The development of the renewable resource recycling industry is accelerated, the establishment of circular economy is promoted, the problem of resource shortage can be relieved, and the pollution and damage to the environment caused by excessive development and use of resources can be reduced.
For the first time, the work of classifying domestic garbage and recycling renewable resources and the like has been very important to the government of Beijing city. The newly revised regulations on the management of domestic waste in Beijing City was passed in 2019 on day 11 and 27, and was implemented in 2020 on day 5 and 1. The regulations define that the units and individuals generating the household garbage are the responsibility subjects of classified putting of the household garbage, and the units and individuals generating the household garbage should respectively put into the collection containers with corresponding marks according to the classification of the kitchen garbage, the recyclable matters, the harmful garbage and other garbage, and the regulations also set up specific punishment measures for the units and departments which do not classify the garbage according to the regulations.
The invention aims to research and develop a set of device aiming at the characteristics of domestic recyclable garbage, the device effectively separates recyclable resources such as paper, plastics, metals and the like from mixed garbage, and the separated recyclable resources enter a downstream resource recycling link to reduce and recycle the domestic recyclable garbage.

The invention aims to provide a household garbage treatment device which is characterized by comprising a feeding area (1), a feeding system (2), a manual sorting table (3), a primary screening device (4), a secondary screening device (5), a winnowing device (6) and a tertiary screening device (7);
the household garbage is placed in a feeding area (1) and enters a manual sorting table (3) through a feeding system (2); one end of the primary screening device (4) is connected with the manual sorting table (3), the other end of the primary screening device is connected with one end of the winnowing device (6) through the secondary screening device (5), and the other end of the winnowing device (6) is connected with the tertiary screening device (7);
the winnowing device (6) is connected with the second sorting device; the second sorting device comprises a second sorting platform (6-1), a fifth recovery device (6-2), an intelligent sorting device (6-3), a sixth recovery device (6-4) and a seventh recovery device (6-5); the air separation device (6) is connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3) through a second sorting table (6-1); the fifth recovery device (6-2) is connected with the second sorting table (6-1); the sixth recovery device (6-4) and the seventh recovery device (6-5) are respectively connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3).
The manual sorting table (3) is connected with the first recovery device (3-1) and the second recovery device (3-2).
The primary screening device (4) is connected with a first sorting device, and the first sorting device comprises a first sorting platform (4-1), a third recovery device (4-2) and a fourth recovery device (4-3); the primary screening device (4) is connected with one end of a first sorting platform (4-1), and the other end of the first sorting platform (4-1) is respectively connected with a third recovery device (4-2) and a fourth recovery device (4-3).
The secondary screening device (5) is connected with a waste recoverer (5-1);
the three-stage screening device (7) is connected with a second intelligent sorting device (9) through a first intelligent sorting device (8); the side surface of the first intelligent sorting device (8) is connected with an eighth recovery device (8-1); one side of the second intelligent sorting device (9) is respectively connected with a ninth recovery device (9-1) and a tenth recovery device (9-2).
One side of the three-stage screening device (7) is provided with a third intelligent sorting device (10), and the side surface of the third intelligent sorting device (10) is respectively connected with an eleventh recovery device (10-1) and a twelfth recovery device (10-2).

