Display devices are widely used in mobile phones, personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), digital cameras, computer screens or notebook computers, and before the display devices are manufactured, semi-finished products, i.e., intermediate products, in various forms are produced, and the intermediate products are usually contained in a blister tray (tray). For example, fragile intermediate products such as a display module, a touch module, or a combination of the display module and the touch module are generated in the manufacturing process of the display device, and the products are contained by using trays, and are stacked in a manner of stacking multiple layers of trays in order to save space. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a prior art tray containing products. To avoid damage of fragile products placed on the tray due to excessive impact, after the products are placed on the tray, a polyethylene foam 300 is generally placed on the products 200 to cushion them when stacked one on top of the other. However, the polyethylene foam 300 is not environmentally friendly and cannot be recycled, which is likely to cause environmental pollution. Therefore, a solution is needed to be provided, so that when the tray is used for containing the product, the stacked products can be buffered on the premise of not adopting the poor environment-friendly adoption, and the fragile product contained on the tray is prevented from being excessively impacted and damaged.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, fig. 2 illustratesbase:Sub>A plan view ofbase:Sub>A tray assembly containingbase:Sub>A product according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 illustratesbase:Sub>A sectional view of the tray assembly of fig. 2 taken alongbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A direction, and fig. 4 illustratesbase:Sub>A perspective view of the tray assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention provides a tray assembly, which includes a plurality of trays 100 arranged in a stacked manner, each tray 100 is provided with a supporting surface 110 and a reinforcing portion 120, and the supporting surface 110 of each tray 100 can be used for supporting a product 200, so that when the plurality of trays 100 are arranged in a stacked manner, a plurality of products 200 can be simultaneously supported. The reinforcement part 120 is lower than the plane of the supporting surface 110, and the structural strength of the tray 100 is increased by the reinforcement part 120, so that the tray 100 can better support the product 200. In addition, referring to fig. 5, an elastic buffer 130 is disposed at a position corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 on a side of each tray 100 facing away from the supporting surface 110, and for any two adjacent trays 100, the elastic buffer 130 of the tray 100 stacked above is used for providing an elastic force for pressing the product 200 against the tray 100 located below. When a plurality of trays 100 are stacked in a stacked manner and each tray 100 is filled with a product 200, the impact force or the gravity of the product 200 may damage the product 200, and the elastic buffer member 130 can well buffer the product 200 when the product 200 is subjected to the acting forces, so as to reduce the probability of damage to the product 200.
In the tray assembly, the supporting surface 110 for supporting the product 200 and the reinforcing part 120 recessed relative to the supporting surface 110 are arranged on the plurality of trays 100 arranged in a stacked manner, so that the supporting surface 110 is used for supporting the product 200, and meanwhile, the reinforcing part 120 is used for increasing the structural strength of the tray 100, thereby avoiding the problem that the product 200 is difficult to effectively support due to deformation or damage caused by insufficient structural strength of the tray 100; in addition, the elastic buffer member 130 is disposed at a position corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 on a side of each tray 100 facing away from the supporting surface 110, so that when the products 200 are stacked on top of each other by using a plurality of trays 100, the elastic buffer member 130 of the tray 100 stacked on top of any two adjacent trays 100 abuts against the products 200 on the tray 100 positioned on the bottom, thereby achieving a buffering effect. The reinforcing portion 120 is lower than the plane of the supporting surface 110, that is, the portion of the tray 100 corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 of the product 200 is not supported by the supporting surface 110, and the elastic buffer 130 is disposed at a position corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120, so that the portion of the product 200 corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 can also be supported, and the supporting portion can generate buffering when receiving an impact force. Because the tray assembly utilizes the elastic buffer member 130 to buffer the products 200 on the bottom tray 100, the fragile products 200 placed on the tray 100 can be prevented from generating excessive impact and being damaged without additionally placing polyethylene foam, so that the problems that the environmental protection performance of a buffer structure used when the tray 100 is used for placing the fragile intermediate products 200 of the display device at present is poor, the environmental pollution is easily caused and the cost can be reduced are solved.
