Abstract

本发明涉及一种改进的将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺。其是用高浓度磷酸盐溶液浸泡珊瑚,在1kg/cm2~300kg/cm2压力下190℃~200℃反应7~8小时,用蒸馏水在100℃下洗涤至无有机盐成分,脱水,100℃干燥、高温和气体消毒。本工艺可在低中压条件下进行,反应所需的时间更为缩短,制成的成品在酸性介质中溶解缓慢,质量高,价格低。制成的成品可在骨科、口腔及眼科整形中应用。

Description

将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺
本发明涉及一种将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺。
羟基磷灰石制造的“人工骨”具有良好的生物相容性和骨亲和性。以试剂羟基磷灰石用静压成型,高温烧结制成的“人工骨”,已在一些非受压力的骨缺损手术中应用。但这一类型的材料在发泡烧结过程中受到一定限制,人工骨材料要求有一定的疏松度,以利血管及组织的生长,但强度则受到一定限制,况且它们的网状结构并不互相连通。国外学者利用珊瑚有特殊的多孔结构和孔均匀而相通的特点,经过一定程序的处理,作人工骨材料使用。但珊瑚的成分是CaCO3,遇酸性介质容易分解,所以植入动物体内时,很快降解,使缺损区不完全修复。他们进一步将珊瑚进行化学处理,将CaCO3成分变为羟基磷灰石,使其兼具多孔性易于生物相容,生物降解速度慢的优点。将其制成“人工骨”材料,显然优于用试剂羟基磷灰石制成的“人工骨”。但将珊瑚的CaCO3成分转变为羟基磷灰石的成分,而又要它们的多孔结构保留,在工艺条件方面则十分复杂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种反应时间更短、成本低的改进的将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺。
本发明是这样实现的,用磷酸盐(如磷酸氢二铵、磷酸氢二钠等)配成50%的溶液浸泡珊瑚,在1kg/cm2~300kg/cm2压力下190℃~200℃,反应7~8小时,用蒸馏水在100℃下洗涤至无有机盐成分,脱水,100℃干燥、高温和气体消毒。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细描述。
实施例一:取50%磷酸氢二铵、磷酸氢二钠溶液50ml与20克珊瑚混合,在常压或用氮气加压至100kg/cm2,加热至190℃,恒温8小时,取出,用蒸馏水100℃下洗涤10次,每次用水100ml。脱水、干燥、高温(120℃)和气体消毒。
实施例二:取50%磷酸氢二铵、氢氧化铵溶液50ml与20克珊瑚混合,1kg/cm2压力下加热至190℃,恒温3小时后,冷却,取出,倒去反应液,再重新加入50%上述溶液50ml在1kg/cm2压力下加热至190℃,恒温4小时,洗涤、干燥,其余同实施例一。
用本工艺制得的产品可以制造各种规格的“义眼座”和各类“人工骨”的板材。
本发明工艺具有如下优点:
1、本工艺可在低中压条件下进行,反应所需要的时间更加缩短,而制得的成品质量更高,价格低。
2、用该工艺CO3 2-置换比较完全,所得产品在酸性介质中溶解缓慢,羟基特征峰明显,元素分析结果无差异。

Claims (3)

1、一种将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺,其特征在于:用磷酸盐配成50%的溶液浸泡珊瑚,在1kg/cm2-300kg/cm2压力下190℃-200℃反应7-8小时,用蒸馏水在100℃下洗涤至无有机盐成分,脱水,100℃干燥、高温和气体消毒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺,其特征为所述的磷酸盐为磷酸氢二铵、磷酸氢二钠。
3、根据权利要求1所述的将珊瑚转变为羟基磷灰石“人工骨”的制备工艺,其特征为所述的磷酸盐为磷酸氢二铵、氢氧化铵。
