背景技术
对于混合动力传动系,例如从出版物DE100 25 853 A1中已知一种由内燃机和电机组成的驱动单元,所述内燃机和电机的曲轴和转子彼此耦联。在此,内燃机和电机能够分别独立地或共同地提供用于驱动机动车辆的驱动力矩,电机能够启动内燃机并且电机能够在惯性滑行下进行能量回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种驱动单元,其具有通至后续要驱动的部件、例如混合动力传动系的要驱动的部件的扭振隔离的接口。本发明的目的尤其是改进内燃机与电机之间的连接。
所述目的通过根据本发明的驱动单元实现。在下文中描述了本发明的有利实施方式。
提出的驱动单元尤其设置用于混合动力传动系以提供驱动力矩。在此,内燃机和/或电机能够提供相应的驱动力矩,内燃机能够由电机启动,并且电机能够在具有混合动力传动系的机动车辆的惯性滑行模式下将机动车辆的动能回收为电能,所述电能存储在蓄电池或电池中。为此,例如能够使内燃机停止运转,并且可能通过自动阀等来消除或减小惯性滑动力矩。为了将驱动单元与其余混合动力传动系解耦,能够在驱动单元下游连接有离合器、例如构成为摩擦离合器的分离式离合器和/或起动离合器。
内燃机包括第一壳体和曲轴,电机包括第二壳体和转子,所述第二壳体牢固地容纳定子。两个壳体牢固地彼此连接,例如彼此拧紧以及以优选的方式彼此定心,使得曲轴、定子以及在遵守预设的气隙的情况下的转子至少在预设的公差内彼此同轴地设置。曲轴和转子直接或间接地彼此旋转配合地(drehschlüssig)连接。
为了在曲轴与转子、驱动单元的通至后续部件、例如混合动力传动系的动力传动系装置的扭振隔离的接口之间构成旋转配合的连接,以及为了提供内燃机和驱动单元彼此的简单接合过程,在曲轴上以定心的方式紧固有飞轮,并且抗扭地容纳有由电机和扭振减振器形成的结构单元的输入部件。飞轮借助于其惯性矩用于稳定受扭振影响的曲轴,而扭振减振器具有扭振减振作用。转子的惯性矩以及可能电机的主动控制还用于扭振隔离。扭振减振器能够设置在转子的径向内部。此外,转速自适应的扭振缓冲器、例如连接在扭振减振器的上游或下游和/或连接在转子的上游或下游的离心力摆能够与驱动单元相关联,并且可能在转子的径向内部或与其轴向相邻地设置。此外,湿式运行或干式运行的摩擦离合器能够连接在驱动单元的下游,并且可能在转子的轴向结构空间中设置在转子的径向内部或者与所述转子轴向间隔开地设置。扭振减振器在其减振器输入部件与其减振器输出部件之间具有在环周方向上有效的弹簧装置,所述弹簧装置包括至少一个减振器级,所述减震器级具有在环周上分布设置的长的、构成为弧形弹簧的螺旋压力弹簧和/或在环周上分布设置的短的螺旋压力弹簧。替选地,能够设有具有多个彼此嵌套的螺旋压力弹簧的弹簧组。
飞轮能够形成为由环形部件、环形盘部件或者由在环周上分布设置的环形部段构成的圆盘式飞轮,所述环形部段设置在薄的盘部件或环形盘部件的一侧或两侧处。

在所提出的驱动单元的第二组实施方式中,扭振减振器连接在电机的转子的上游,并且减振器输入部件同时一件式或分开地和与转子连接的盘部件一起形成结构单元的输入部件。在此,扭振减振器的减振器输出部件与转子旋转配合地连接。例如,减振器输出部件或与转子和减振器输出部件连接的盘部件能够具有输出毂,所述输出毂用于将结构单元与混合动力传动系的后续部件旋转配合地连接。
根据内燃机和具有电机和扭振减振器的结构单元的密封构思和冷却构思,能够在内燃机的壳体和电机的壳体、曲轴和第一壳体和/或第二壳体和后续混合动力传动系以及第一壳体之间设有不同的密封件。例如,内燃机的密封构思能够与结构单元无关地构成,并且能够在曲轴与第一壳体之间设有密封件。替选地或附加地,结构单元能够向外密封并且独立地冷却和润滑或者干式运行。为此,能够向外省略独立的密封件。替选地,结构单元能够与后续的变速器、可能与连接在其间的分离式离合器一起冷却和润滑,使得构成有第二壳体的向外密封并且构成有与变速器壳体的连接。在此,第二壳体和变速器壳体能够共同地构成。

具体实施方式
图1示出围绕旋转轴线d设置的驱动单元100的上部分,所述驱动单元具有内燃机101、飞轮102,以及由电机104和扭振减振器105形成的结构单元103。