In some embodiments, one end of the elastic buffer 130 is connected to the tray 100, and the other end extends away from the tray 100; and the elastic buffer 130 includes a first section extending along a first direction and a second section extending along a second direction, a head end of the second section is connected to a tail end of the first section, and the first direction intersects the second direction. Therefore, when the elastic buffer member 130 abuts against the product 200, if the product 200 receives an impact force in the stacking direction of the tray 100, the buffer force generated by the elastic buffer member 130 has a component force in the stacking direction of the tray 100, and the buffer action of the elastic buffer member 130 can effectively prevent the tray 100 from being damaged by the impact force. It should be noted that the first section and the second section are not limited to the elastic buffer 130 having only two sections.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an elastic buffer according to an embodiment of the invention. In some embodiments, the elastomeric cushion 130 extends in a spiral. For example, in one embodiment, the shape of the elastic buffer 130 is the same as that of a spring, and when the tray 100 containing the product 200 is impacted, the elastic buffer 130 rebounds under the pressing action of the product 200 to generate a buffering force, thereby protecting the product 200. For another example, in another embodiment, the elastic buffer 130 is disposed in a spiral shape, one end of the elastic buffer 130 is fixed to the tray 100, and the other end of the elastic buffer 130 is used to abut against the product 200 on the tray 100 below the tray 100, so as to play a role of buffering when the product 200 is impacted. In order to increase the contact area between the elastic buffer 130 and the product 200, the side of the elastic buffer 130 abutting against the product 200 is set to be a plane, so that the extrusion of the elastic buffer 130 to the product 200 per unit area is reduced. In another embodiment, the extending path of the elastic buffer 130 is a zigzag shape, and when the tray 100 containing the product 200 is subjected to an impact force, the elastic buffer 130 rebounds under the squeezing action of the product 200 to generate a buffering force, thereby protecting the product 200.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an elastic buffer according to another embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the extending path of the elastic buffer 130 is spiral, and the elastic buffer 130 has a first buffer section winding along a third direction and a second buffer section winding along a fourth direction, the third direction is opposite to the fourth direction, and a head end of the second buffer section is connected to a tail end of the first buffer section. The first buffer section and the second buffer section are wound in a curved manner and a zigzag manner, and the first buffer section and the second buffer section are wound in opposite directions, so that the elastic buffer members 130 have various forms, and the elastic buffer members 130 having suitable forms are selected according to available spaces on the tray 100.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of an elastic buffer member according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a sectional view of the elastic buffer member of fig. 8 taken along the direction B-B. In some embodiments, the elastic buffer 130 includes a plurality of sub-buffers, each sub-buffer is disposed in a zigzag shape, and each sub-buffer extends radially outward. For example, in one embodiment, the elastic buffer 130 includes six sub-buffers extending radially outward, each sub-buffer has a first fold line and a second fold line connected to each other, the first fold line of each sub-buffer extends radially outward on the same plane and is connected to each other, the second fold line of each sub-buffer extends radially outward and is inclined with respect to the plane where the first fold line is located, and when the six second fold lines abut against the product 200 at the same time, the buffering effect is achieved, the buffering force applied to the product 200 is more uniform, and the elastic buffer 130 is not easily broken. Of course, the elastic buffer 130 may also be understood as three sub-buffers intersecting each other and intersecting at the same position, in which case each sub-buffer has at least three broken line segments, and the buffering principle is the same as that described above, and will not be described herein again.
In other embodiments, the number of the sub-cushion members of the elastic cushion member 130 may be adjusted according to actual situations, when the space available for disposing the elastic cushion member 130 at the position corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 on the tray 100 is sufficient, a larger number of the sub-cushion members may be selected to form the elastic cushion member 130, for example, five, six or seven, and when the space available for disposing the elastic cushion member 130 at the position corresponding to the reinforcing portion 120 on the tray 100 is smaller, a smaller number of the sub-cushion members may be selected to form the elastic cushion member 130, for example, three or four.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of an elastic buffer according to another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the elastic buffer of fig. 10 along a direction C-C. In some embodiments, the elastic buffer 130 includes a plurality of sub-buffers, each sub-buffer is disposed in a curve shape, and the sub-buffers are spaced and arranged in parallel. The product 200 is simultaneously buffered by utilizing the sub-buffering pieces which are arranged at intervals in parallel, the buffering effect is better, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
Referring to fig. 12 to 15, in some embodiments, the elastic buffering members 130 with different shapes may be flexibly disposed on the same tray 100 according to available space on the tray 100, so as to fully utilize the space on the tray 100 and improve the buffering effect as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the tray 100 is provided with a plurality of grooves recessed with respect to the support surface 110; the reinforcement 120 is configured as a bead disposed within the groove. By arranging the reinforcing ribs as the reinforcing parts 120 in the grooves, the structural strength of the tray 100 is increased, so that the product 200 is better supported, and the probability of damage to the product 200 is reduced.
