技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰材料,尤其涉及一种复合环保装饰材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对生活品质越来越讲究的同时,更注重环保与健康,体现在对生活环境的装饰需求越来越高。因而现代人的装修理念不仅要满足于装饰的美观舒服,还要求装饰材料无公害、健康环保。而目前常规的家庭住所、办公场所、公共场所、娱乐场所等场所,室内装修一般是使用粉刷水泥抹平、石膏腻子批刮、涂料表面处理,石膏板、线条、装吊顶的方法;或采用部分化学原料作为粘合剂进行装修;有些更高档的还会采用油漆产品、电镀装饰品、塑料装饰品、墙面砖、地板砖、电产品等对室内进行装点;这些产品的使用,在室内和各个场所中起到美观、大方、实用等效果。但这些装修材料在使用时,会产生有害气体(如苯、甲醛、乙醚等)、有害离子(如氢、氧、铅、钥等)、有害辐射(如光、电、磁、声等),人们长期生活在这种场合下,对其身心健康有着极大影响和危害。因而室内装修和装饰也就成了室内最大的污染源,特别对抵抗力比较弱的病人或小孩危害更加严重。现在急需研发出一种既有很好的装饰效果、价格低廉,又对人们对危害的环保型装饰材料。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,技术问题是提供一种装饰效果好,价格低廉、使用寿命长,对人体无危害、绿色环保的环保型装饰材料。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种复合环保装饰材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅藻土30-40份、聚氯乙烯30-40份、活性炭0.3-0.5份、滑石粉3-4份、硫酸钠1-3份、二氧化钛5-10份、胶化促进剂1-3份、添加剂1-2份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硅藻土干燥至含水率6-10%,经风选其粒度80-200目作为粗料原料;
(2)将含水率6-10%的硅藻土,精磨至粒度500目-1000目作为精料原料;
(3)将粗料原料和精料原料在不同条件下分别与上述其它组分按配比混匀,搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌好的粗料、精料分别利用造粒机进行造粒,温度控制在150-180℃;
(5)将粗料颗粒作为底料,精料颗粒作为面料,分别投入注塑机的底料孔和面料孔内,经共压挤出成型,经水浸冷却成型。
本发明具有的优点:
本发明以硅藻土等为主要原料生产的地板或装修装饰线条及百叶窗、透气窗的产品经仿木纹印刷工艺的表面涂饰,纹理相似,色泽相近,使用寿命长,对人体无危害、绿色环保,且价格低廉,有益于推广。
具体实施例
实施例1:一种复合环保装饰材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅藻土30份、聚氯乙烯30份、活性炭0.3份、滑石粉3份、硫酸钠1份、二氧化钛5份、胶化促进剂1份、添加剂1份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硅藻土干燥至含水率6%,经风选其粒度80目作为粗料原料;
(2)将含水率6%的硅藻土,精磨至粒度500目作为精料原料;
(3)将粗料原料和精料原料在不同条件下分别与上述其它组分按配比混匀,搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌好的粗料、精料分别利用造粒机进行造粒,温度控制在150-180℃;
(5)将粗料颗粒作为底料,精料颗粒作为面料,分别投入注塑机的底料孔和面料孔内,经共压挤出成型,经水浸冷却成型。
实施例2:一种复合环保装饰材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅藻土40份、聚氯乙烯40份、活性炭0.5份、滑石粉4份、硫酸钠3份、二氧化钛10份、胶化促进剂3份、添加剂2份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硅藻土干燥至含水率10%,经风选其粒度200目作为粗料原料;
(2)将含水率10%的硅藻土,精磨至粒度1000目作为精料原料;
(3)将粗料原料和精料原料在不同条件下分别与上述其它组分按配比混匀,搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌好的粗料、精料分别利用造粒机进行造粒,温度控制在150-180℃;
(5)将粗料颗粒作为底料,精料颗粒作为面料,分别投入注塑机的底料孔和面料孔内,经共压挤出成型,经水浸冷却成型。
实施例3:一种复合环保装饰材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅藻土35份、聚氯乙烯38份、活性炭0.4份、滑石粉4份、硫酸钠2份、二氧化钛6份、胶化促进剂3份、添加剂1份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硅藻土干燥至含水率8%,经风选其粒度80目作为粗料原料;
(2)将含水率8%的硅藻土,精磨至粒度1000目作为精料原料;
(3)将粗料原料和精料原料在不同条件下分别与上述其它组分按配比混匀,搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌好的粗料、精料分别利用造粒机进行造粒,温度控制在150-180℃;
(5)将粗料颗粒作为底料,精料颗粒作为面料,分别投入注塑机的底料孔和面料孔内,经共压挤出成型,经水浸冷却成型。

1.一种复合环保装饰材料,其特征在于:是由以下重量份的原料制成:
硅藻土30-40份、聚氯乙烯30-40份、活性炭0.3-0.5份、滑石粉3-4份、硫酸钠1-3份、二氧化钛5-10份、胶化促进剂1-3份、添加剂1-2份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)硅藻土干燥至含水率6-10%,经风选其粒度80-200目作为粗料原料;
(2)将含水率6-10%的硅藻土,精磨至粒度500目-1000目作为精料原料;
(3)将粗料原料和精料原料在不同条件下分别与上述其它组分按配比混匀,搅拌均匀;