飞轮102构成为圆盘式飞轮,并且借助于在预设的部分圆上在环周上分布设置的紧固螺栓106与内燃机101的曲轴107拧紧。飞轮102具有轴向扩展的凸出部109,所述凸出部接合在曲轴107的中央开口108中,并且使飞轮102相对于曲轴107定心。
结构单元103的壳体110在飞轮102的径向外部借助于未示出的螺栓与内燃机的壳体111连接并在所述内燃机的壳体处定心。结构单元103的输入部件112包括与电机104的转子117径向在外部连接的刚性盘部件114。盘部件114径向在内部借助于中央螺栓115相对于飞轮102轴向预紧,并且可能具有相对于所述飞轮的形状配合。中央螺栓115与飞轮102的内螺纹116拧紧。
为了遵守在转子117和与壳体110连接的定子118之间的预设的气隙113,盘部件114借助于中央螺栓115相对于飞轮102定心,从而通过飞轮102的经由曲轴107至壳体111的公差链相对于定子118定心。
输入部件112——如在此所示——在盘部件114处抗扭地容纳在此连接在电机104的下游的扭振减振器105的减振器输入部件119。减振器输出部件120与输出毂121连接。在环周方向上在减振器输入部件119与减振器输出部件120之间并且在环周方向上以由其加载的方式设置有弹簧装置122。弹簧装置122包括在环周上分布设置的螺旋压力弹簧123、例如在其使用直径上预弯曲的弧形弹簧。
在驱动单元100的示出的实施例中,内燃机101不相对于曲轴107密封。相反,结构单元103一方面借助于在壳体部段125在所述壳体部段的内环周处与盘部件114的凸肩126之间的密封件127向外密封,并且另一方面借助于在法兰部件128的内环周与输出毂121之间设置的密封件129向外密封,所述壳体部段轴向设置在飞轮102与盘部件114之间。借助于轴向固定轴承、例如深沟球轴承可旋转地实现输出毂121在壳体110处的支承机构130。
通过壳体110、111在飞轮102的径向外部的连接并且通过将中央螺栓115与预安装在曲轴107处的飞轮102拧紧来实现结构单元103在壳体111处的安装。通过在输出毂121与轴或轴端的互补装齿的部件之间的啮合来实现驱动单元100与混合动力传动系的后续部件的连接。
图2在示意性截面图中示出围绕旋转轴线d设置的、与图1的驱动单元100类似的驱动单元200的上部分。与驱动单元100不同,驱动单元200具有结构单元203的轴向柔性构成的输入部件212,例如以用于补偿未详细示出的内燃机的曲轴207的轴向振动、摆动振动和/或屏振动(Schirmschwingung)。为此,借助于携动盘231实现电机204的转子217的连接,所述携动盘在其内环周处借助于定心凸缘232以定心的方式容纳在飞轮202处,并且借助于与飞轮202拧紧的中央螺栓215轴向相对于飞轮202预紧,并且可能与所述飞轮旋转配合地连接。飞轮202借助于紧固螺栓206与曲轴207拧紧。
在携动盘231处,借助于紧固螺栓234,盘部件214与轴向柔性的连接部件233牢固地被容纳,并且径向在外部与转子217连接。以这种方式,转子217轴向弹性地且抗扭地与曲轴207耦联。借助于径向向内延伸的法兰部件236实现转子217相对于电机204的壳体210的支承机构230。
扭振减振器205的减振器输入部件219与盘部件214的轴向固定区域连接。在此,在减振器输入部件219、减振器输出部件220和弹簧装置222之间补偿输入到扭振减振器205中的轴向振动。
图3在示意性截面图中示出围绕旋转轴线d设置的驱动单元300的上部分。与图2的驱动单元200不同,驱动单元300的飞轮302环形地构成,并且连接在结构单元303的轴向柔性构成的输入部件312的下游,并且设置在电机304或结构单元303的壳体310内。为此,携动盘331借助于与曲轴307拧紧的中央螺栓315可能形状配合地轴向预紧地紧固在未详细示出的内燃机的曲轴307上。在携动盘331上,借助于紧固螺栓334,盘部件314与轴向弹性的连接部件333连接。在连接部件333的径向外部,环形飞轮302与电机304的转子317以及盘部件314连接,例如借助于铆钉335铆接。
扭振减振器305的减振器输入部件319在背离转子317与盘部件314的连接的一侧处与和转子317连接的法兰部件336连接。法兰部件336从而转子317借助于支承机构330、例如如在此所示借助于轴向固定轴承在壳体310处可旋转地支承,使得在连接部件333内实现可能施加到曲轴307上的轴向振动的减振。