In some embodiments, the reinforcing part 120 is configured as a groove provided on the tray 100 and recessed with respect to the supporting surface 110, and the reinforcing part 120 has a groove wall intersecting with the supporting surface 110, and the reinforcing part 120 is formed by providing the groove on the tray 100, so that the structure is simple, the manufacturing method is simple, such as plastic-suction molding, and the effect of reinforcing the structural strength of the tray 100 is achieved with less cost. For example, in one embodiment, a groove is formed in the tray 100 as the reinforcement portion 120, the groove having a groove bottom wall and groove side walls on both sides of the groove bottom wall, the groove side walls of the groove being perpendicular to the support surface 110 or an acute angle or an obtuse angle being formed between the groove side walls and the support surface 110. In another embodiment, a groove is provided on the tray 100 as the reinforcement part 120, and the groove has two groove walls arranged in a V-shape. The channel side walls of the recesses provide increased structural strength to the tray 100 in the stacking direction, thereby providing better support for the product 200 and reducing the chance of damage to the product 200.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the supporting surface 110 includes a central sub-supporting region 111 and an edge sub-supporting region 112 surrounding the central sub-supporting region 111, and the reinforcing portion 120 is disposed between the central sub-supporting region 111 and the edge sub-supporting region 112, that is, the reinforcing portion 120 is disposed in the supporting surface 110 to divide the supporting surface 110 into a plurality of different sub-supporting regions, so that the structural strength of the supporting surface 110 is enhanced, thereby preventing the supporting surface 110 from deforming during the process of supporting the product 200.
In some embodiments, the central sub-support regions 111 are provided in plurality, and the reinforcement portion 120 is provided between two adjacent central sub-support regions 111. By dividing the supporting surface 110 into a plurality of central sub-supporting regions 111 and correspondingly disposing the above-mentioned reinforcing part 120 between two adjacent central sub-supporting regions 111, the range of the reinforcing part 120 is increased and the increased reinforcing part 120 is uniformly dispersed in different regions of the supporting surface 110, so that the structural strength of the tray 100 as a whole is enhanced without hindering the supporting surface 110 from supporting the product 200.
In some embodiments, the width W of the center sub-support region 111 satisfies the condition: w is more than or equal to 5mm. By limiting the width of the central sub-supporting area 111 to be greater than or equal to 5mm, each central sub-supporting area 111 of the supporting surface 110 is ensured to have a larger supporting area 110, so that damage or indentation of the product 200 caused by larger pressure generated by each central sub-supporting area 111 on a local area of the product 200 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the width W of the edge sub-support region 112 satisfies the condition: w is more than or equal to 5mm. By limiting the width of the edge sub-support regions 112 to be greater than or equal to 5mm, it is ensured that each edge sub-support region 112 of the support surface 110 has a larger support area 110, thereby preventing the edge sub-support regions 112 from generating a larger pressure on a local area of the product 200 to damage or generate an impression on the product 200.
In some embodiments, the width of the center sub-support region 111 and the width of the edge sub-support region 112 are each greater than or equal to 5mm. By limiting the width of the edge sub-support regions 112 to be greater than or equal to 5mm, each sub-support region of the support surface 110 is ensured to have a larger support area 110, so that damage or indentation of the product 200 caused by larger pressure generated by the sub-support regions on the local area of the product 200 is avoided.
In the above embodiment, the elastic buffer member 130 is integrally formed with the tray 100. The elastic buffer members 130 are formed on the tray 100 by integral molding, so that when the tray 100 is used for containing the products 200, the operation steps are less, the products 200 only need to be placed on the supporting surface 110 of the tray 100, and when the next tray 100 is stacked on the tray 100, the elastic buffer members 130 of the next tray 100 can be in abutting relation with the products 200 contained in the tray 100, so that the buffer effect is achieved when the impact is applied. The elastic buffer member 130 and the tray 100 are integrally formed, and a plastic suction forming method can be specifically adopted.
All possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these changes and modifications are all within the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent should be subject to the appended claims.
