Background
The nursing bed can be switched between a lying state and a sitting state, is particularly convenient for people who are inconvenient to get up and lie down, and can greatly reduce the working strength of nursing staff. US5497518A discloses a rotating bed such that the fixed bed frame in the rotating bed does not interfere with the care of a physically handicapped person lying on the bed. A rotary bed frame which can rotate around a vertical shaft is arranged on a fixed bed frame which is placed on a floor, a front screen is arranged on the front side of the fixed bed frame, a movable cushion supporting member is arranged on the rotary bed frame and can be folded back, and the movable cushion supporting member is divided into a containing part of a backrest part, a containing part of a waist part and a containing part of legs. The rotating bed frame is rotated by appropriate driving, while the back receiving portion is made to stand upright before the rotation. In addition, the front portion of the bed frame has at least a lateral width that allows striding.
The rotating bed needs manual operation when rotating, and has the problems of inconvenient rotation, high working strength of nursing staff and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a nursing bed which does not need to rotate a mattress frame manually, and can further reduce the working intensity of medical staff by rotating the mattress frame by a rotary driving mechanism.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the nursing bed comprises a bed frame, wherein a mattress frame is arranged on the bed frame, a mattress capable of being converted into a sitting type and a lying type is connected onto the mattress frame, the mattress frame is horizontally and rotatably supported and connected onto the bed frame around a vertical axis, and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the mattress frame to horizontally rotate is arranged on the bed frame.
According to the invention, the rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the bed frame, so that the rotation of the mattress frame is realized, medical personnel do not need to manually rotate the mattress frame, the working strength of the medical personnel can be reduced, and meanwhile, the rotation of the mattress frame is more stable, so that the comfort level of a user is improved.
Preferably, the actuating shaft of the rotary driving mechanism for driving the mattress frame to rotate is coaxial with the rotating vertical axis of the mattress frame; and a supporting bearing coaxial with the actuating shaft is fixed on the mattress frame, and the actuating shaft penetrates through the supporting bearing to be in transmission connection with the mattress frame. The actuating shaft of the rotary driving mechanism is coaxial with the rotating vertical axis of the mattress frame, and the coaxial supporting bearings are linked, so that the mattress frame is more stable and smooth in rotation, the noise is low, and dust and other impurities are difficult to enter the joint of the supporting bearings and the mattress frame, and the mattress frame is safer.
Preferably, a sleeve coaxial with the actuating shaft is fixedly arranged on the mattress frame, a cylinder is arranged on the bedstead, the cylinder is coaxial with the sleeve and is positioned in the sleeve, the supporting bearing is matched between the cylinder and the sleeve, the actuating shaft penetrates through the cylinder in the axial direction and is in transmission connection with the sleeve, and the sleeve can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the actuating shaft, so that the mattress frame rotates. The sleeve is sleeved on the outer sides of the supporting bearing and the cylinder body, foreign matters such as dust and the like are difficult to enter the joint of the supporting bearing, the cylinder body and the sleeve, the rotation of the supporting bearing can be ensured to be stable and smooth, the supporting bearing cannot be clamped, the supporting bearing cannot be separated from the bed frame, so that the mattress frame is separated from the bed frame, and the safety is higher. Meanwhile, the mattress frame is supported by the supporting bearing, so that the mattress frame can rotate more stably.
Preferably, the actuating shaft and the sleeve are matched through a key and a key groove, and the actuating shaft and the sleeve have an axial gap and can move axially relative to each other. The actuating shaft and the sleeve have an axial clearance and can move axially relative to each other, the actuating shaft and the sleeve are not fixed together, and the mattress frame cannot transmit force to the actuating shaft after being stressed, so that the actuating shaft and the rotary driving mechanism cannot be crushed, and the service life of the rotary driving mechanism can be prolonged.
Preferably, the mattress comprises a middle mattress, a backrest mattress and a leg support mattress, wherein the middle mattress and a mattress frame are fixed together, the lower end of the backrest mattress is connected with one end of the mattress frame in a folding manner, and the backrest mattress is connected with a backrest driving mechanism capable of driving the backrest mattress to be horizontally placed or enabling the backrest mattress to be upwards tilted; the leg support mattress is connected with the other end of the mattress frame in a folding way, and the leg support mattress is connected with a leg support driving mechanism which can drive the leg support mattress to upwarp or horizontally place or downwards incline. The backrest driving mechanism and the leg support driving mechanism are respectively used for turning the back mattress and the leg support mattress, the back mattress and the leg support mattress do not need to be turned manually, and the working strength of medical workers can be reduced.
Preferably, the bedstead is provided with a circular ring-shaped track which is coaxial with the rotating vertical axis of the mattress frame and corresponds to the lower part of the mattress frame, and a plurality of rolling mechanisms which are arranged at intervals in a circular manner and can roll in the circular track are arranged below the mattress frame. The mattress frame is supported through the circular ring-shaped track and the rolling mechanism, so that the mattress frame can be prevented from shaking at the position deviated from a vertical axis, and the mattress frame is more stable to use.
