Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of heating cigarette smoking set, and particularly relates to a method for eliminating smoking set noise by changing the material of a heating pin.
Background
With the development of the heating cigarette industry, the heating cigarette smoking set is continuously optimized and upgraded, and the performance requirements of users on the heating cigarette smoking set are higher and higher. In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that: when the current electric heating cigarette smoking set is used, noise which can be heard by human ears is generated, and the noise easily causes psychological or physiological discomfort to part of users.
However, current smoking set manufacturers have never realized the above problems and have not proposed a method of eliminating smoking set noise. The existing noise elimination method comprises the following steps: the device is added with sound-deadening material absorbing materials such as sound-deadening cotton. However, the smoking set itself is small in size, and it is not suitable to add sound-deadening cotton in the smoking set to eliminate noise.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is proposed in order to solve at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
The invention provides a method for eliminating noise of a heating cigarette smoking set, wherein a connecting wire between a heating element and a heating control device is marked as a heating pin, and the heating pin is made of A, wherein A is a metal element with the nuclear charge number larger than 28; or the heating pin is made of copper alloy.
When the number of nuclear charges of the heater pin material a is large, for example, greater than 28, the weight of the heater pin is large, and vibration is not easily generated.
Preferably, a is selected from copper, gold, silver.
Preferably, the alloy of copper comprises: at least one of red copper, brass, cupronickel and copper-nickel alloy.
Preferably, the heat emitting pin is a nickel-plated copper wire. Nickel-plated copper wire may also be considered a copper-nickel alloy in a broad sense. When the heating pin is made of copper alloy, the reason that the heating pin is not easy to vibrate may be that: 1. the copper atomic weight is larger, the weight of the heating pin is larger, and vibration is not easy to generate; 2. copper resistance is less, and when electric current passes through, it is little to electric current hindrance effect, and the vibration effort that causes is little. Copper has a lower resistivity than nickel.
Preferably, in the smoking set, under the traction of the vertical direction of the heating pin less than 2 newtons of pulling force, the minimum stretching amplitude of the heating pin is greater than 0.1 mm. The heating pin is not easy to be in a tight state, so that the vibration phenomenon can be further weakened.
Preferably, said a has an HRc (rockwell hardness) hardness value of no more than 64. The heating pins are made of soft conductive materials. When the heating pin is made of a soft material, the action force acting on the heating pin causes the self vibration to be unobvious.
Preferably, the diameter of the cross section of the heating pin is 0.1 mm-2 mm, and the length is 1mm
~100mm。
Preferably, the heating pin can be made of a single-strand wire or a stranded wire.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
Smoking articles can produce noise for a variety of reasons, such as: the type of the heating control device, the type and resistance value of the heating element, the length of the pin of the heating element, the fixing mode of the pin, a control program and the like.
The existing smoking set uses silver-plated nickel wires to connect the control element and the heating element, because:
1. the silver-plated nickel wire has high melting point, the heating sheet pin pad is made of silver-palladium mixed slurry, the silver-plated nickel wire and the pad have better adhesiveness at high temperature, the heat conductivity is poor, the temperature of a soldering tin position is not easy to diffuse, the soldering is easier, and the temperature is not easy to conduct to a scheme board position;
2. the silver-plated nickel wire has high strength and is more suitable for electronic cigarettes.
As known by persons skilled in the art, copper wires are low in thermal resistivity and good in heat conduction performance, so that heat is transferred quickly, and heat generated by a heating element is easily conducted to the position of a control board to cause high-temperature protection of the control board; secondly, the temperature of the welding position is easy to diffuse out, and the welding is not easy to be firm compared with the silver-plated nickel wire; the oxidation resistance is poor, and the oxidation resistance is easy to cause the performance change when the coating is exposed in the air. Thus, copper wire is generally considered by those skilled in the art to be unsuitable for use as a smoking article wire. Likewise, those skilled in the art do not typically use copper alloy wires for smoking article leads.
The invention provides a method for eliminating smoking set noise by changing the material of a heating pin for the first time. The invention is contrary to the way, and the unexpected discovery that the heating pin adopts the copper wire to eliminate the noise of the smoking set. The reason for this is probably that when the atomic weight of copper is large, the number of nuclear charges is larger than 28 (the number of nuclear charges of nickel), the weight of the heat generating pin is large, and vibration is not easily generated; 2. copper resistance is less, and when electric current passes through, it is little to electric current hindrance effect, and the vibration effort that causes is little.
The inventor simultaneously tests other heating pins made of metal elements with the nuclear charge number larger than 28 and heating pins made of copper alloy, finds that the noise elimination effect is achieved, and the inventor still researches the specific principle of eliminating the smoking set noise. By the present invention, the inventors preliminarily determined that: the vibration of the heating pin is the main cause of the smoking set to generate noise.
The reason for the heat pin vibration may be as follows:
the heating control device is connected with the smoking set power supply. The heating element of the smoking set is connected with the heating control device by two heating pins. The MCU (micro control unit) controls the on and off frequency of the heating control device to control the power supply to supply power to the heating element at a certain frequency.
When the MCU controls the heating control device to be switched on every time, the heating element is directly powered by the power supply, and the current in the heating pin is changed from 0 to a peak value because the heating pin is in the current loop; when the MCU controls the heating control device to be switched off, the current in the heating pin is changed from the peak value to 0. When current flows through the heating pins, a magnetic field is generated around the pins, and because the two heating pins are close to each other, acting force is generated between the two heating pins when the current flows. Since the switching on and off of the heating control means is periodic, the force will also vary periodically.
For a heating element pin made of nichrome, the periodically varying force is sufficient to cause the heating pin to vibrate periodically. If the frequency of the change of the force is in the auditory range of the human ear, noise may be generated.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
The noise test is carried out by using the heating non-combustion smoking set of the same power supply unit and the same control unit, wherein the heating pins between the heating element and the control element are respectively tested by adopting silver-plated nickel wires, gold wires, silver wires, copper wires, brass wires (the content of each element is about 66 wt% of copper and 34 wt% of zinc), copper-nickel alloy wires (the content of each element is about 41 wt% of copper and 59 wt% of nickel) and nickel-plated copper wires. The diameter of the cross section of each heating pin is 1mm, the length of each heating pin is 50mm, and the heating pins are connected with the heating element and the control element in a tight manner, namely the minimum stretching amplitude of the pins is less than 0.1mm under the traction of the heating pins with the vertical direction less than 2 Newton pulling force.
The smoking set heating program was started and smoking set noise was measured by manual sensory evaluation and machine testing, with the results shown in table 1.
As can be seen from table 1 below, the heating pin of the present invention can obviously eliminate smoking set noise when using gold wire, silver wire, copper wire, brass wire, copper-nickel alloy wire, and nickel-plated copper wire.

Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
