Abstract

Meanwhile, the cooking fume contains strong carcinogens and can cause direct threat to the health of human bodies.
Based on the environmental problems, emission standards of atmospheric pollutants in catering industry are promulgated by Beijing city in 2018, the highest allowable emission concentration of oil smoke is reduced, and detection items of particulate matters and non-methane total hydrocarbons are increased.
The oil fume purification equipment adopted in the current market is developed aiming at the oil fume emission standard of catering industry (GB 18483-2001), and has the following defects: (1) at present, the oil fume purification equipment in the market has low awareness of later cleaning, viscous oil drops are formed for a long time, and potential safety hazards exist when the temperature is kept high continuously; (2) the smoke purification equipment on the market at present is quite difficult to clean and maintain in the later period and cannot be cleaned cleanly; (3) the purification efficiency of the oil fume purification equipment on the current market on VOCs (including non-methane total hydrocarbons and particulate matters) is not high, and the market demand cannot be met; (4) after the oil fume purification equipment in the current market is used for processing, the oil fume taste can still be diffused in the air; (5) the oil fume purification equipment in the current market has no safety consideration of a fire retardant device, and can not prevent the fire from spreading; (6) an effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
