Claims (2)
1. A compound biological enzyme for air purification is characterized in that: it is a mixture consisting of biological enzyme, protease, glucose oxidase, ligninase, lipase and filler;
the biological enzyme is one of lysozyme, amylase and oxidoreductase;
the filler is sodium polyacrylate, polyethylene glycol, xylitol, cane sugar or a composite multi-pond polymer;
the mass percentages of the components of the mixture are as follows: 7-12% of lysozyme, 10-15% of aleurone, 10-15% of oxidoreductase, 8-12% of protease, 11-14% of glucose oxidase, 8-13% of ligninase, 10-13% of lipase and 30-54% of filler, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%
The property of the compound biological enzyme is one of aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, powder, granule and block.
2. The preparation method of the compound air purification compound biological enzyme according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) selecting biological enzymes with the activity of 500-;
2) respectively adding the selected enzyme seeds into pure water with the mass being 11 times of that of the enzyme seeds at the temperature of between 10 and 30 ℃ for dissolving and precipitating, separating out supernatant, and then respectively passing through ultrafiltration membranes with the membrane pore diameter of between 0.005 and 0.010 mu m under the condition of between 0.1 and 0.3MPa to prepare enzyme liquid with the activity unit of 2000-2500U/mL and the pH value of 5-6; further dissolving enzyme in the tailings by using an organic solvent, and mixing the enzyme solution into the tailings; the organic solvent is one of ethanol, ethyl enzyme, methanol, ethyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone;
3) fully stirring the enzyme liquid in the step (2) in a container at 45-55 ℃ for 33-42min to uniformly mix; standing for 2-6h at 25-30 ℃, passing through an ultrafiltration membrane with the membrane aperture of 0.005-0.010 mu m under the condition of 0.1-0.3MPa, concentrating and thickening the enzyme liquid reaching the activity unit of 2800-3000U/mL at 25-30 ℃, passing the enzyme liquid through the ultrafiltration membrane of 0.005-0.010 mu m again, refining to obtain the activity unit of 30000-6000000U/mL, emulsifying and storing the enzyme liquid and the enzyme liquid mixture at-0 ℃ to obtain the liquid composite biological enzyme;
4) putting the enzyme mixed solution obtained in the step (3) for 10-12 days, and carrying out ultrasonic atomization; collecting the atomized enzyme to obtain the final liquid product.
