The main base 701 is a thin-walled cylindrical stamping part with a stepped square column shape, an integral partition layer is arranged inside a stepped line, a second track plate 613 is installed and fixed in an upward sleeved mode, four support rods 702 are downward sleeved and hidden, and the four support rods 702 are distributed in four regular corners and are upwards welded and fixed on the lower surface of the partition layer inside the main base 701; the upper end of each roller bracket 705 is provided with internal threads, the internal threads upwards penetrate through the thread sealing ring 704 and then are bolted and fixed with the external threads at the lower end of the rotor 703, the external threads of the thread sealing ring 704 sleeved at the upper end of the roller bracket 705 are provided with stepped through grooves, the rotor 703 is upwards buckled and then is bolted and fixed with the internal threads at the lower end of the support rod 702 through the external threads, so that the roller bracket 705 and the rotor 703 still keep the rotation function after the axial encapsulation and fixation of the thread sealing ring 704 and the support rod 702; the four roller supports 705 respectively downwards encapsulate the rollers 706, and two rollers 706 on the same side are placed in the corresponding rail grooves of the linear wheel rail 707, so that the limiting function of the rollers is realized, and when the four rollers 706 are all in the linear wheel rail 707, the roller base mechanism 7 cannot rotate in posture.
As a preferred example, when a user uses the integrated nursing bed chair of the present invention, the user is initially in a full-bed central lying state, when the linkage mechanism 4 is activated, the linkage rod 403 fixedly connects the first bed board 301 and the fourth bed board 304 into a whole, the first push rod 502 in the bed board support mechanism 5 is activated, and can drive the first bed board 301 and the fourth bed board 304 to lift together, so as to support a lying patient to realize back lifting movement; when a user is initially in a lying state at the half side outside the bed, the linkage rod 403 is controlled to be retracted through the linkage mechanism 4, the first push rod 502 in the bed plate supporting mechanism 5 is started, the lifting of the first bed plate 301 can be independently realized, a lying patient is supported to realize back lifting movement at the half side of the bed, meanwhile, the second push rod 506 can be started, the third bed plate 303 is driven to lift, the lying patient is supported to realize the lifting movement of legs and feet at the half side of the bed, when the first push rod 502 and the second push rod 506 are linked, the first bed plate 301 is driven to lift, the third bed plate 303 is driven to descend until the first bed plate 301, the second bed plate 302 and the third bed plate 303 form a comfortable seat posture which is satisfied by the user and stop, and the user can perform limb activities of the upper body in a self-selected sitting posture state; further, when the forward steering mechanism 6 is started, the third push rod 603 is pushed forward horizontally, and then the terminal end of the push fork 605 is driven to push the pulley 606 forward horizontally, and further the outer seal tray seat 608 and the track tray 607, which are already packaged as a whole, are pushed forward horizontally, and are translated forward horizontally, through power conduction, the four support shafts 610 welded to the lower surface of the outer seal tray seat 608 will obtain forward horizontal thrust, but each set of support shafts 610, bearings 611 and balls 612 are correspondingly packaged in the special-shaped track grooves formed on the upper surface of the second track plate 613, because the second track plate 613 is fixed inside the base mechanism 7 and is stationary, the four special-shaped track grooves are stationary, and restrain the planar motion tracks of the four sets of support shafts 610 in the horizontal plane, that is, while the four sets of support shafts 610 move forward horizontally, posture adjustment must occur in the horizontal plane, and further through upward power conduction layer by layer, the outer sealing plate seat 608, the track plate 607, the square base 504 and the second bed plate 302 are driven to jointly adjust the rotating posture in the horizontal plane until the third push rod 603 stops pushing, the second bed plate 302 stops the plane motion in the horizontal plane, and the pushing of the third push rod 603 is stopped when the rotating posture of the second bed plate 302 reaches 90 degrees by designing the shape of the special-shaped track groove, so that the functions of changing the bed into the wheelchair and adjusting the posture of the wheelchair are realized, and nursing tasks under sitting posture requirements, such as eating, washing feet, being pushed to move away from the bed and the like, are provided for a patient. Meanwhile, the electromagnet 604 can be controlled to be powered off and demagnetized, so that the contact position between the front end of the third push rod 603 and the rear end of the push fork 605 is disconnected due to the disappearance of the electromagnetic attraction, and the nursing staff can easily push the pushing handle mechanism 1, so that all the rollers 706 can obtain a universal wheel function after exiting out of the linear wheel rail 707, and further, the patient can be pushed to move freely, and the wheelchair function can be obtained.
