Detailed Description

Example 1

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a first umbrella with hooks and a one-sided velcro tape according to the present invention, wherein the hooks 7 are openable hooks made of a metal material and are disposed on the upper portion of the umbrella cover 6; the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the upper end is an opening, and the lower end is a closed opening; magic subsides 9 set up in the unilateral right side of chute boot 6, and two upper and lower magic subsides, upper portion magic subsides 9 are located chute boot 6 upper portion region, and lower part magic subsides 9 are located chute boot from the top down two-thirds department. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the first umbrella with hooks and one-sided hook and loop fasteners stored in the first umbrella, wherein the upper and lower hook and loop fasteners are bonded to fold the umbrella cover into three layers, and the opening of the umbrella cover can be kept upward when the umbrella cover is hung through the hooks. When the umbrella is stored, the umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 1 can be connected with a hanging rope and an umbrella rod of the umbrella through the hook, so that the umbrella cover is fixed on the umbrella, and meanwhile, the umbrella cover and the hook form an openable and closable hanging structure, so that the umbrella is hung on a belt or a waistband. The umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 1 can be connected with a foldable support, a hanging rope and an umbrella rod of an umbrella through the hooks when the umbrella is unfolded, so that the umbrella cover is fixed in the umbrella.

When the umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 3 is unfolded, the umbrella cover can be connected with a foldable support, a hanging rope and an umbrella rod of the umbrella through the hooks, so that the umbrella cover is fixed in the umbrella.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a first umbrella cover with an openable ring and a one-sided hook and loop fastener according to the present invention, wherein the openable ring is an openable connecting band 11 made of flexible plastic material, a snap fastener 10 is provided on the connecting band 11, and the openable ring is provided on the upper portion of the umbrella cover 6; the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the upper end is an opening, and the lower end is a closed opening; magic subsides 9 set up in the unilateral right side of chute boot 6, and two upper and lower magic subsides, upper portion magic subsides 9 are located chute boot 6 upper portion region, and lower part magic subsides 9 are located chute boot from the top down two-thirds department. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the first type of the umbrella with the openable and closable hanging ring and the one-sided hook and loop fastener of the present invention after being stored, as shown in the figure, the upper and lower hook and loop fasteners are bonded to fold the umbrella cover into three layers, and the opening of the umbrella cover can be kept upward when the umbrella cover is suspended by the openable and closable hanging ring. The umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 5 can be connected with a hanging rope and an umbrella rod of an umbrella through an openable ring when the umbrella is stored, so that the umbrella cover is fixed on the umbrella, and meanwhile, an openable hanging structure is formed through the umbrella, the umbrella cover and the openable ring, so that the umbrella is hung on a belt or a waistband. The umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 5 can be connected with the foldable bracket, the hanging rope and the umbrella rod of the umbrella through the openable hanging ring when the umbrella is unfolded, so that the umbrella cover is fixed in the umbrella.

Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a first umbrella cover with an openable ring and two-sided hook and loop fasteners of the present invention, wherein the openable ring is an openable connecting band 11 made of flexible plastic material, a snap fastener 10 is provided on the connecting band 11, and the upper part of the umbrella cover 6 is provided; the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the upper end is an opening, and the lower end is a closed opening; magic subsides 9 set up two magic subsides about the left and right sides of chute boot 6, and upper portion magic subsides 9 are located chute boot 6 upper portion region, and lower part magic subsides 9 set up near lower part magic subsides region. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the first umbrella with an openable ring and two hook and loop fasteners according to the present invention, wherein the first umbrella is folded and stored by rolling the first umbrella from bottom to top and adhering the first umbrella with hook and loop fasteners, and the opening of the first umbrella is kept upward when the first umbrella is suspended by the openable ring. When the umbrella is stored, the umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 7 can be connected with the hanging rope and the umbrella rod of the umbrella through the openable ring, so that the umbrella cover is fixed on the umbrella, and meanwhile, the openable hanging structure is formed through the umbrella, the umbrella cover and the openable ring, so that the umbrella is hung on the belt or the waistband. When the umbrella cover with the structure shown in the figure 3 is unfolded, the umbrella cover can be connected with the foldable support, the hanging rope and the umbrella rod of the umbrella through the openable ring, so that the umbrella cover is fixed in the umbrella.

