技术领域
本发明涉及装配式墙体技术领域,尤其是一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体。
背景技术
墙体主要包括承重墙与非承重墙,主要起围护、分隔空间的作用。墙承重结构建筑的墙体,承重与围护合一,骨架结构体系建筑墙体的作用是围护与分隔空间,虽然现有的装配式墙体可以进行安装,但安装费时费力,安装步骤较为复杂,不便于安装人员进行快速的安装。同时,现有的钢筋混凝土浇筑墙体在隔音效果上存在不足,在保证墙体结构强度的前提下,很难做到良好的隔音功能,只能在做好墙体后再进行更进一步的加工与处理,费时费力,且会产生大量的建筑垃圾。而装配式墙体能够结合本身较轻的特点,通过与隔音隔热材料的组合,能够实现高效的隔音,但是现有的装配式隔音墙体强度会存在不足,使用场景有限,不能够作为主要承重的墙体。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,通过设置结构层、隔音层、防水防火层及外表层等多层结构,使得墙体不仅具有良好的抗压强度及抗冲击性能,能够实现对噪声的隔绝,同时还具有良好的防水防火性能,大大提高了墙体的实用性与稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,包括双面结构相同的墙板,所述墙板包括从内至外依次设置的结构层、隔音层、防水防火层和外表层; 所述隔音层、所述防水防火层和所述外表层均以所述结构层为中心对称设置;所述外表层罩设所述隔音层和所述防水防火层与所述结构层连接;所述结构层内部开设有结构腔,所述结构腔内部设置有支撑机构;所述结构层外侧与所述外表层内侧之间设置有若干个等距排列呈矩形分布且将所述隔音层及所述防水防火层贯穿的加强筋;所述墙板两端面中心位置均开设有安装槽;两个所述墙板之间通过安装在所述安装槽内部的连接件进行连接。

2、本发明通过墙板两侧的安装槽及连接件的设计,使得墙体能够实现简易快捷的装配,仅需要将多个墙板定位再装入连接件即可实现墙体的延展装配,从而大大降低了操作难度与安装步骤。
3、本发明墙板本身采用双面相同的结构设计,使得在装配时不需要进行正反的区分,从而更进一步的降低了装配的难度与安装步骤,有效的提高了墙体装配的工作效率。

本发明是针对现有技术中的装配式墙体能够结合本身较轻的特点、通过与隔音隔热材料的组合、能够实现高效的隔音,但是墙体强度存在不足、使用场景有限、不能够作为主要承重的墙体等问题而研发的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体。
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1所示,一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,包括双面结构相同的墙板1,所述墙板1包括从内至外依次设置的结构层2、隔音层3、防水防火层4和外表层5; 所述隔音层3、所述防水防火层4和所述外表层5均以所述结构层2为中心对称设置;所述外表层5罩设所述隔音层3和所述防水防火层4与所述结构层2连接;所述结构层2内部开设有结构腔7,所述结构腔7内部设置有支撑机构8;所述结构层2外侧与所述外表层5内侧之间设置有若干个等距排列呈矩形分布且将所述隔音层3及所述防水防火层4贯穿的加强筋9;所述墙板1两端面中心位置均开设有安装槽6;两个所述墙板1之间通过安装在所述安装槽6内部的连接件10进行连接。

