Abstract

(3) Then respectively coating the mixture of the outer layer and the inner layer on the upper side and the lower side of the middle layer, drying for 5min at 110 ℃, and controlling the thickness to be 20um.

The black master batch in the inner layer is black carbon with the mesh number of 300, and the addition amount of the black master batch is 3% of that of the polyacrylate glue. The leather fiber in the middle layer is obtained by crushing waste leather into 300 meshes, boiling the waste leather with 30% sodium hydroxide solution for half an hour, filtering and drying. The mass ratio of the polyacrylate glue, the leather fiber and the white master batch in the middle layer is 100.

the white master batch in the outer layer is calcium carbonate powder with the mesh number of 300 meshes, and the addition amount of the white master batch is 2-4% of that of polyacrylate glue;
the black master batch in the inner layer is black carbon with the mesh number of 300, and the addition amount of the black master batch is 2-4% of that of the polyacrylate glue;
the leather fiber in the middle layer is obtained by crushing waste leather into 300 meshes, boiling the waste leather with 30% sodium hydroxide solution for half an hour, filtering and drying.
