Disclosure of Invention

The present invention addresses the above-mentioned problems by providing a folding umbrella of the kind having an umbrella pocket.

The first folding umbrella with the umbrella bag comprises a folding umbrella, and the folding umbrella comprises an umbrella handle, an umbrella rod, a sliding sleeve, a foldable support and an umbrella cover, wherein the umbrella handle is the lower part of the folding umbrella, and the upper part of the umbrella rod is the upper part of the folding umbrella; wherein the foldable bracket is hinged with the top end of the umbrella rod and is hinged with the sliding sleeve; the umbrella rod is of a telescopic structure; the umbrella rod comprises a top umbrella cap; the umbrella handle is positioned at the lower part of the umbrella rod, and the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the umbrella rod and can slide on the umbrella rod; the foldable bracket of the foldable umbrella is of a multi-fold structure; the foldable bracket can be three-folded, four-folded, five-folded and the like; the folding umbrella comprises an automatic folding umbrella or a manual folding umbrella, and a switch of the umbrella comprises an umbrella handle or a sliding sleeve; the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials, including flexible plastics, waterproof cloth, waterproof silk and the like.

The connecting rope 8 is led out from the opening of the umbrella sleeve and can be used as an openable hanging rope of the umbrella, the connecting rope 8 is a nylon wire, and the connecting rope 8 can also be an elastic wire; the connecting rope 8 can be formed by connecting non-elastic wires and elastic wires in series, wherein the non-elastic wires are adjacent to the umbrella cover, and the elastic wires are adjacent to the umbrella; the connecting rope 8 is fixedly connected with the umbrella cover 6 at the upper part of the umbrella cover 6, the connecting rope 8 is sleeved with the umbrella rod 2 at the upper part of the sliding sleeve 4, and the connecting rope 8 can slide on the umbrella rod 2 at the upper part of the annular sleeve 4; the connecting rope 8, the umbrella cover 6 and the umbrella form an openable ring structure which can be hung on the shoulder of an umbrella carrier or a bag belt.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a second type of umbrella according to the present invention after being unfolded, wherein the umbrella cover 6 is stored on the lower surface of the umbrella cover 5 by being placed in the umbrella pocket 7, and the dotted lines on the umbrella cover represent the umbrella pocket 7 and the umbrella cover 6; the umbrella bag 7 on the lower surface of the umbrella cover is made of rain-proof silk material, the opening of the umbrella bag 7 is positioned at the upper part, and the opening faces the umbrella rod; the edges of the left side and the right side of the umbrella bag 7 are positioned at two sides of the foldable bracket, namely the umbrella bag 7 stretches across the foldable bracket. FIG. 7 is a schematic top-down view of the structure of FIG. 6, wherein the umbrella cover 6 is stored on the lower surface of the umbrella cover 5 by being placed in the umbrella bag 7, wherein the dotted lines represent the umbrella cover 6, and the edges of the left and right sides of the umbrella bag 7 are located on both sides of the foldable support, i.e. the umbrella bag 7 spans across one foldable support; the umbrella cover 6 is sleeved on the umbrella rod on the upper part of the sliding cover 4 through the connecting rope 8.

Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a second type of umbrella unfolding foldable support, schematically showing a single foldable support 3 and a umbrella rod 2, wherein the umbrella cover is not shown, and fig. 4 can be used for showing the connection position of the connecting rope 8 and the umbrella rod 2 at the upper part of the annular sleeve 4, wherein the foldable support 3 is a three-folding support, and a foldable support with multiple folds such as five folds can also be arranged.

FIG. 8 is a schematic view showing a second umbrella with a connecting cord for storing the umbrella according to the present invention, wherein the connecting cord 8 is wound around the umbrella shaft 2 by a double-cord slipknot to form a double-cord structure of the openable cord ring, wherein the connecting cord 8 is detachably connected to the umbrella shaft 2 at the upper part of the sliding sleeve 4, and the connecting cord 8 can slide on the umbrella shaft 2 at the upper part of the sliding sleeve 4; FIG. 9 shows the umbrella in the configuration of FIG. 8, with the shaft 2 fully retracted adjacent the shaft 1; the umbrella handle of the structure of fig. 8 and 9 includes a structure with a groove, a sliding sleeve buckle is arranged in the groove, the sliding sleeve is clamped in the sliding sleeve buckle in the structure of fig. 9, and a part of the foldable bracket is pressed into the groove of the umbrella handle; the receiving structures of fig. 8 and 9 can be applied to hang an umbrella on a belt, etc. of an umbrella carrier to prevent the umbrella carrier from holding the umbrella; the storage structure of fig. 8 and 9 can reduce the hanging length of the connecting rope and inhibit the swing of the umbrella; the storage method of fig. 8 and 9 can be carried out after the umbrella is stored in the umbrella cover, and the umbrella is hung and placed.

In this embodiment, the connection of the connection cord to the umbrella comprises the connection to the sliding sleeve 4 in fig. 4, and the connection of the connection cord to the umbrella comprises the connection to the foldable support 3 in fig. 4; in this embodiment, the connection of the connection cord to the umbrella comprises the connection to the lower surface of the canopy 5 in fig. 7, and the connection of the connection cord to the umbrella comprises the connection to the umbrella pocket 7 in fig. 7.

the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the umbrella rod and can slide on the umbrella rod;

the plurality of foldable supports are arranged on the sliding sleeve and the umbrella rod;

the umbrella cover is made of flexible waterproof materials and arranged on the foldable support;

one or more umbrella bag sets up in umbrella face lower surface, and the umbrella bag is provided with the opening, and the opening does not set up in umbrella bag lower part, accomodates one or more chute boot when the umbrella bag is used for the umbrella to open.

2. The foldable umbrella with the umbrella bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right edges of the umbrella bag are disposed at the left and right sides of the foldable support to form a three-dimensional storage space for the umbrella bag.

3. The foldable umbrella with the umbrella bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the umbrella bag is an umbrella surface and the lower surface of the umbrella bag is made of flexible material.

4. The folding umbrella with the umbrella pocket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the umbrella case is made of flexible waterproof material, the upper end of the umbrella case is open, the lower end is closed, and the umbrella case is used for storing the folding umbrella or rain.

the umbrella bag is arranged on the lower surface of the umbrella cover and provided with an opening, and the umbrella bag is used for accommodating an umbrella cover when the umbrella is opened;

one end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella sleeve, and the other end of the connecting rope is connected with the umbrella rod, the sliding sleeve, the foldable support, the umbrella cover or the umbrella bag.

7. A foldable umbrella with an umbrella bag according to claim 5, wherein the upper surface of the umbrella bag is an umbrella cover and the lower surface of the umbrella bag is made of flexible material.
