3) the back of the patient is erected and the buttocks are laid flat, the third cylinder 431 is contracted, and the second frame 43 is rotated and descended, so that the buttocks of the patient are laid flat; the fourth cylinder 441 extends, and the third frame 44 rotates to abut against and push the first mattress frame 5, so that the back of the patient is erected, and the leg of the patient naturally hangs down and is positioned at the side of the nursing bed 1;
4) the height of the nursing bed 1 is reduced, and the height of the bed plate 11 and the ground is reduced through the lifting mechanism 2, so that the nursing bed 1 descends, and a patient can get off the bed conveniently.
According to the invention, the patient can lie down and sit up through the adjusting mechanism 4, when the patient needs to get off the bed, the adjusting mechanism 4 is rotated through the rotating mechanism 3, and the lifting mechanism 2 assists the patient to get off the bed, so that the bed has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, good practicability, great convenience for getting on and off the bed of the patient with inconvenient movement, and further the working strength of medical staff is reduced.

the lower portion of the rotating disc (32) extends downwards to form an annular first protrusion (322), the first protrusion (322) is inserted into the fixed disc (31), the lower portion of the fixed disc (31) is covered with a first sealing cover (33), a plurality of through holes (315) penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixed disc (31) are formed in the fixed disc (31), steel balls (36) are arranged in the through holes (315), the lower portions of the steel balls (36) are abutted to springs (39), the lower portions of the springs (39) are abutted to the upper portion of the first sealing cover (33), the diameter of openings, located on the upper surface of the fixed disc (31), of the through holes (315) is smaller than that of the steel balls (36), and the upper portions of the steel balls (36) penetrate through the openings, located on the upper surface of the fixed disc (31), of the through holes (315) and penetrate through parts of the openings and abut to the lower portions of the first protrusion (322);