the winnowing device (6) is connected with the second sorting device; the second sorting device comprises a second sorting platform (6-1), a fifth recovery device (6-2), an intelligent sorting device (6-3), a sixth recovery device (6-4) and a seventh recovery device (6-5); the air separation device (6) is connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3) through a second sorting table (6-1); the fifth recovery device (6-2) is connected with the second sorting table (6-1); the sixth recovery device (6-4) and the seventh recovery device (6-5) are respectively connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3).
The manual sorting table (3) is connected with the first recovery device (3-1) and the second recovery device (3-2).
The primary screening device (4) is connected with a first sorting device, and the first sorting device comprises a first sorting platform (4-1), a third recovery device (4-2) and a fourth recovery device (4-3); the primary screening device (4) is connected with one end of a first sorting platform (4-1), and the other end of the first sorting platform (4-1) is respectively connected with a third recovery device (4-2) and a fourth recovery device (4-3).
The secondary screening device (5) is connected with a waste recoverer (5-1);
the three-stage screening device (7) is connected with a second intelligent sorting device (9) through a first intelligent sorting device (8); the side surface of the first intelligent sorting device (8) is connected with an eighth recovery device (8-1); one side of the second intelligent sorting device (9) is respectively connected with a ninth recovery device (9-1) and a tenth recovery device (9-2).
One side of the three-stage screening device (7) is provided with a third intelligent sorting device (10), and the side surface of the third intelligent sorting device (10) is respectively connected with an eleventh recovery device (10-1) and a twelfth recovery device (10-2).
The using method of the household garbage treatment device comprises the following steps:
firstly, transporting the comprehensive garbage in the household garbage into a pre-sorting field, and pre-sorting the recyclable mixed garbage entering the field in a man-machine combination mode. The purpose of pre-sorting is to sort out materials which are not suitable for directly entering a disposal line, such as harmful and dangerous waste, gold-aluminum doors and windows, kitchen garbage, large pieces or block metal, explosive and flammable dangerous objects, objects which cause adverse effects on possible human bodies and the like. In addition, large pieces of high-added-value garbage which can be directly recycled can be picked out, and the rest materials are treated in the feeding area (1).
Conveying the residual materials to a manual sorting table (3) through a feeding system (2), wherein the manual sorting table (3) adopts manual pre-sorting, and interfering substances such as ceramics, wood, waste cloth and the like are classified and placed in a first recovery device (3-1) and a second recovery device (3-2) for recycling;
the manual sorting table (3) sorts the rest articles, the rest articles enter a primary screening device (4), the screened heavier materials (part of materials comprise complex mixtures) enter a secondary screening device (5) through the primary screening device (4), the screened lighter materials enter a first sorting table (4-1), the screened heavier materials are sorted at the first sorting table (4-1) (the part of materials mainly comprise corrugated paper, a small amount of fabrics and a small amount of wood) and respectively enter a third recovery device (4-2) and a fourth recovery device (4-3) for recycling;
the waste material enters a secondary screening device (5) for screening in the device, and oversize materials enter a winnowing device (6); the oversize materials comprise waste materials mainly containing glass residues, and the secondary screening device (5) has a glass crushing function and can crush glass, enter a waste recoverer (5-1) and be recycled;
the waste material enters a winnowing device (6), and the winnowing device (6) can carry out light and heavy material shunting according to the density difference of the material. Wherein the material with higher density enters a second sorting table (6-1); the material with lower density enters a three-stage screening device (7);
after entering a second sorting table (6-1), materials such as waste shoes, nonferrous metals, small household appliances and the like are discharged into a fifth recovery device (6-2), the rest materials enter an intelligent sorting device (6-3), the mixed plastics are sorted and classified by the sorting device, and then enter a sixth recovery device (6-4) and a seventh recovery device (6-5) respectively.
The three-stage screening device (7) is used for grading the dimensionality of the materials, and the dimensionality of the materials is graded by the action of the entering materials on the three-stage screening device (7); obtaining 2D materials mainly comprising paper, films and the like and 3D materials mainly comprising plastic bottles, foams and the like; the 2D materials directly enter a third intelligent sorting device (10) for sorting to obtain two strands of finished products of mixed waste paper and mixed plastic, and the two strands of finished products respectively enter an eleventh recovery device (10-1) and a twelfth recovery device (10-2) for recovery;
the 3D material enters a first intelligent sorting device (8) for sorting to obtain PET bottles and other mixtures; wherein the PET bottle is recovered by an eighth recovery device (8-1); and conveying the other mixtures to a second intelligent sorting device (9) for further sorting, and respectively feeding the obtained set materials such as HDPE bottles, milk bottles and the like into a ninth recovery device (9-1) and a tenth recovery device (9-2) for recovery.
After sorting is completed, paper and plastic with larger sorting amount are conveyed to a bin through a conveying belt to be stored, other sorted materials are temporarily stored after falling to the ground and then are moved to each classified product storage area to be packaged and disposed, and the rest classified residues are incinerated. And the selection link of the eddy current nonferrous metal and the selection link of the magnetic separation iron product can be added according to the condition of the materials in the later period.

the household garbage is placed in a feeding area (1) and enters a manual sorting table (3) through a feeding system (2); one end of the primary screening device (4) is connected with the manual sorting table (3), the other end of the primary screening device is connected with one end of the winnowing device (6) through the secondary screening device (5), and the other end of the winnowing device (6) is connected with the tertiary screening device (7);
the winnowing device (6) is connected with the second sorting device; the second sorting device comprises a second sorting platform (6-1), a fifth recovery device (6-2), an intelligent sorting device (6-3), a sixth recovery device (6-4) and a seventh recovery device (6-5); the air separation device (6) is connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3) through a second sorting table (6-1); the fifth recovery device (6-2) is connected with the second sorting table (6-1); the sixth recovery device (6-4) and the seventh recovery device (6-5) are respectively connected with the intelligent sorting device (6-3).