Preferably, a bottom frame is arranged below the bedstead, a plurality of pulleys are fixed below the bottom frame, the bottom frame is connected with the bedstead through a bedstead lifting mechanism, and a bedstead driving mechanism for driving the bedstead lifting mechanism to lift is arranged between the bottom frame and the bedstead. The bed frame driving mechanism is used for realizing the lifting of the bed frame, so that the height of the mattress frame and the height of the mattress can be adjusted, and the nursing bed can be used for users with different heights. Meanwhile, the bed frame of the folding bed can be lifted and can also be used for assisting a user sitting on the bed edge to stand.
Preferably, a fixing foot pad is arranged on the bedstead corresponding to the lower end of the mattress, and the fixing foot pad is flush with the mattress when the mattress is in a lying type state. The fixed foot pad is separated from the mattress, so that the weight of the mattress can be reduced, and the mattress frame can be conveniently rotated. The fixed foot pad is arranged on the bedstead, and when the mattress frame needs to rotate, the mattress is changed to a sitting state, so that the end part of the mattress can not touch the fixed foot pad when rotating.
Preferably, the two sides of the middle part of the mattress frame are provided with armrests. The handrail is arranged on the mattress frame, and the handrail does not need to be firstly put flat before the mattress frame rotates, so that the rotation of the mattress frame is more convenient. Meanwhile, the armrests rotate along with the mattress frame, so that a user on the mattress can be protected, and the user is prevented from turning over and separating from the mattress when the mattress frame rotates.
Preferably, the rotary driving mechanism is a stepping motor and a planetary reduction mechanism matched with the stepping motor, and the stepping motor is arranged below the mattress frame and is coaxial with the vertical axis of the mattress frame.
The invention has the advantages that the mattress frame does not need to be rotated manually, the working strength of medical staff can be reduced, the mattress frame is more stable and smooth and safer when being rotated, and the service life is longer.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the nursing bed of the present embodiment includes a bed frame 1, a mattress frame 2 is provided on the bed frame 1, a mattress 3 capable of switching between sitting and lying modes is connected to the mattress frame 2, the mattress frame 2 is supported and connected to the bed frame 1 in a horizontally rotatable manner around a vertical axis, a rotation driving mechanism 4 for driving the mattress frame 2 to rotate horizontally is provided on the bed frame 1, and an actuating shaft 41 for driving the mattress frame 2 to rotate by the rotation driving mechanism 4 is coaxial with the vertical axis of rotation of the mattress frame 2. Wherein, rotary driving mechanism 4 is step motor and with step motor complex planetary reduction mechanism, step motor locate mattress frame 2 below and coaxial with the vertical axis of mattress frame 2.
The mattress frame 2 is fixed with a supporting bearing 5 which is coaxial with the actuating shaft 41, and the actuating shaft 41 penetrates through the supporting bearing 5 to be connected with the mattress frame 2 in a transmission way. A sleeve 51 coaxial with the actuating shaft 41 is fixedly arranged on the mattress frame 2, a cylinder 52 is arranged on the bedstead 1, the cylinder 52 is coaxial with the sleeve 51 and is positioned in the sleeve 51, and the supporting bearing 5 is matched between the cylinder 52 and the sleeve 51. The lower end of the cylinder 52 extends outward in the circumferential direction to have a support portion 521, the inner ring of the support bearing 5 is supported by the support portion 521, and the support portion 521 is fixed to the frame 1.
The actuating shaft 41 passes through the cylinder 52 upward to form a transmission connection with the sleeve 51, and the rotation of the actuating shaft 41 can drive the sleeve 51 to rotate so as to rotate the mattress frame 2. The actuating shaft 41 and the sleeve 51 are matched through a key 42 and a key groove, and the actuating shaft 41 and the sleeve 51 have an axial gap and can move axially relative to each other.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, the bedstead 1 has a circular rail 11 which is coaxial with the vertical axis of rotation of the mattress frame 2 and is arranged below the mattress frame 2, and a plurality of rolling mechanisms 21 which are arranged at intervals in a circular manner and can roll in the circular rail 11 are arranged below the mattress frame 2. The rolling mechanism 21 includes a bull's eye universal wheel slidably fitted in a track groove of the circular track 11. Wherein, a position on the bedstead 1 corresponding to the upper end of the mattress 3 is provided with a fixed foot pad 14 for supporting the foot of the user, and the fixed foot pad 14 is flush with the mattress 3 when the mattress 3 is in a lying state. Wherein, the two sides of the middle part of the mattress frame 2 are provided with armrests 22.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, a base frame 12 is provided below the bed frame 1, a plurality of pulleys 13 are fixed to the lower portion of the base frame 12, the base frame 12 is connected to the bed frame 1 via a bed frame lifting mechanism 6, and a bed frame driving mechanism 60 for driving the bed frame lifting mechanism 6 to move up and down is provided between the base frame 12 and the bed frame 1. Wherein the bed frame driving mechanism 60 is an electric push rod.
