤维丝和活性炭纤维丝的配合,且在抗菌层内填充有载银抗菌母粒,提高了面料的抗菌性,避免了面料容易滋生细菌,造成使用者使用时不舒适,通过设置耐磨层,增加了面料的耐磨性,避免了面料容易损坏的现象。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为抗菌抗静电功能复合面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织面料的安全性、舒适性、耐用性要求越来越高了,在日常生活中,目前所使用的纺织面料由于抗菌和抗静电效果差,并不能满足人们的需求,不方便使用,为此,我们提出抗菌抗静电功能复合面料。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了抗菌抗静电功能复合面料,具备抗菌和抗静电效果好的优点,解决了目前所使用的纺织面料由于抗菌和抗静电效果差,并不能满足人们的需求,不方便使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:抗菌抗静电功能复合面料,包括基布层,所述基布层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有防辐射层,所述防辐射层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有抗静电层,所述抗静电层由碳纤维丝和炭黑系导电纤维丝组成,所述抗静电层的顶部通过粘接剂连接有耐磨层,所述基布层的底部通过粘接剂连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层由竹纤维丝、活性炭纤维丝、填充孔和载银抗菌母粒组成。
优选的,所述碳纤维丝为经线,所述炭黑系导电纤维丝为纬线,所述碳纤维丝和炭黑系导电纤维丝之间交织而成。
优选的,所述竹纤维丝为经线,所述活性炭纤维丝为纬线,所述竹纤维丝与活性炭纤维丝之间交织而成,所述抗菌层的内腔开设有填充孔,所述填充孔的内腔设置有载银抗菌母粒。
优选的,所述防辐射层为纳米远红外陶瓷纤维层。
优选的,所述耐磨层为聚酰胺纤维层。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了抗菌抗静电功能复合面料,具备以下有益效果:
本发明通过抗静电层、碳纤维丝和炭黑系导电纤维丝的配合使用,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到抗静电的目的,使得面料具有良好的抗静电效果,通过抗菌层、竹纤维丝和活性炭纤维丝的配合,且在抗菌层内填充有载银抗菌母粒,提高了面料的抗菌性,避免了面料容易滋生细菌,造成使用者使用时不舒适,通过设置耐磨层,增加了面料的耐磨性,避免了面料容易损坏的现象,解决了目前所使用的纺织面料由于抗菌和抗静电效果差,并不能满足人们的需求,不方便使用的问题。

请参阅图1-3,抗菌抗静电功能复合面料,包括基布层1,基布层1的顶部通过粘接剂连接有防辐射层2,防辐射层2为纳米远红外陶瓷纤维层,防辐射层2的顶部通过粘接剂连接有抗静电层3,抗静电层3由碳纤维丝301和炭黑系导电纤维丝302组成,碳纤维丝301为经线,炭黑系导电纤维丝302为纬线,碳纤维丝301和炭黑系导电纤维丝302之间交织而成,通过抗静电层3、碳纤维丝301和炭黑系导电纤维丝302的配合使用,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到抗静电的目的,使得面料具有良好的抗静电效果,抗静电层3的顶部通过粘接剂连接有耐磨层4,耐磨层4为聚酰胺纤维层,通过设置耐磨层4,增加了面料的耐磨性,避免了面料容易损坏的现象,基布层1的底部通过粘接剂连接有抗菌层5,抗菌层5由竹纤维丝501、活性炭纤维丝502、填充孔503和载银抗菌母粒504组成,竹纤维丝501为经线,活性炭纤维丝502为纬线,竹纤维丝501与活性炭纤维丝502之间交织而成,抗菌层5的内腔开设有填充孔503,填充孔503的内腔设置有载银抗菌母粒504,通过抗菌层5、竹纤维丝501和活性炭纤维丝502的配合,且在抗菌层5内填充有载银抗菌母粒504,提高了面料的抗菌性,避免了面料容易滋生细菌,造成使用者使用时不舒适。
在使用时,通过抗静电层3、碳纤维丝301和炭黑系导电纤维丝302的配合使用,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到抗静电的目的,使得面料具有良好的抗静电效果,通过抗菌层5、竹纤维丝501和活性炭纤维丝502的配合,且在抗菌层5内填充有载银抗菌母粒504,提高了面料的抗菌性,避免了面料容易滋生细菌,造成使用者使用时不舒适,通过设置耐磨层4,增加了面料的耐磨性,避免了面料容易损坏的现象,解决了目前所使用的纺织面料由于抗菌和抗静电效果差,并不能满足人们的需求,不方便使用的问题。
