Because the tail end of the belt support 314 is positioned on the upper surface of the transmission belt 301 and is provided with the blocking plate 308, the riveting workpieces transmitted by the transmission belt 301 are blocked by the blocking plate 308 and cannot fall off, and a certain number of riveting pieces can be collected into a turnover box in a centralized manner by manpower, so that the riveting pieces are collected in a centralized manner.
In this implementation, the position sensing sensors 310 are arranged on two sides of the middle of the belt support 314, and when the number of riveting pieces is large, the position sensing sensors 310 can provide information for a control system to realize reminding, so that an operator is reminded to operate before, and the riveting pieces are collected in a centralized manner. The inner side of the clamping jaw 306 is provided with a positioning taper hole, and the positioning taper hole realizes positioning of two ends of a workpiece, so that the picking is reliable, the workpiece is not easy to fall off, and the operation reliability of the whole production line is improved.
Above structure can realize automatic the snatching of unloading to the riveting piece, and production efficiency is high, safe and reliable, but wide application in the automatic unloading of riveting piece assembly processing.
The technical scheme of the invention provides the automatic part assembling device which can realize automatic feeding, automatic riveting and automatic discharging of parts only by manually placing the parts, the automatic part assembling device has high working efficiency, good quality consistency and low labor intensity of workers, realizes automatic assembling operation of special-shaped parts of automobiles, and can be widely applied to automatic assembling and processing of the parts of the automobiles.
