When the electric meter loading and unloading device works, an electric meter to be loaded is conveyed by the material conveying platform 3, when the electric meter moves to the discharge port 3a, the first clamping assembly 40 of the feeding mechanism 4 conveys the electric meter which is not assembled at the discharge port 3a to the loading position 2a of the rotating platform 2, then the rotating platform 2 rotates, and the electric meter which is positioned on the positioning seat 20 and is not assembled synchronously rotates to the processing device 5 at the downstream of the feeding mechanism 4; the third driving mechanism 531 drives the third clamping assembly 56 to move towards the corresponding positioning seat, the ammeter is limited through the limiting frame 561, the push rod cylinder 212 of the pushing assembly 21 drives the push plate 213 to move along the radial direction of the rotating table 2 and close to the U-shaped notch of the limiting frame 561, so that the ammeter is limited in the circumferential direction, the second driving mechanism 52 drives the support frame 54 to move downwards relative to the rack 1, the limiting end 554 of the pressing buffer assembly 55 is abutted against the top of the ammeter, so that the ammeter is limited in the vertical direction, and then the tool bit 50 is driven by the first driving mechanism 51 to perform screwing operation; after the assembly is completed, the circumferential limit and the vertical limit are withdrawn in sequence, the rotating table 2 continues to rotate until the positioning seat is located at the discharging position 2c, the second clamping assembly 60 takes down the assembled electric meter and puts back the electric meter to the material returning opening 3b again, and the electric meter is conveyed to the next station.

Claims (18)

1. A screw machine for assembling an electricity meter, comprising:
a frame (1);

the rotating platform (2) is rotatably arranged on the rack (1), the rotating axis of the rotating platform vertically extends, and the rotating platform (2) is sequentially provided with a feeding position (2a), a processing position (2b) and a discharging position (2c) from the upstream to the downstream of the rotating direction of the rotating platform;
a material conveying platform (3) arranged adjacent to the frame (1), the material conveying platform (3) having a material outlet (3a) and a material return opening (3 b);
the feeding mechanism (4) is used for conveying the electric meters which are not assembled at the discharge port (3a) of the conveying platform (3) to the feeding position (2a), is arranged at the upstream of the conveying platform (3) along the rotating direction of the rotating platform (2), and the power output end of the feeding mechanism is provided with a first clamping assembly (40) which can move back and forth between the discharge port (3a) of the conveying platform (3) and the rotating platform (2);
a machining device (5) arranged downstream of the conveyor table (3) and adjacent to the machining station (2b) in the direction of rotation of the rotating table (2), the machining device (5) having a tool head (50) for turning the screw; and
the blanking mechanism (6) is used for taking down the assembled electric meter from the blanking position (2c) and transferring the assembled electric meter to a blanking opening of the material transporting platform (3), is arranged at the downstream of the processing device (5) along the rotating direction of the rotating platform (2), and a power output end of the blanking mechanism is provided with a second clamping assembly (60) which can move back and forth between the rotating platform (2) and a material returning opening (3b) of the material transporting platform (3).

The screw machine of claim 1, wherein: revolving stage (2) interval is equipped with at least three positioning seat (20) that are used for spacing ammeter in circumference revolving stage (2) rotate to each positioning seat (20) and feed mechanism (4), processingequipment (5) and when one of them corresponds among unloading mechanism (6), correspond on revolving stage (2) and form last material loading level (2a), processing station (2b) and material unloading level (2 c).

The screw machine of claim 2, wherein: the processing device (5) further comprises a limiting mechanism (53) used for positioning an electric meter and a first driving mechanism (51) used for driving a tool bit (50) to rotate, the rotating table (2) rotates to the position seat (20) to be in the state of the processing device (5) position, the limiting mechanism (53) is at least partially located above the position seat (20) and limits the electric meter to be assembled on the position seat (20), the first driving mechanism (51) and the tool bit (50) are both located above the limiting mechanism (53), and the power output end of the first driving mechanism (51) is in driving connection with the tool bit (50).

The screw machine of claim 8, wherein: the supporting frame (54) comprises a first bedplate (541) and a second bedplate (542) which are arranged up and down, the cutter head (50) is connected to the first bedplate (541), and an avoiding notch (540) for the cutter head (50) to pass through is formed in the second bedplate (542).

The screw machine of claim 9, wherein: the bottom of the second bedplate (542) is further provided with a pressing buffer assembly (55), the pressing buffer assembly (55) comprises a sliding sleeve (551), a sliding rod (552) and an elastic piece (553), a suspension (543) used for installing the sliding sleeve (551) is further arranged at the position of an avoiding gap (540) of the second bedplate (542), the sliding rod (552) can be constrained in the sliding sleeve (551) in a vertically sliding mode, and the elastic piece (553) acts on the sliding rod (552) and enables the sliding rod (552) to have a downward moving trend all the time.
