本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种无防腐剂添加的精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的各类护肤品为了满足人们对美的需求,添加大量皮肤营养的物质,如糖类、氨基酸、蛋白质等物质,这些物质对皮肤有保湿营养作用,但同时也是为微生物的滋生提供了便利,因此,以抑制微生物生长和繁殖为目的各类防腐剂逐步的加入到化妆品中;化妆水或乳液等含水较多的化妆品,对防腐的需求越大,因此化妆品中过量或不恰当的防腐剂会令人皮肤细胞发育不成熟,结构松散,以致表皮层变薄,易受外界刺激,防御力下降,令皮肤渐渐失去弹性,容易产生松弛、细纹;而受防腐剂损害的皮肤细胞表皮细胞的缺陷,肤质越来越差。随着消费者对化妆品安全的日益重视,护肤品公司也着眼于“无防腐剂”的各类化妆品,但多数是使用防腐剂替代的特殊成份,使微生物无法生存或者有明确抑菌效果的溶剂,如戊二醇、乙二醇等,也会给部分敏感肌肤带来伤害。
因此,发明一种无防腐剂添加的精华液及其制备方法显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种无防腐剂添加的精华液及其制备方法,添加了间充质干细胞提取物,对各类化妆品原料进行过滤或高压去除微生物,整体无菌灌装操作,不含任何防腐剂并无防腐原料添加,品性温和,适合于各类皮肤使用,可彻底改善皮肤状态。一种无防腐剂添加的精华液,该无防腐剂添加的精华液按重量比包括:坏血酸葡萄糖甘含量为2-5%,甘油含量为3-8%,烟酰胺含量为0.2-1%,透明质酸含量为0.05-0.3%,间充质干细胞提取物含量3%-10%,其中精华液最终蛋白含量为2mg/ml。
无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法有以下步骤;
S101:坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液配置及过滤;
1)准确称量抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘40g,加入800ml纯水中搅拌10min使抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘充分溶解;
2)缓慢加入碳酸氢钠粉末,不断搅拌液体,彻底溶解碳酸氢钠,调整ph到6.5;
3)加入5g烟酰胺,搅拌溶解,得坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系;
4)使用0.22um滤器对抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系进行过滤除菌至1L无菌PP方形瓶中。
优选的,S102:甘油、大分子量的透明质酸钠高压除菌;
1)称取1g透明质酸钠,加入100ml纯水中,搅拌混匀,配置为1%的透明质酸钠溶液;
2)把100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别放入可高压蓝盖试剂瓶中,轻拧瓶盖;
3)在121℃下高压20min,高压结束拧紧瓶盖,得1%无菌透明质酸钠溶液和甘油溶液。
优选的,S103:精华液的制备;
1)在无菌超净台内,把高压灭菌后的100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别加入1L含坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液体系PP方形瓶中,加盖混合摇匀;
2)取50ml间充质干细胞提取物使用0.22um针头滤器过滤至方形瓶中;
3)添加无菌纯化水定容至1000ml,得含间充质干细胞提取物的无防腐剂精华液,取样检测。
优选的,S104:精华液无菌灌装;
1)精华液使用西林瓶使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,使用在180℃下干烤2h,去除内毒素及微生物;
2)瓶塞和瓶盖使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,在121℃下高压30min,90℃风干;
3)在无菌超净台内,使用无菌移液管把精华液按照2ml每瓶分装到西林瓶中,加盖;
4)包装入库,按照1%随机取10支精华液用于质量检测。
优选的,其中抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘含量为2-5%,最佳选取4%,甘油含量为3-8%,最佳选取5%,烟酰胺含量为0.2-1%,最佳选择0.5%,透明质酸含量为0.05-0.3%,最佳选择0.1%,间充质干细胞提取物含量为3%-10%,最佳选择5%。

实施例:
本发明提供一种无防腐剂添加的精华液,该无防腐剂添加的精华液按重量比包括:坏血酸葡萄糖甘含量为2-5%,甘油含量为3-8%,烟酰胺含量为0.2-1%,透明质酸含量为0.05-0.3%,间充质干细胞提取物含量3%-10%,其中精华液最终蛋白含量为2mg/ml。
无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法有以下步骤;
步骤1:坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液配置及过滤;
1)准确称量抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘40g,加入800ml纯水中搅拌10min使抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘充分溶解;
