本发明公开了一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,包括如下组分:酸性染料10‑20份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物20‑30份、抗紫外线剂20‑30份、光稳定剂2‑5份和匀染剂25‑35份。本发明属于染料技术领域,具体是指一种实现该染料在低浓度下具有更高的日晒牢度,并且适宜各类染色物的染色,尤其是对浅色织物的染色效果更好,染色饱满,颜色艳丽的高日晒牢度酸性染料。

一种高日晒牢度酸性染料
技术领域
本发明属于染料技术领域,具体是指一种高日晒牢度酸性染料。
背景技术
染料是能使纤维和其他材料牢固染上颜色的化合物。随着社会生活水平的逐步提高,人们对服饰等的颜色要求也越来越高,故染料的研发越来越受众多研发人员所青睐。染色牢度是评价染料的重要指标之一,其包括日晒牢度、皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度,摩擦牢度又分为干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度,其中日晒牢度是指是指染色物在日光照射下保持原来色泽的能力。按一般规定,耐日晒牢度的测定以太阳光为标准,染色物在光的照射下,染料吸收光能,能级提高,分子处于激化状态,染料分子的发色体系发生变化或遭到破坏,导致染料分解而发生变色或褪色现象,影响染料耐光牢度的因素,包括光源与照射光的波长、环境因素、纤维的化学性质与组织结构、染料与纤维的键合强度、染料的化学结构、染料浓度与聚集态、人工汗液在染料光褪色中的影响和助剂的影响。
同时染色物的日晒牢度随染色浓度变化而有所不同,同一种染料在同一种纤维上染色的织物,日晒牢度随染色浓度增加而进步,浅色织物的染色浓度低,日晒牢度相应下降,而且传统的工艺染整后的面料往往其牢度不高,耐日晒性能不强,容易出现掉色或者褪色的问题,破坏面料的美观度和观赏性。
发明内容
为了解决上述难题,本发明提供了一种改进的染整工艺,实现该染料在低浓度下具有更高的日晒牢度,并且适宜各类染色物的染色,尤其是对浅色织物的染色效果更好,染色饱满,颜色艳丽的高日晒牢度酸性染料。
为了实现上述功能,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,包括如下组分:酸性染料10-20份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物20-30份、抗紫外线剂20-30份、光稳定剂2-5份和匀染剂25-35份。
进一步地,所述酸性染料15份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物25份、抗紫外线剂 20份、光稳定剂3份和匀染剂25份。
进一步地,所述酸性染料为以下几种酸性染料中的一种或几种:酸性黄 199、酸性黄17、酸性红266、酸性红337、酸性蓝25、酸性蓝324、酸性黄 29、酸性红34,酸性黄17、酸性黄29、酸性红34和酸性蓝324与光稳定剂和抗紫外线剂配合后,协同效果更显著,不但牢固度提高,而且染色更饱满有光泽。
进一步地,所述抗紫外线剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531,所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂622,紫外线吸收剂UV-531和光稳定剂配合使用后,能够有效避免黄变和光泽度降低等问题,同时确保染料的长效性能与安定性。
进一步地,所述匀染剂为酸性匀染剂FTS,酸性匀染剂FTS有极强的匀染,移染作用,使染色织物色泽均匀鲜艳,色牢度好,不会造成变色现象。
本发明采取上述结构取得有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种耐日晒性能强,不易出现掉色或者褪色的问题,实现该染料在低浓度下具有更高的日晒牢度,并且适宜各类染色物的染色,尤其是对浅色织物的染色效果更好,染色饱满,颜色艳丽,与传统染料相比,具有很大幅度的提升。

实施例1
本发明一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,包括如下组分:所述酸性染料15份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物25份、抗紫外线剂20份、光稳定剂3份和匀染剂25 份。
所述酸性染料为4份酸性黄17、1份酸性黄29、3份酸性红34和7份酸性蓝324。
所述抗紫外线剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂622。
所述匀染剂为酸性匀染剂FTS。
实施例2
本发明一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,包括如下组分:所述酸性染料10份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物20份、抗紫外线剂20份、光稳定剂2份和匀染剂25 份。
所述酸性染料为2份酸性黄17、1份酸性黄29、3份酸性红34和4份酸性蓝324。
所述抗紫外线剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂622。
所述匀染剂为酸性匀染剂FTS。
实施例3
本发明一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,包括如下组分:所述酸性染料15份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物25份、抗紫外线剂20份和匀染剂25份。
所述酸性染料为4份酸性黄17、1份酸性黄29、3份酸性红34和7份酸性蓝324。
所述抗紫外线剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531。
所述匀染剂为酸性匀染剂FTS。
具体使用时,提供90匹涤纶纤维布料,分为三组,一组有30匹涤纶纤维布料,将实施例1-3制备的染料对布料进行染色,染色后贯穿每组布料的色彩情况以及色彩分布的均匀性,在对布料进行日照,再观察每组布料的掉色情况,经实验得出实施例1为最佳染料。

1.一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,其特征在于,按重量份数包括如下组分:酸性染料10-20份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物20-30份、抗紫外线剂20-30份、光稳定剂2-5份和匀染剂25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,其特征在于:所述酸性染料15份、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物25份、抗紫外线剂20份、光稳定剂3份和匀染剂25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,其特征在于:所述酸性染料为以下几种酸性染料中的一种或几种:酸性黄199、酸性黄17、酸性红266、酸性红337、酸性蓝25、酸性蓝324、酸性黄29、酸性红34。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531,所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂622。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高日晒牢度酸性染料,其特征在于:所述匀染剂为酸性匀染剂FTS。