The bedstead elevating mechanism 6 comprises a rotating rod 61 which is rotatably fixed on the underframe 12 and arranged along the left and right direction, the bedstead driving mechanism 60 extends and contracts to rotate the rotating rod 61, an adjusting rod 62 which is arranged with a high front and a low back and is arranged obliquely is arranged between the underframe 12 and the bedstead 1, the upper end of the adjusting rod 62 is rotatably fixed with the bedstead 1, the lower end of the adjusting rod 62 is rotatably fixed with the underframe 12, a first folding rod 63 is connected between the upper end of the adjusting rod 62 and the underframe 12, a second folding rod 64 is connected between the lower end of the adjusting rod 62 and the bedstead 1, the first folding rod 63 and the second folding rod 64 are both composed of an upper rod 65 and a lower rod 66, the upper end of the upper rod 65 is rotatably fixed with the bedstead 1, the lower end of the lower rod 66 is rotatably fixed with the underframe 12, the lower end of the upper rod 65 is rotatably fixed with the upper end of the lower rod 66, the left and right ends of the rotating rod 61 are both provided, the other linkage rod 67 extends backwards and is rotatably fixed at the joint of the upper rod and the lower rod of the second folding rod 64. Wherein, the upper rod of the first folding rod 63 and the bedstead 1, and the upper end of the adjusting rod 62 and the bedstead 1 are rotatable through the same articulated shaft. Wherein, the lower rod of the second folding rod 64 and the bottom frame 12, and the lower end of the adjusting rod 62 and the bottom frame 12 can rotate through the same hinge shaft.
Wherein, the rotating rod 61 is fixed with an upward extending swing rod 68, and one end of the electric push rod of the bedstead driving mechanism 60 is rotatably fixed with the upper end of the swing rod 68. The bed frame lifting mechanism 6 is driven by the bed frame driving mechanism 60 to rotate the rotating rod 61, so that the upper end of the linkage rod 67 swings forwards or backwards to realize the folding or unfolding of the first folding rod 63 and the second folding rod 64, and the angle formed between the upper rod and the lower rod is adjusted to realize the lifting of the bed frame 1 and further realize the lifting of the mattress frame 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the mattress 3 includes a middle mattress 31, a backrest mattress 32 and a leg rest mattress, the middle mattress 31 and the mattress frame 2 are fixed together, the lower end of the backrest mattress 32 is connected with one end of the mattress frame 2 in a folding manner, the backrest mattress 32 is connected with a backrest driving mechanism 33 which can drive the backrest mattress 32 to be flat or enable the backrest mattress 32 to be upturned, the backrest driving mechanism 33 includes an electric push rod, the front end of the electric push rod of the backrest driving mechanism 33 is rotatably fixed with the mattress frame 2, and the rear end of the electric push rod of the backrest driving mechanism 33 is rotatably fixed with the backrest mattress 32. When the bed cushion frame 2 needs to be switched from the lying type to the sitting type, the electric push rod of the backrest driving mechanism 33 is opened to realize the upwarp of the backrest mattress 32.
The leg support mattress is composed of a front leg support mattress 34 and a rear leg support mattress 35, the front leg support mattress 34 is closer to the middle mattress 31 than the rear leg support mattress 35, one end, far away from the rear leg support mattress 35, of the front leg support mattress 34 is connected with the mattress frame 2 in a folding mode, the leg support mattress is connected with a leg support driving mechanism 36 capable of driving the leg support mattress to upwarp or horizontally place or to incline downwards, and the leg support driving mechanism 36 comprises an electric push rod. The front end of an electric push rod of the leg support driving mechanism 36 is rotatably fixed with the mattress frame 2, one end of the back leg support mattress 35, which is far away from the front leg support mattress 34, is rotatably fixed with one end of a connecting rod 37, the other end of the connecting rod 37 is rotatably fixed with the mattress frame 2, and the position of the connecting rod 37, which deviates from the back leg support mattress 35, is linked with the rear end of the electric push rod of the leg support driving mechanism 36. When a user needs to lift up to get rid of the folding bed, the electric push rod of the leg support driving mechanism 36 is opened to enable the front leg support mattress 34 to upwarp, an included angle with an opening facing downwards is formed between the front leg support mattress 34 and the rear leg support mattress 35, then the electric push rod of the leg support driving mechanism 36 is retracted, one end of the rear leg support mattress 35 far away from the front leg support mattress 34 moves downwards to enable the rear leg support mattress 35 to turn over to the side face of the folding bed.
The invention has the advantages that the mattress frame does not need to be rotated manually, the working strength of medical staff can be reduced, the mattress frame is more stable and smooth and safer when being rotated, and the service life is longer.