如图4所示,所述支撑机构8包括两个对称设置在所述结构腔7两内侧壁的弓字形支撑板801,两个弓字形支撑板801凹陷部位所形成的空间内设置有支撑框802,所述支撑框802为X字形结构。从而使得结构层2具有通过弓字形支撑板801与支撑框802的配合作用实现较高的抗冲击性能与抗压能力,进而确保墙体的稳定性与安全性。
如图3所示,所述连接件10包括中空结构的连接杆1001和设置在连接杆1001两端的中空结构的安装块1002;所述连接杆1001内部设置有V字形结构的支撑板1003;所述安装块1002内部设置有X字形结构的支撑架1004;所述连接杆1001与所述支撑板1003之间和所述安装块1002与所述支撑架1004之间均填充有隔音材料1005。从而使得连接件10具有良好的强度来实现对两侧墙板1的支撑与连接,并且本身具有优异的隔音性能,进一步增强墙体的隔音能力。
如图1、2所示,所述安装槽6为T字形结构;安装槽6分别开设在所述结构层2的两个端面。所述安装块1002和所述连接杆1001与所述安装槽6相互配合安装。从而使得连接件10能够与两侧的安装槽6实现精密的卡接配合,避免两个墙板1之间出现缝隙。
如图5所示,所述外表层5两端面分别设置有定位条11和定位槽12;两个定位条11和两个定位槽12分别设置在两个外表层5的不同端面。从而使得相邻的两个墙板1之间能够通过定位条11与定位槽12的配合实现精准的定位,进而方便连接件10的安装,同时定位条11设置在两侧,使得墙板1装配时不必区分正反,降低操作难度。
如图5所示,所述安装槽6与所述定位条11之间设置有硅胶垫13;所述安装槽6与定位槽12之间设置有硅胶垫13。从而使得相邻的两个墙板1在安装后不会产生缝隙,提高墙体的完整性与严闭性。
如图1、2、4所示,所述结构层2两侧且位于所述结构腔7与所述隔音层3之间开设有若干个等距排列的消音孔14。从而提高结构层2及整个墙体的隔音能力,避免噪声通过墙体本身进行传播。
如图5所示,所述外表层5外表面开设有若干均匀排列的消音槽15。从而进一步提高墙体的隔音能力,减少噪声的传播。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,操作人员将需要装配的墙板1与连接件10按比例准备好,将墙板1依次安装在底座或地基顶部,相邻两个墙板1之间通过定位条11与定位槽12实现初步的卡接定位,再将连接件10安装进入安装槽6,实现两侧的墙板1的装配,依次重复实现正面墙体的装配。在使用过程中,结构层2起到支撑与稳定的作用,确保整个墙体的稳定性与安全性。
综上所述,本发明通过多层的结构设计,使得墙体具有出色的性能,即通过结构层2及加强筋9的支撑使得墙体具有良好的抗压强度及抗冲击性能,并通过隔音层3实现对噪声的隔绝,并配合消音孔14与消音槽15,进一步降低噪声的传播,同时具有良好的防水防火性能,进而大大提高墙体的实用性与稳定性;通过墙板1两侧的安装槽6及连接件10的设计,使得墙体能够实现简易快捷的装配,仅需要将多个墙板1定位再装入连接件10即可实现墙体的延展装配,从而大大降低操作难度与步骤;此外,墙板1本身采用双面相同的结构设计,使得在装配时不需要进行正反的区分,从而进一步降低装配的难度与步骤,提高墙体装配的工作效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:包括双面结构相同的墙板(1),所述墙板(1)包括从内至外依次设置的结构层(2)、隔音层(3)、防水防火层(4)和外表层(5); 所述隔音层(3)、所述防水防火层(4)和所述外表层(5)均以所述结构层(2)为中心对称设置;所述外表层(5)罩设所述隔音层(3)和所述防水防火层(4)与所述结构层(2)连接;所述结构层(2)内部开设有结构腔(7),所述结构腔(7)内部设置有支撑机构(8);所述结构层(2)外侧与所述外表层(5)内侧之间设置有若干个等距排列呈矩形分布且将所述隔音层(3)及所述防水防火层(4)贯穿的加强筋(9);所述墙板(1)两端面中心位置均开设有安装槽(6);两个所述墙板(1)之间通过安装在所述安装槽(6)内部的连接件(10)进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述支撑机构(8)包括两个对称设置在所述结构腔(7)两内侧壁的弓字形支撑板(801),两个弓字形支撑板(801)凹陷部位所形成的空间内设置有支撑框(802)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述连接件(10)包括中空结构的连接杆(1001)和设置在连接杆(1001)两端的中空结构的安装块(1002);所述连接杆(1001)内部设置有V字形结构的支撑板(1003);所述安装块(1002)内部设置有X字形结构的支撑架(1004);所述连接杆(1001)与所述支撑板(1003)之间和所述安装块(1002)与所述支撑架(1004)之间均填充有隔音材料(1005)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述安装槽(6)为T字形结构;安装槽(6)分别开设在所述结构层(2)的两个端面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述外表层(5)两端面分别设置有定位条(11)和定位槽(12);两个定位条(11)和两个定位槽(12)分别设置在两个外表层(5)的不同端面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述安装槽(6)与所述定位条(11)之间设置有硅胶垫(13);所述安装槽(6)与定位槽(12)之间设置有硅胶垫(13)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述结构层(2)两侧且位于所述结构腔(7)与所述隔音层(3)之间开设有若干个等距排列的消音孔(14)。
8.根据权利要求1或5任一项所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述外表层(5)外表面开设有若干均匀排列的消音槽(15)。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述支撑框(802)为X字形结构。
10.根据权利要求3或4任一项所述的一种便于安装的装配式高效隔音建筑墙体,其特征在于:所述安装块(1002)和所述连接杆(1001)与所述安装槽(6)相互配合安装。
