本发明公开了一种解酒膏的制备方法,将马齿苋、生晒参、葛根、葛花、白蔻、猪苓、泽泻、陈皮、枳椇子、藿香、姜半夏、苏梗、升麻和甘草分别置于有盖的容器内;分别按药物总量加水完全浸没并浸泡处理;完成后分别进行两次煎煮;将煎好的各类药液合并后静置沉淀,然后对药液进行过滤;将过滤后的药汁倒入锅中进行浓缩制成清膏;在制成清膏的同时加胶辅料,并兑入生晒参药液混合均匀;向混合好的膏药中加糖,熬炼制成解酒膏。本发明制作方法简便有效,可操作性强,易于掌握应用,现已在临床推广应用。

我国有着历史悠久的酒文化,国人好酒者人数众多,酒在我国的节日庆典、人际交往中也发挥着一些特殊的作用。近年来,随着我国社会经济活动的日益繁荣,酒的消费量急剧增长,饮酒人群逐年增加,酗酒和酒精中毒者日益增多,严重影响人们身体健康和家庭、社会的稳定。酒对人体有广泛的药理作用,急性大量饮酒可引起恶心、呕吐、记忆力减退、注意力不集中、精细运动能力受损和情绪不稳定,严重时甚至可因呼吸肌麻痹而导致死亡。长期饮酒可引起精神障碍、胃溃疡以及脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、肝硬化等疾病。因此开发有效的解酒药物受到各国政府和人民的普遍重视。目前西方国家开发的解酒药以合成药物为主,而亚洲国家则侧重天然药物的研究开发。
中医学源远流长,对酒与饮酒致病的研究也历史悠久,西晋王叔和将饮酒所致之病始称“酒病”,后世多沿用之。中医学关于饮酒致病的理法方药记载很多,在五千年的发展中形成了一套独特的酒病证治理论。但目前该理论还未得到很好的整理总结。本研究根据临床实践将解酒膏的制备方法进行整理总结,为临床酒病的治疗提供帮助。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种解酒膏的制备方法,采用全新技术工艺生产制作具有健脾利湿、消毒保肝的解酒膏。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种解酒膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将马齿苋、生晒参、葛根、葛花、白蔻、猪苓、泽泻、陈皮、枳椇子、藿香、姜半夏、苏梗、升麻和甘草分别置于有盖的容器内;
S2、分别按药物总量加水完全浸没并浸泡处理;
S3、步骤S2完成后分别进行两次煎煮;
S4、将步骤S3煎好的各类药液合并后静置沉淀,然后对药液进行过滤;
S5、将过滤后的药汁倒入锅中进行浓缩制成清膏;
S6、在步骤S5制成清膏的同时加胶辅料,并兑入生晒参药液混合均匀;
S7、向步骤S6混合好的膏药中加糖,熬炼制成解酒膏。
具体的,步骤S1中,按下述重量配比计:马齿苋3份、生晒参10份、葛根30份、葛花30份、白蔻6份、猪苓15份、泽泻15份、陈皮10份、枳椇子30份、藿香10份、姜半夏10份、苏梗15份、升麻10份、甘草6份。
具体的,步骤S2中,分别按药物总量加5~8倍量的水浸没对应的药物,浸泡时间为8~10小时。
具体的,步骤S3中,煎煮时间以煎煮水沸后开始计时,第一次煎煮时间为2~3小时,加5~8倍量水;第二次煎煮时间为1~1.5小时,加3~5倍量水。
具体的,步骤S4中,静置时间为8~10小时。
具体的,步骤S5具体为:先用大火煎熬让药汁稠厚,再改用小火浓缩,当药汁滴在纸上不散开暂停,得到浓缩而成的清膏。

具体的,步骤S7完成后,将熬炼制成的解酒膏趁热倒入胶体包装机分装成小包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种解酒膏的制备方法,可用于改善醉酒所致的脾胃和肝脏损伤,缓解饮酒所致的身体不适状况,并具有健脾消食和养胃护肝的作用,加工工艺技术独特,最大限度保留了各种原料的药效成分,整个成型过程中不加入任何化学的药剂,并且可避免高温长时干燥造成药效成分损失。制作方法简便有效,可操作性强,易于掌握应用,现已在临床推广应用。
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
本发明一种解酒膏的制备方法,具体为:
S1、按下述重量配比计,将马齿苋3份、生晒参10份、葛根30份、葛花30份、白蔻6份、猪苓15份、泽泻15份、陈皮10份、枳椇子30份、藿香10份、姜半夏10份、苏梗15份、升麻10份、甘草6份根据其性质的不同分别置于有盖的容器内;
S2、按药物总量加5~8倍量的水完全浸没,浸泡8~10小时,以质硬药材浸润软透为度,使药料充分吸收膨胀;
S3、浸泡好后进行煎煮,煎煮时要保证有足够水量,煎煮时间以煎煮水沸后开始计时,第一次煎煮时间为2~3小时,加5~8倍量水;第二次煎煮时间为1~1.5小时,加3~5倍量水;
S4、煎煮后将煎好的药液合并静置沉淀,静置8~10小时后对药液进行过滤,以药渣愈少愈佳;
S5、将过滤净的药汁倒入锅中,进行浓缩,先用大火煎熬,加速水分蒸发,并随时撇去浮沫,让药汁慢慢变成稠厚,再改用小火进一步浓缩,不断搅拌,因为药汁转厚时极易粘底烧焦,在搅拌到药汁滴在纸上不散开来为度,此时方可暂停熬煎,这就是经过浓缩而成的清膏;
S6、加胶辅料在收膏行将完成时,兑入另炖好的生晒参药液,边加边搅,混合均匀;
S7、把炼制过的糖,倒入膏中,放在小火上慢慢熬炼,不断用铲搅拌,直至成膏。
糖包括木糖醇和蜂蜜
S8、煎成的膏方应趁热倒入胶体包装机分装,封装成小包装。
综上所述,由本发明产品和市场上同类产品相比,具有配方科学合理、制作过程简便、成本低,但药用功效更强的特点;并且本产品形态美观、口感好,具有体积小,包装、携带和服用方便,耐储存等优点,易受消费者欢迎。

Claims (8)
1.一种解酒膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将马齿苋、生晒参、葛根、葛花、白蔻、猪苓、泽泻、陈皮、枳椇子、藿香、姜半夏、苏梗、升麻和甘草分别置于有盖的容器内;
S2、分别按药物总量加水完全浸没并浸泡处理;
S3、步骤S2完成后分别进行两次煎煮;
S4、将步骤S3煎好的各类药液合并后静置沉淀,然后对药液进行过滤;
S5、将过滤后的药汁倒入锅中进行浓缩制成清膏;
S6、在步骤S5制成清膏的同时加胶辅料,并兑入生晒参药液混合均匀;
S7、向步骤S6混合好的膏药中加糖,熬炼制成解酒膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,按下述重量配比计:马齿苋3份、生晒参10份、葛根30份、葛花30份、白蔻6份、猪苓15份、泽泻15份、陈皮10份、枳椇子30份、藿香10份、姜半夏10份、苏梗15份、升麻10份、甘草6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的解酒膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,分别按药物总量加5~8倍量的水浸没对应的药物,浸泡时间为8~10小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的解酒膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,煎煮时间以煎煮水沸后开始计时,第一次煎煮时间为2~3小时,加5~8倍量水;第二次煎煮时间为1~1.5小时,加3~5倍量水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的解酒膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,静置时间为8~10小时。
