Abstract
A spray type air purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of tourmaline powder, 20-30 parts of nano silver, 20-30 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of plant essence and 1000 parts of water 900-. The plant essence is prepared from the following materials: 5-10 parts of pepper juice, 5-10 parts of aloe juice, 10-20 parts of chlorophytum comosum juice, 2-3 parts of lavender oil, 1-2 parts of rose essential oil and 1-2 parts of mint essential oil. The air purifying agent can remove formaldehyde, decompose bacteria and virus, and decompose odor.

Chinese patent CN 200910305468.0 provides an indoor environment-friendly high-efficiency air purification composition and a product thereof, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: compared with the prior art, the invention combines the tourmaline and the white carbon to exert the effects of the tourmaline and the white carbon in a synergistic way, absorbs and degrades various harmful substances generated by buildings, decorative materials, furniture, cigarettes and the like, purifies indoor air and protects people from being damaged by various harmful substances. However, the air cleaning composition of this patent is a solid and has a low absorption efficiency.
In view of the above background, the applicant decides to develop a spray series product of nanometer titanium silver particles for decomposing peculiar smell, ionizing negative oxygen ions, removing formaldehyde, decomposing bacteria and viruses and protecting ornaments, and aims to improve the quality of life of people and guarantee the safety of daily life of people.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a spray type air purifying agent and a preparation method thereof.

(1) blending tourmaline powder, nano silver and nano titanium dioxide, adding one fifth of the total amount of water, adding tourmaline by adopting a constant-temperature turbine stirring technology, filtering by using a filter element with an extremely fine diameter to form a uniformly dispersed liquid phase mixed solution, wherein the dispersed particle size of the nano material is between 3nm and 5nm, the nano material is in a spherical shape, and the nano material is ionized with moisture in the air, so that the performance of physically releasing negative oxygen ions is achieved;
(2) adding the plant essence and the rest water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the spray type air purifying agent.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) tourmaline powder is obtained by mechanically pulverizing raw tourmaline ore after removing impurities. The tourmaline powder after processing and purification has higher negative ion generation amount and far infrared emissivity;
(2) by using the nano silver-titanium particles, the nano silver-titanium composite material has high sterilization, harmful substance decomposition, harmful substance removal and formaldehyde removal, and achieves the environment cleaning performance;
(3) the novel tourmaline powder and the nano silver-titanium react with water in the air to generate physiological performance, are neutral, and are not corroded or remained, so that the safety, the stability and the durability of the final product which is used and accords with food grade are ensured.

The formula of the plant essence in the following examples is as follows: 7 parts of decolored pepper juice, 8 parts of decolored aloe juice, 15 parts of decolored chlorophytum comosum juice, 3 parts of lavender oil, 2 parts of rose essential oil and 2 parts of mint essential oil.

100 parts of tourmaline powder, 22 parts of nano silver, 20 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 18 parts of plant essence and 900 parts of water.

A spray type air purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of tourmaline powder, 42 parts of nano-silver, 18 parts of plant essence and 900 parts of water.
Comparative example 2
A spray type air purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of tourmaline powder, 42 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 18 parts of plant essence and 900 parts of water.
The preparation methods of the above examples and comparative examples are as follows:
(1) blending tourmaline powder, nano silver and nano titanium dioxide, adding one fifth of the total amount of water, adding tourmaline by adopting a constant-temperature turbine stirring technology, filtering by using a filter element with an extremely fine diameter to form a uniformly dispersed liquid phase mixed solution, wherein the dispersed particle size of the nano material is between 3nm and 5nm, the nano material is in a spherical shape, and the nano material is ionized with moisture in the air, so that the performance of physically releasing negative oxygen ions is achieved;
(2) adding the plant essence and the rest water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the spray type air purifying agent.
The spray type air purifying agent is uniformly sprayed on the curtain of a room, and the purifying effect in the air is as follows:
the following effects can be achieved in examples 1 to 4:
1) removing formaldehyde; more than or equal to 90 percent;
2) removing staphylococcus aureus: not less than 99.9%;
3) removing escherichia coli: not less than 99.9%;
4) removing candida albicans: not less than 99.9%;
5) removing pseudomonas aeruginosa; not less than 99.9 percent
6) Ionizing negative ions: more than or equal to 3000;
7) the characteristics are as follows: high formaldehyde eliminating effect, high bacteria and virus decomposing effect, high oxygen resistance, and lasting creep resistance and strength.
Compared example 1 and comparative example 2 only add silver or titanium, the effect of removing formaldehyde under the same condition only reaches about 60%, the effect of removing staphylococcus aureus reaches 65% and 73%, and other performances are equivalent to those of the examples.

(2) adding the plant essence and the rest water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the spray type air purifying agent.
