It is noted that the magic tape 7 in embodiment 1 may also be provided with an opening and closing device such as a magnetic button, a snap button, etc., for example, three magnetic buttons may be provided, two on the umbrella cover and one on the lower surface of the umbrella cover, wherein one magnetic button on the umbrella cover is shared by the umbrella opening and closing device pair and the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the second embodiment of the present invention after two kinds of umbrella covers are provided to store an umbrella, the umbrella cover 6 is covered on the stored umbrella, the umbrella handle 1 is located on the upper portion of the umbrella, the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the surface of the umbrella cover 6 is provided with a magic tape 7, and the umbrella cover 5 is opaque rain-proof silk. The connecting rope 8 is led out from the opening of the umbrella sleeve and can be used as a hanging rope of the umbrella, the connecting rope 8 is a nylon wire, and the connecting rope 8 can also be an elastic wire; the connecting rope 8 can be formed by connecting non-elastic wires and elastic wires in series, wherein the non-elastic wires are adjacent to the umbrella cover, and the elastic wires are adjacent to the umbrella; the connecting rope 8 is fixedly connected with the umbrella cover 6 at the upper part of the umbrella cover 6, the connecting rope 8 is connected with the umbrella rod 2 in a sleeved mode, and the connecting rope 8 can slide on the umbrella rod 2; the connecting rope 8, the umbrella sleeve 6 and the umbrella form an openable ring structure which can be hung on the shoulder of an umbrella carrier. Fig. 5-1 shows that a single side of the umbrella cover 6 is provided with the magic tape 7, the magic tape 7 is arranged on the single side of the umbrella cover 6, the upper magic tape and the lower magic tape are arranged, the upper magic tape 7 is positioned on the upper area of the umbrella cover 6, and the lower magic tape 7 is positioned at two thirds of the umbrella cover from top to bottom. Fig. 2-1 is a schematic view of the umbrella cover of fig. 5-1 after being stored, as shown in the figure, the upper and lower magic tapes are bonded, and the umbrella cover is folded and stored in three layers. Fig. 5-2 shows that the magic tapes 7 are disposed at the upper and lower sides of the left and right sides of the umbrella case 6, the upper magic tape 7 is located at the upper region of the umbrella case 6, and the lower magic tape 7 is disposed at a region adjacent to the upper magic tape. Fig. 2-2 is a schematic view of the umbrella cover of fig. 5-2 after being stored, as shown in the figure, the umbrella cover is rolled, folded and stored by rolling and storing the umbrella cover from bottom to top and bonding the umbrella cover by a magic tape.

Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the umbrella cover of the second type of umbrella after being unfolded and folded on the umbrella cover, wherein the lower surface of the umbrella cover 5 is provided with a magic tape 7, the magic tape 7 on the lower surface of the umbrella cover is adhered to the magic tape 7 on the upper part of the umbrella cover after being folded and folded as shown in fig. 2-1, and the umbrella cover after being folded is shown by a dotted line. In fig. 6 and 7, the connecting rope 8 is fixedly connected with the umbrella cover 6 at the upper part of the umbrella cover 6, the connecting rope 8 is connected with the umbrella rod 2 at the lower part of the sliding cover 4 in a sleeved mode, the connecting rope 8 can slide on the umbrella rod 2, and the connecting rope 8 can also be connected with the umbrella rod 2 at the upper part of the sliding cover 4 in a sleeved mode.

It is noted that the magic tape 7 in embodiment 2 may also be provided with an opening and closing device such as a magnetic button, a snap button, etc., for example, three magnetic buttons may be provided, two on the umbrella cover and one on the lower surface of the umbrella cover, wherein one magnetic button on the umbrella cover is shared by the umbrella opening and closing device pair and the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair.

Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the foldable stand of the umbrella after unfolding, schematically showing the structure of a single foldable stand 3 and an umbrella rod 2, wherein the umbrella cover is not shown, fig. 4 can be used for showing the connection position of the connecting rope 8, the sliding sleeve 4 and the umbrella rod 2, wherein the foldable stand 3 is a three-fold stand, and a foldable stand with multiple folds such as five folds can be arranged. The connecting rope 8 can also be connected with the umbrella handle 1, the foldable support 3 or the sliding sleeve 4 of the umbrella.

FIG. 9 is a schematic view of the umbrella with connecting rope according to the present invention, wherein the connecting rope 8 is wound around the umbrella shaft 2 by a double-thread slipknot to form a double-rope structure of the openable rope ring, wherein the connecting rope 8 is connected to the umbrella shaft 2 in a sleeved manner, and the connecting rope 8 can slide on the umbrella shaft 2; FIG. 10 shows the umbrella in the configuration of FIG. 9, with the shaft 2 fully retracted adjacent the shaft 1; the umbrella handle of the structure of fig. 9 and 10 includes a structure with a groove, a sliding sleeve buckle is arranged in the groove, the sliding sleeve is clamped in the sliding sleeve buckle in the structure of fig. 10, and a part of the foldable bracket is pressed into the groove of the umbrella handle; the receiving structures of fig. 9 and 10 can be applied to hang an umbrella on a belt, etc. of an umbrella carrier to prevent the umbrella carrier from holding the umbrella; the storage structure of FIGS. 9 and 10 can reduce the length of the connecting rope to prevent the umbrella from swinging; the storage method of fig. 9 and 10 can be performed after the umbrella is stored in the umbrella case, and then the umbrella is placed on the closed loop, for example, the closed loop is referred to as a belt.

Claims

1. A folding umbrella is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

the umbrella handle is arranged at the lower part of the umbrella rod and is used for holding an umbrella by a user holding the umbrella handle;

the umbrella rod is of a telescopic structure and is arranged at the upper part of the umbrella handle;

the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the umbrella rod and can slide on the umbrella rod;

the plurality of foldable supports are arranged on the sliding sleeve and the umbrella rod;

the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials and arranged on the foldable support;

the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials, the upper end of the umbrella cover is an opening, and the lower end of the umbrella cover is a closed end and is used for storing a folding umbrella or rainwater;

the umbrella opening and closing device pair is respectively arranged on the surface of the umbrella cover and the lower surface of the umbrella cover and is used for connecting and storing the umbrella cover and the umbrella cover when the umbrella is opened;

the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is arranged on the umbrella cover and used for folding and containing the umbrella cover.

2. The folding umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pair of umbrella opening and closing devices is a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic buckle, a magnetic tape, a hook pair, or a hook loop.

3. The folding umbrella as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic buckle, a magnetic tape, a hook pair, or a hook ring.

4. A folding umbrella of claim 1, wherein said means for engaging and disengaging said umbrella on said umbrella case is part of a pair of umbrella case engaging and disengaging means.

5. A folding umbrella is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is arranged on the umbrella cover and used for folding and containing the umbrella cover;

one end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella cover, and the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella handle, the umbrella rod, the sliding sleeve, the foldable support or the umbrella cover.

6. The folding umbrella as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pair of umbrella opening and closing devices are selected from the group consisting of velcro, snap fastener, magnetic buckle, magnetic sticker, hook pair, and hook ring.

7. The folding umbrella as claimed in claim 5, wherein the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic buckle, a magnetic tape, a hook pair, or a hook ring.

8. A folding umbrella of claim 5, wherein said means for engaging and disengaging said umbrella on said umbrella case is part of a pair of umbrella case engaging and disengaging means.

9. The folding umbrella of claim 5, wherein the connecting string is an elastic string or a non-elastic string.