It is pointed out that the hanging device in this embodiment can be the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair itself, for example, the hanging device with the upper part of the umbrella cover removed in the structure of fig. 1 and fig. 3, and the hanging device is formed by the magic tape pair and the umbrella cover itself, so that the umbrella cover can be hung on the foldable bracket of the umbrella, the umbrella pole and the hanging rope on the umbrella handle, and the umbrella pole can be stored, including being rolled and stored on the umbrella pole. The hanging device in this embodiment may be a hanging rope disposed on an umbrella cover, the hanging rope is a loop rope, when the umbrella is stored in the umbrella cover, a double-line slipknot is disposed on the umbrella rod through the hanging rope and wound on the umbrella rod, and hung on the umbrella handle, so as to form a double-rope structure, the rope can be opened and closed, the hanging rope can slide on the umbrella rod, similar to fig. 15, and then the umbrella rod is completely retracted to be adjacent to the umbrella handle, similar to fig. 16, when the umbrella is opened, the hanging rope can be disposed to be hung on the umbrella handle hanging rope or a foldable support, for example, after the umbrella cover hanging rope passes through the umbrella handle, the umbrella cover itself passes through the umbrella cover hanging rope, so as to hang the umbrella cover on the umbrella handle hanging rope, when the umbrella is opened, the hanging rope can be disposed to be adjacent to the umbrella rod, for example, the double-line slipknot is disposed on the umbrella rod through the hanging rope, so as to hang the umbrella cover on the umbrella rod. It is noted that two pairs of the umbrella cover opening and closing devices can be arranged, the upper part of the umbrella cover is provided with an upper pair, the lower part of the umbrella cover is provided with a lower pair, when the umbrella is stored, the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair arranged at the lower part of the umbrella cover is closed to be hung on a foldable support, for example, the umbrella cover is coiled to be stored on the foldable support, and finally the umbrella cover is closed to be stored through the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair arranged at the upper part of the umbrella cover.

Example 2

FIG. 9 is a schematic view of a second umbrella with an umbrella cover for accommodating the umbrella according to the present invention, wherein the umbrella cover 6 is covered on the umbrella after being accommodated, the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the upper end of the umbrella cover 6 is an opening, and the lower end is a closed opening; the hook 7 is an openable hook made of metal material and is arranged at the upper part of the umbrella cover 6; magic subsides 9 set up in the unilateral right side of chute boot 6, and two upper and lower magic subsides, upper portion magic subsides 9 are located chute boot 6 upper portion region, and lower part magic subsides 9 are located chute boot from the top down two-thirds department. The hanging rope 8 of the umbrella is arranged on the umbrella handle 1 of the umbrella, the hanging rope 8 is a nylon thread, wherein the hanging rope 8 can also be an elastic thread; the umbrella surface 5 is made of rain-proof silk and is made of non-transparent material; the hook 7 is hung on the hanging rope 8 on the umbrella handle 1.

FIG. 10 is a schematic view showing the second type of umbrella of the present invention, wherein the umbrella cover is arranged on the umbrella handle after the umbrella is unfolded, the umbrella cover 6 is suspended on the hanging rope 8 through the hook 7, and the hook 7 can be connected to the umbrella rod, the sliding sleeve or the foldable support; as shown in fig. 10, the umbrella cover 6 is adhered by upper and lower magic tapes, and is stored in a three-layer folded manner and hung on the hanging rope 8 through the hook 7. The hanging rope 8 can be a hanging rope with a plurality of rings, so that the hanging length of the umbrella cover can be conveniently reduced.

Fig. 11 is a schematic view showing the umbrella case of the second umbrella of the present invention disposed on the foldable support after unfolding, and the foldable support 3 is a three-fold support in which the umbrella cover is not shown for showing the fixing position of the umbrella case on the umbrella, and fig. 11 shows the umbrella case with the hook 7 fixed on the foldable support 3, and it is noted that the hook 7 of the umbrella case can be disposed on the umbrella shaft 2 at the upper or lower part of the sliding case 4.

It is pointed out that the umbrella case in embodiment 2 can be the structure shown in fig. 3, and the magic tapes 9 are arranged on the left and right sides of the umbrella case 6; the umbrella cover in the embodiment 2 can be the structure shown in fig. 5, and the hook 7 is replaced by an openable ring; the umbrella cover in embodiment 2 can be the structure of fig. 7, and the hook 7 is replaced by an openable ring, and the magic tapes 9 are arranged on the upper and lower magic tapes on the left and right sides of the umbrella cover 6. It is pointed out that in the embodiment 2, a connection rope can be arranged, one end of the connection rope is connected with the upper part of the umbrella sleeve, and the other end of the connection rope is connected with the umbrella, and the connection rope comprises a connection rope connected with an umbrella rod, a sliding sleeve, a foldable support, an umbrella cover, an umbrella handle or an umbrella handle hanging rope of the umbrella.