2)缓慢加入碳酸氢钠粉末,不断搅拌液体,彻底溶解碳酸氢钠,调整ph到6.5;
3)加入5g烟酰胺,搅拌溶解,得坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系;
4)使用0.22um滤器对抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系进行过滤除菌至1L无菌PP方形瓶中。
步骤2:甘油、大分子量的透明质酸钠高压除菌;
1)称取1g透明质酸钠,加入100ml纯水中,搅拌混匀,配置为1%的透明质酸钠溶液;
2)把100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别放入可高压蓝盖试剂瓶中,轻拧瓶盖;
3)在121℃下高压20min,高压结束拧紧瓶盖,得1%无菌透明质酸钠溶液和甘油溶液。
步骤3:精华液的制备;
1)在无菌超净台内,把高压灭菌后的100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别加入1L含坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液体系PP方形瓶中,加盖混合摇匀;
2)取50ml间充质干细胞提取物使用0.22um针头滤器过滤至方形瓶中;
3)添加无菌纯化水定容至1000ml,得含间充质干细胞提取物的无防腐剂精华液,取样检测。
步骤4:精华液无菌灌装;
1)精华液使用西林瓶使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,使用在180℃下干烤2h,去除内毒素及微生物;
2)瓶塞和瓶盖使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,在121℃下高压30min,90℃风干;
3)在无菌超净台内,使用无菌移液管把精华液按照2ml每瓶分装到西林瓶中,加盖;
4)包装入库,按照1%随机取10支精华液用于质量检测。
其中抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘含量为2-5%,最佳选取4%,甘油含量为3-8%,最佳选取5%,烟酰胺含量为0.2-1%,最佳选择0.5%,透明质酸含量为0.05-0.3%,最佳选择0.1%,间充质干细胞提取物含量为3%-10%,最佳选择5%。
利用本发明所述技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种无防腐剂添加的精华液,其特征在于:该无防腐剂添加的精华液按重量比包括:坏血酸葡萄糖甘含量为2-5%,甘油含量为3-8%,烟酰胺含量为0.2-1%,透明质酸含量为0.05-0.3%,间充质干细胞提取物含量3%-10%,其中精华液最终蛋白含量为2mg/ml。
2.如权利要求1所述的无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:该无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法有以下步骤;
S101:坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液配置及过滤;
1)准确称量抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘40g,加入800ml纯水中搅拌10min使抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘充分溶解;
2)缓慢加入碳酸氢钠粉末,不断搅拌液体,彻底溶解碳酸氢钠,调整ph到6.5;
3)加入5g烟酰胺,搅拌溶解,得坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系;
4)使用0.22um滤器对抗坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲体系进行过滤除菌至1L无菌PP方形瓶中。
3.如权利要求2所述的无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:
S102:甘油、大分子量的透明质酸钠高压除菌;
1)称取1g透明质酸钠,加入100ml纯水中,搅拌混匀,配置为1%的透明质酸钠溶液;
2)把100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别放入可高压蓝盖试剂瓶中,轻拧瓶盖;
3)在121℃下高压20min,高压结束拧紧瓶盖,得1%无菌透明质酸钠溶液和甘油溶液。
4.如权利要求2所述的无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:
S103:精华液的制备;
1)在无菌超净台内,把高压灭菌后的100ml的1%透明质酸钠溶液和50ml甘油分别加入1L含坏血酸葡萄糖甘缓冲液体系PP方形瓶中,加盖混合摇匀;
2)取50ml间充质干细胞提取物使用0.22um针头滤器过滤至方形瓶中;
3)添加无菌纯化水定容至1000ml,得含间充质干细胞提取物的无防腐剂精华液,取样检测。
5.如权利要求2所述的无防腐剂添加的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:
S104:精华液无菌灌装;
1)精华液使用西林瓶使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,使用在180℃下干烤2h,去除内毒素及微生物;
2)瓶塞和瓶盖使用清洗剂清洗后,自来水和纯水分别洗涤3遍,自然晾干,放入不锈钢盒中,在121℃下高压30min,90℃风干;
