Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating cigarette smoking sets, and particularly relates to a method for eliminating smoking set noise by changing heating pin materials.
Background
With the development of the heating cigarette industry, the heating cigarette smoking set is continuously optimized and upgraded, and the performance requirements of users on the heating cigarette smoking set are higher and higher. In carrying out the invention, the inventors found that: when the current electric heating cigarette smoking set is used, noise which can be heard by human ears is emitted, and the noise easily causes discomfort on part of the psychological or physiological sense of users.
However, the existing smoking set manufacturers never realize the existence of the problems, and a method for eliminating smoking set noise is not proposed. The existing noise elimination method comprises the following steps: and adding silencing material absorbing material, such as silencing cotton, into the device. However, the volume of the smoking set is small, and the noise-reducing cotton is not suitable to be added into the smoking set to eliminate noise.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in order to solve at least one of the above problems.
The invention provides a method for eliminating noise of a heating cigarette smoking set, wherein a connecting wire between a heating element and a heating control device is marked as a heating pin, and the heating pin is made of A, wherein A is a metal element with nuclear charge number more than 28; or the heating pin is made of copper alloy.
When the number of nuclear charges of the heating pin material a is large, for example, greater than 28, the weight of the heating pin is large, and vibration is not easily generated.
Preferably, the a is selected from copper, gold, silver.
Preferably, the alloy of copper comprises: at least one of red copper, brass, white copper and copper-nickel alloy.
Preferably, the heating pin is nickel-plated copper wire. Nickel-plated copper wire can also be considered copper-nickel alloy in a broad sense. When the heating pin is made of copper alloy, the reason that vibration is not easy to occur may be: 1. the copper atomic weight is larger, so that the heating pin has larger weight, and the vibration is not easy to generate; 2. the copper resistance is smaller, and when current passes through, the current blocking effect is small, and the vibration acting force caused by the current blocking effect is small. Copper has a lower resistivity than nickel.
Preferably, in the smoking set, the minimum stretching amplitude of the heating pin is greater than 0.1mm under the traction that the vertical direction of the heating pin is less than 2 newtons of tension. The heating pin is not easy to be in a tight state, so that the vibration phenomenon can be further weakened.
Preferably, the HRc (rockwell hardness) hardness value of a does not exceed 64. The heating pins are made of soft conductive materials. When the heating pin is made of soft materials, the vibration of the heating pin caused by the acting force on the heating pin is not obvious.
Preferably, the diameter of the cross section of the heating pin is 0.1 mm-2 mm, and the length is 1mm
~100mm。
Preferably, the heating pin can be a single-stranded wire or a multi-stranded wire.
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
There are various reasons why a smoking article may produce noise, for example: the type of heating control device, the type and resistance of the heating element, the length of the pins of the heating element, the fixing mode of the pins, a control program and the like.
The existing smoking set uses silver-plated nickel wires to connect the control element and the heating element, because:
1. the silver-plated nickel wire has high melting point, the lead bonding pad component of the heating sheet is silver-palladium mixed slurry, the bonding property of the silver-plated nickel wire and the bonding pad is better at high temperature, the thermal conductivity is poor, the temperature of a soldering tin position is not easy to diffuse, the soldering is easier, and meanwhile, the temperature is not easy to conduct to a scheme plate position;
2. the silver-plated nickel wire has high strength and is more suitable for electronic cigarettes.
Copper wires are known by those skilled in the art, have low thermal resistivity and good heat conduction performance, often cause faster heat transfer, and easily conduct heat generated by a heating element to the position of a control board, so that the control board is protected at high temperature; secondly, the temperature of the welding position is easy to spread out, and the welding is not easy to be firm relative to silver-plated nickel wires; poor oxidation resistance, exposed to air, is easily oxidized, resulting in a change in performance. Therefore, those skilled in the art generally consider copper wire unsuitable for use as a smoking set wire. Likewise, copper alloy wires are not generally used by those skilled in the art as smoking set wires.
The invention provides a method for eliminating smoking set noise by changing the material of a heating pin for the first time. The invention runs against the way, and the unexpected discovery that the heating pin adopts the copper wire can eliminate the noise of the smoking set. The reason for this is probably that when 1 and the atomic weight of copper is large, the number of nuclear charges is larger than 28 (the number of nuclear charges of nickel), and the weight of the heating pin is large, so that vibration is not easy to generate; 2. the copper resistance is smaller, and when current passes through, the current blocking effect is small, and the vibration acting force caused by the current blocking effect is small.
The inventor tests the heating pins made of other metal elements with the nuclear charge number larger than 28 and the heating pins made of copper alloy at the same time, and finds that the heating pins also have the effect of eliminating noise, and the specific principle of eliminating the noise of the smoking set is still under investigation. By the present invention, the inventors preliminarily determined that: vibration of the heat-generating pin is a major cause of noise generated by the smoking set.
The reason for the heat-generating pin vibration may be as follows:
the heating control device is connected with a power supply of the smoking set. The heating element of the smoking set is connected with the heating control device by two heating pins. An MCU (micro control unit) controls the on and off frequency of the heating control device to control a power supply to supply power to the heating element at a certain frequency.
When the MCU controls the heating control device to be turned on each time, the heating element is directly powered by the power supply, and the current in the heating pin is changed from 0 to a peak value because the heating pin is arranged in the current loop; when the MCU controls the heating control device to be disconnected, the current in the heating pin is changed from a peak value to 0. When current flows through the heating pins, a magnetic field is generated around the pins, and as the two heating pins are relatively close, acting force is generated between the two heating pins when current flows through the heating pins. Since the on and off of the heating control device is periodic, the force will also vary periodically.
For heating element pins that are typically nichrome in material, the periodically varying force is sufficient to cause periodic vibration of the heating pin. If the frequency of the change in the force is in the audible range of the human ear, noise may be generated.

Detailed Description
The following further describes the invention in terms of specific embodiments.
Example 1
The noise test is carried out by using the heating non-burning smoking set of the same power supply unit and the same control unit, wherein the heating pins between the heating element and the control element are respectively tested by adopting silver-plated nickel wires, gold wires, silver wires, copper wires, brass wires (the content of each element is about 66wt% of copper, 34wt% of zinc), copper-nickel alloy wires (the content of each element is about 41wt% of copper, 59wt% of nickel) and nickel-plated copper wires. The diameters of the cross sections of the heating pins are 1mm, the lengths of the heating pins are 50mm, the heating pins are tightly connected with the heating element and the control element, namely, the minimum stretching amplitude of the heating pins is less than 0.1mm under the traction that the vertical direction of the heating pins is less than 2 newton of tension.
The smoking set heating procedure was initiated and the smoking set noise was measured by manual sensory evaluation and machine testing, the results being shown in table 1.
As can be seen from the following Table 1, the heating pins of the present invention can obviously eliminate smoking set noise when gold wires, silver wires, copper wires, brass wires, copper-nickel alloy wires and nickel-plated copper wires are adopted.
TABLE 1 smoking set noise test results
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
