Abstract
The invention provides a full-degradable fungus stick water-retaining agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.2% of xanthan gum; 2. 1% of polyvinyl alcohol; 3. 0.6 percent of modified starch; 4. 0.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose; 5. 0.3 percent of trisodium phosphate and the balance of distilled water. The mushroom stick water-retaining agent is non-toxic and pollution-free, and is sprayed on the surfaces of mushroom sticks and the surface of mycelia to form a water-retaining layer of 0.5 mm to play a role in water retention. The inclusion of plastic fragments is avoided in the growth process of the mushroom head and the mushroom body, so that the quality of the mushroom is better. The water-retaining agent of the mushroom stick is completely degraded by microorganisms and enzymes in nature, has no residue, and cannot cause white pollution of soil. And the cost is low, and the batch operation and production can be realized.

Background

1. the bag needs to be broken by the head of the mushroom tooth, the bag needs to be broken continuously when the mushroom stem grows thick, and the broken plastic pieces between the head and the stem affect the quality of the mushroom.
2. After the mushroom growth period is finished, the mushroom sticks are broken and buried in soil, and the residual parts of the ultrathin plastic bags cause white pollution of the soil.

1.2% of xanthan gum; 1% of polyvinyl alcohol; 3. 0.6 percent of modified starch; 4. 0.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose; 5. 0.3 percent of trisodium phosphate and the balance of distilled water.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding xanthan gum and polyvinyl alcohol into distilled water, heating and uniformly stirring;
(2) cooling the solution prepared in the step (1), adding modified starch, preserving heat in a water bath, and stirring;
(3) adding carboxymethyl cellulose and trisodium phosphate into the solution prepared in the step (2), and stirring at a constant speed to emulsify the mixed solution under the action of shearing force to obtain a uniform, stable and viscous liquid water-retaining agent; the components are calculated by mass percent: 1.2% of xanthan gum; 1% of polyvinyl alcohol; 3. 0.6 percent of modified starch; 4. 0.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose; 5. 0.3 percent of trisodium phosphate and the balance of distilled water.
Compared with the prior art, the mushroom stick water-retaining agent is non-toxic and pollution-free, and is sprayed on the surface of a mushroom stick and the surface of a mycelium to form a water-retaining layer of 0.5 mm to play a role in water retention. The inclusion of plastic fragments is avoided in the growth process of the mushroom head and the mushroom body, so that the quality of the mushroom is better. The water-retaining agent of the mushroom stick is completely degraded by microorganisms and enzymes in nature, has no residue, and cannot cause white pollution of soil. And the cost is low, and the batch operation and production can be realized.