Example 3

FIG. 12 is a schematic view showing a third umbrella with an umbrella cover for accommodating the umbrella according to the present invention, wherein the umbrella cover 6 is covered on the umbrella after being accommodated, the umbrella cover 6 is made of transparent flexible plastic, the upper end of the umbrella cover 6 is an opening, and the lower end is a closed end; the connecting belt 11 is a cloth belt as a connecting rope and is arranged at the upper part of the umbrella sleeve 6, and the other end of the connecting belt 11 is connected to the umbrella rod through a ring belt and can slide on the umbrella rod; magic subsides 9 set up in the left and right sides of chute boot 6, two upper and lower magic subsides, and upper portion magic subsides 9 are located chute boot 6 upper portion region, and lower part magic subsides 9 are located chute boot from the top down two-thirds department. The umbrella surface 5 is made of rain-proof silk and is made of non-transparent material.

FIG. 14 is a schematic view showing the third type of umbrella of the present invention, wherein the umbrella cover 6 is hung on the foldable support 3 through the magic tape 9 and the umbrella cover 6, and the umbrella cover 6 can also be hung on the hanging rope of the umbrella rod or the umbrella handle through the magic tape 9 and the umbrella cover 6; as shown in fig. 13, the umbrella case 6 is adhered by upper and lower magic tapes to store the umbrella case in a three-layer folded state, wherein the connecting band 11 is not shown. The collapsible stand 3 of fig. 14 is a tri-fold stand, wherein the canopy is not shown, for showing the position of the umbrella cover in place on the umbrella. Here, in FIG. 14, a connection string is provided, and one end of the connection string 11 is connected to the upper part of the umbrella case, and the other end is connected to the umbrella, and may be connected to the umbrella shaft, the slip cover, the umbrella handle or the umbrella handle hanging string on the upper part of the sliding cover of the umbrella. It is noted that in fig. 14, a connecting rope is provided, and the connecting band 11 can be wound around the umbrella stick by providing a double-thread slipknot, so that the umbrella cover can be hung on the umbrella stick for storage.

FIG. 15 is a schematic view showing a third umbrella with a connecting string for accommodating the umbrella according to the present invention, wherein the connecting string 11 is wound around the umbrella shaft 2 by a double-thread slipknot to form a double-string structure of the openable string ring, wherein the connecting string 11 is detachably connected to the umbrella shaft 2, and the connecting string 11 can slide on the umbrella shaft 2; FIG. 16 shows the umbrella in the configuration of FIG. 15, with the shaft 2 fully retracted adjacent the shaft 1; the umbrella handle of the arrangement of fig. 15 and 16 includes a groove arrangement with a sliding sleeve snap disposed in the groove, and in the arrangement of fig. 16 the sliding sleeve is snapped into the sliding sleeve snap while a portion of the foldable support is pressed into the groove of the umbrella handle; FIGS. 15 and 16 are views of a storage structure that can be used to attach an umbrella to a belt, strap, etc. of an umbrella carrier to prevent the umbrella carrier from holding the umbrella; FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 show a storage structure for reducing the length of the connection cord to prevent the umbrella from swinging; the storage method of fig. 15 and 16 can be performed after the umbrella is stored in the umbrella case, and then the umbrella is placed on the closed loop, for example, the closed loop is referred to as a belt.

Claims

1. A rain insensitive device which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials, the upper end of the umbrella cover is an opening, and the lower end of the umbrella cover is a closed end and is used for storing a folding umbrella or rainwater;

the hanging device is arranged at the upper end of the umbrella cover and is used for fixing the umbrella cover on the umbrella when the umbrella is stored or unfolded;

the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is arranged on the umbrella cover and used for folding and containing the umbrella cover.

2. A rain protection system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said attachment means is a lanyard, hook or openable loop.

3. A rain protection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the openable ring is made of a rigid or flexible material.

4. The rain protection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is selected from the group consisting of a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic fastener, a hook pair, and a hook ring.

5. A rain insensitive device which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

the umbrella handle is arranged at the lower part of the umbrella rod and is used for holding an umbrella by a user holding the umbrella handle;

the umbrella rod is of a telescopic structure and is arranged at the upper part of the umbrella handle;

the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the umbrella rod and can slide on the umbrella rod;

the plurality of foldable supports are arranged on the sliding sleeve and the umbrella rod;

the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials and arranged on the foldable support;

the hanging rope and the hanging device are arranged on the umbrella handle and the umbrella cover, the hanging rope or the hanging device is arranged at the upper end of the umbrella cover, and the hanging rope and the hanging device are used for fixing the umbrella cover on the umbrella when the umbrella is stored or unfolded;

6. A rain protection device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said attachment means is a hook or an openable ring.

7. A rain protection device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the openable ring is constructed of a rigid or flexible material.

8. The rain protection device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is selected from the group consisting of a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic fastener, a hook pair, and a hook ring.

9. A rain insensitive device which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

one end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella cover, and the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella handle, the umbrella rod, the sliding sleeve, the foldable support or the umbrella cover;

10. The rain protection device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the umbrella cover opening and closing device pair is selected from the group consisting of a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a magnetic fastener, a hook pair, and a hook ring.
