The embodiment of the invention provides a containing device of a display panel.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, the receiving device of the display panel includes a tray 100 and a buffer member 200.
The tray 100 is used for carrying and accommodating the display panel 300, the tray 100 includes accommodating grooves 101 for accommodating the display panel 300, the number of the accommodating grooves 101 on each tray 100 may be one, or more than one, in some embodiments, the tray 100 may further include a handle or a rim, the handle or the rim is used for moving the tray 100, specifically, the handle is manually held to carry the tray 100, or the tray 100 may be carried by a specific device through the rim, so as to improve the convenience of transporting the display panel 300.
As shown in fig. 1, the receiving groove 101 is used for receiving the display panel 300, and therefore, the size of the receiving groove 101 needs to be slightly larger than the display panel 300 to be received, and the receiving groove 101 has an opening and a bottom surface facing the opening, and the bottom surface is provided with a through hole 102 penetrating through the bottom surface.
The number of the through holes 102 on the tray 100 may be one, or may be multiple, and correspondingly, each buffer member 200 is disposed corresponding to one through hole 102. By increasing the number of the through holes 102 and controlling the distribution and different areas of the through holes 102, the display panel 300 can be relatively uniformly supported, and meanwhile, the total area occupied by the through holes 102 can be reduced, that is, the area of the plate material at the bottom surface of the accommodating groove 101 of the tray 100 can be increased, which helps to improve the strength of the tray 100 and reduce the possibility of damage to the tray 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the buffer member 200 includes a supporting portion 201 and a buffer portion 202 connected to each other, and a boundary line between the supporting portion 201 and the buffer portion 202 is exemplarily indicated by a dotted line in the present embodiment. The size of the supporting portion 201 is larger than that of the through hole 102, and the size of the cushioning portion 202 is smaller than or equal to that of the through hole 102, wherein the cushioning portion 202 passes through the through hole 102 when the supporting portion 201 abuts against the tray 100.
The material of the buffer member 200 is selected from flexible materials, for example, the material of the buffer chamber may include foam or polyethylene foam to protect the relatively fragile display panel 300.
In this embodiment, the buffering portion 202 is mainly used for protecting the accommodated display panel 300, the supporting portion 201 is used for protecting the accommodated display panel 300 and also for limiting the buffering member 200, and when the supporting portion 201 abuts against the tray 100, the buffering member 200 can be prevented from completely passing through the through hole 102, and the position of the buffering member 200 is limited to a certain extent, so that the buffering member 200 is ensured to be located at a specific position.
In some embodiments, the display panel accommodating device includes a plurality of trays 100, and in the case that the display panels 300 are accommodated in the accommodating grooves 101, the plurality of trays 100 are stacked, it should be understood that, in the use process, each accommodating groove 101 on the tray 100 can accommodate one display panel 300, when a plurality of accommodating grooves 101 are opened on the tray 100, each tray 100 can correspondingly accommodate more display panels 300, and the plurality of trays 100 need to be stacked to accommodate and store more display panels 300.
A first surface and a second surface of the display panel 300 are respectively abutted against the buffers 200 corresponding to different trays 100, wherein the first surface and the second surface are two surfaces of the display panel 300 opposite to each other.
In the technical solution of the present embodiment, two surfaces of each display panel 300 are respectively contacted with the buffer members 200 corresponding to different trays 100, so as to protect the display panels 300 through the buffer members 200.
As shown in fig. 3, in some of the embodiments, the supporting portion 201 abuts against a side surface of the tray 100 away from the opening of the receiving groove 101, and the buffering portion 202 passes through the through hole 102 in a direction from the bottom surface of the receiving groove 101 to the opening of the receiving groove 101.
In the technical solution of this embodiment, the buffer member 200 corresponding to each tray 100 is located outside the receiving groove 101 of the tray 100, when the display panel 300 needs to be packaged, the buffer member 200 extends into the through hole 102 from the bottom of the receiving groove 101, then the display panel 300 is placed in the tray 100, the first surface of the display panel 300 placed in the tray 100 can contact with the buffer member 200 corresponding to the tray 100, after the display panel 300 is placed, the buffer member 200 corresponding to the next tray 100 is placed on the display panel 300, the supporting portion 201 of the buffer member 200 contacts with the display panel 300, then the next tray 100 is placed on the buffer member 200, and the buffering portion 202 of the buffer member 200 passes through the newly placed tray 100. By analogy, more trays 100 and buffers 200 may be stacked to accommodate more display panels 300.
As shown in fig. 4, in other embodiments, the supporting portion 201 abuts against the bottom surface of the receiving groove 101, and the buffering portion 202 passes through the through hole 102 in a direction from the opening of the receiving groove 101 to the bottom surface of the receiving groove 101.
In the technical solution of this embodiment, different from the embodiment shown in fig. 3, when the display panel 300 needs to be packaged, first, one tray 100 is placed, then the buffer 200 is placed in the receiving groove 101 of the tray 100, the buffering portion 202 of the buffer 200 passes through the through hole 102, next, the display panel 300 is placed on the buffer 200, further, the next tray 100 is placed, the buffer 200 is placed in the receiving groove 101 of the newly placed tray 100, and so on, more trays 100 and buffers 200 can be stacked to receive more display panels 300.
In some of these embodiments, the display panel receiving means further comprises a chassis for carrying the tray 100 at the lowermost portion.
It should be understood that in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the bottommost bumper 200 is located outside the tray 100, and thus, the bottommost bumper 200 may be removed during transportation. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the buffering portion 202 of the bottommost buffering member 200 extends from the through hole 102 of the tray 100 to the outer side of the bottom of the tray 100, which may cause the buffering member 200 to be damaged.
In this embodiment, a chassis is further provided, the inner shape and size of which are adapted to the shape and size of the bottom of the tray 100, so that the tray 100 can be accommodated. Further, since the through-hole 102 is opened in the tray 100, the strength of the tray 100 may be reduced, and the protective effect of the tray 100 can be improved by providing the chassis.
The number of the chassis in this embodiment may be only one, or may be plural, that is, one chassis is provided every several trays 100, so as to reduce the possibility of damage to the trays 100, and thus, under the same other conditions, more trays 100 can be stacked, and the possibility of damage to the trays 100 is reduced.
In order to ensure that the buffer member 200 can be sufficiently contacted with the display panel 300 and improve the protection effect on the display panel 300, the size of the buffer member 200 is further adjusted in the present embodiment. In some embodiments, the thickness of the buffer portion 202 is greater than the thickness of the plate material of the tray 100 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the receiving groove 101. In other embodiments, the sum of the thickness of the buffer member 200 and the thickness of the display panel 300 is greater than the sum of the depth of the receiving groove 101 and the thickness of the plate material of the tray 100 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the receiving groove 101.
By controlling the thickness of the buffer part 202 to be larger than the thickness of the plate material, the display panel 300 can be ensured to be in contact with the buffer part 202 of the buffer member 200, furthermore, the sum of the thickness of the buffer member 200 and the thickness of the display panel 300 is larger than the sum of the depth of the accommodating groove 101 and the thickness of the plate material of the tray 100, two buffer members 200 adjacent to the same display panel 300 can be ensured to be in contact with the display panel 300, the display panel 300 is prevented from moving and colliding with other structures, and the possibility of damage to the display panel 300 is reduced.
