技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿色环保的高分子硬质墙体装饰材料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展和人类生活水平的不断提高,建筑装饰向着环保化、多功能、高强轻质化、成品化、安装标准化、控制智能化的新型装饰材料方向发展。最新装饰材料大大降低了生产工人的劳动强度。彻底改变了以往的立模,平模浇筑成型的诸多弊端。如模具使用量大,周转率低,需电加热或蒸汽加热,产品种类单一;隔声,保温效果不能满足市场要求的诸多缺陷。新型装饰材料的特点:生产原料来源广,没有地区局限性。生产工艺简单,设备自动化程度高,劳动强度低,流水线作业,生产过程无噪音无三废排放。生产能耗低,不需高温、高压,利用化学反应自身释放热量,达到生产工艺要求。
墙面材料,应用于墙面起防护、装饰的材料,是建筑装饰材料中不可或缺的一部分。墙面材料可以分为泥类、涂料类、壁纸、墙布、人造装饰板、石材类、陶瓷类、玻璃类、金属类等。
现代建筑物墙体非常重视装饰,对室内外墙体装饰材料,我国主要采用墙砖。而贴墙砖存在以下不足:
1、成本高:每平方米墙砖价格在100-400元。
2、烧制墙砖一要挖废粮田,二要消耗煤碳,三要填埋废次品及边角料,四要终端施工切割等均要破坏自然环境及污染水气环境,影响人体健康。
3、外墙用中、低档墙砖均会渗透水,包括施工不好都会造成墙体潮湿而影响内壁墙纸或涂料霉变脱落,严重的还会造成外墙牢固受损。
4、长期日晒雨淋会风化及易积灰而难清洗,无光泽,影响墙体美观。
5、当贴饰时间长,遇到严重冰冻,以及施工质量差均会造成墙砖脱落,导致人身伤害及墙体不雅观。
6、运输量大,施工量大,终端施工成本也高。
7、色泽、图案可塑性小,外观单调不美观。
因此寻求一种具有成本低、图案色泽可塑性大、安全环保、美观长久的仿墙砖高分子硬质墙体装饰材料及其制备方法尤为重要。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种低成本、高强度、既环保、又美观,且保新期长不霉变又防火以及终端施工省时、省力省成本的仿墙砖高分子硬质墙体装饰材料及其制备方法。

将合成塑化好的热料输送入二辊开炼机,手工不停翻炼20分钟,使塑化料进一步合成塑化,这一过程二辊加温至150-200℃,转速30转/分钟,二辊间隙在0.6cm;
1.5、精炼过滤
把开炼好的料成条输送入挤出机,进行挤压、搅动、推进式精炼,然后推挤至模口经250目过滤网,将未塑化的“鱼眼”和杂质过滤掉;这一过程挤出机螺筒温度控制在180-190℃,螺杆转速为75-85转/分钟;
将精炼过滤后完全塑化的熟料成条输送入五辊压延机,按照厚度、宽度规格要求压延成相关规格的不透明基材;五辊机的压延加热辊控制在180-185℃,速度控制在110-130米/分钟;
将压延成型的基材通过导辊输送至电晕处理装置,按达晕要求将基材正面经高压静电击打处理,速度与压延同步;
将电晕处理后的基材经导辊输送至五辊隔套冷缸辊冷却后收卷备用,冷却辊水温控制在5-15℃,速度与压延保持同步。

4、防火不霉:由于加入了NH1197阻燃剂和银离子剂使产品具有了防火功能和不会霉变。
5、防潮湿:不会渗漏透水,能确保墙体不潮湿而保护好墙体牢固以及墙内装饰。
6、使用方便:终端施工方便、省时、省力、省成本。
7、耐候性:耐老化、抗冰冻、抗高温,不会像墙砖那样碎裂脱落。
