Background
MTF is a universal modulation transfer function, is a main test method for evaluating the resolution and performance of an optical system, and is an important auxiliary means for objective evaluation of the image forming capability of the optical system. With the development and progress of technology, MTF detection technology has been widely applied to the electronic field, especially to the detection of lenses in electronic products.
At present, the existing lens detection mode is: the lens is placed into an MTF testing machine in a manual feeding mode, the MTF testing machine performs MTF measurement on the lens and judges results, then the lenses with four specifications and colors are reflected on a display screen, and finally an operator manually performs grading on lens products one by using suction pens according to different colors displayed on the screen. The manual feeding is adopted, so that the detection speed is low; moreover, as the sorting is carried out manually, the color discrimination of human eyes for a long time is easy to generate fatigue, so that the sorting error is very likely to occur; the manual sorting efficiency is extremely low, and the manual sorting speed cannot keep up with the MTF test equipment speed, so that the labor intensity of staff is increased; in addition, the lens products are manually sorted by the suction pen, so that the risk that the lens products are scratched or fall off is very likely to exist, secondary pollution is caused, and the detection yield of the lenses is reduced.

Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide automatic lens MTF detection and sorting equipment to overcome the defects of low detection efficiency, low yield and high labor intensity of the conventional lens.

The automatic lens MTF detection and sorting equipment provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, high automation degree and high detection precision; the method comprises the steps that through the cooperation of a feeding device, an MTF detection device, a sorting device and a carrying device, a lens to be detected is placed in the feeding device during detection, then the lens to be detected is carried into the MTF detection device through the carrying device, after the detection of the MTF detection device is completed, the carrying device carries the detected lens onto the sorting device, and finally the carrying device carries out quality judgment and split charging on the detected lens according to the detection result of the MTF detection device, so that the whole-process automatic operation is realized, the production efficiency of the lens is greatly improved, the influence of human factors on the detection result is reduced, the accuracy of lens detection is favorably improved, and the detection yield of products is improved; the visual correction device is arranged, and the accuracy of placing the lens on the detection platform can be improved and the detection accuracy is improved through the matching of the first lens and the second lens; the defects of low detection efficiency, low yield and high labor intensity of the conventional lens are overcome.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, the present invention provides a lens MTF automatic detection sorting apparatus, which includes a workbench 1, and a feeding device 2, an MTF detection device 3, a sorting device 4, and a conveying device 5 disposed on the workbench 1. The feeding device 2 is arranged on one side of the workbench 1 and used for placing a lens to be tested; the MTF detection device 3 is arranged on the other side of the workbench 1 and used for detecting the lens to be detected so as to acquire MTF information of the lens; the sorting device 4 is positioned on the same side with the feeding device 2 and is used for judging the quality of the tested lens according to the detection result of the MTF detection device 3 and sorting the tested lens; the carrying device 5 is arranged between the feeding device 2 and the MTF detection device 3 and is used for carrying the lens to be tested on the feeding device 2 and carrying the lens to be tested detected by the MTF detection device 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the feeding device 2 includes a first slide 6 slidably mounted on the workbench 1 along a horizontal direction and a feeding tray 7 slidably mounted on the first slide 6 along a vertical direction, a motor and a screw rod for driving the first slide 6 to horizontally slide are mounted on the workbench 1, and an air cylinder for driving the feeding tray 7 to ascend and descend is mounted on the first slide 6. A feeding bracket 8 and a first empty tray bracket 12 are erected above the feeding tray 7, a plurality of material trays 9 full of lenses to be tested are stacked in the feeding bracket 8 along the vertical direction, first clamping jaws 10 used for clamping the material trays 9 are arranged at two ends of the feeding tray 7, and the first clamping jaws 10 are driven by cylinders fixed on the feeding tray 7. Two sides of the bottom of the feeding bracket 8 are slidably provided with first limiting plates 11 for controlling the material tray 9 to slide, and the first limiting plates 11 are driven by cylinders fixed on the feeding bracket 8; the first empty tray bracket 12 is used for storing empty trays 9, two sides of the bottom of the first empty tray bracket 12 are rotatably provided with first limiting parts 13 which are convenient for pushing the trays 9 into the first empty tray bracket 12, and the first limiting parts 13 can only rotate upwards.
During feeding, the first limiting plate 11 slides towards two sides to enable the material tray 9 in the feeding bracket 8 to slide onto the feeding tray 7, the first clamping jaw 10 clamps the material tray 9 tightly, the first sliding seat 6 drives the feeding tray 7 to slide to the lower side of the carrying device 5, the carrying device 5 carries away a lens to be tested in the material tray 9, and after the lens is carried, the empty material tray 9 is pushed into the first empty tray bracket 12 to be stored under the matching of the first sliding seat 6 and the feeding tray 7.
Referring to fig. 5, the carrying device 5 includes a first carrying mechanism 14, a second carrying mechanism 15, and a relay platform 16 disposed between the first carrying mechanism 14 and the second carrying mechanism 15.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first carrying mechanism 14 includes a frame 17 erected on the work table 1, and a second slide 18 slidably mounted on the frame 17 in the horizontal direction, a first rotating member 19 is rotatably mounted on the second slide 18, and the first rotating member 19 is driven by a motor fixed on the second slide 18. The second slide seat 18 is symmetrically provided with first suction cups 20, two ends of the first rotating member 19 are provided with first protrusions 21, and the first suction cups 20 are provided with first locking grooves 22 matched with the first protrusions 21.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second carrying mechanism 15 includes a third slide 23 slidably mounted on the worktable 1 and a fourth slide 24 slidably mounted on the third slide 23, and the third slide 23 is mounted with a motor and a screw for driving the fourth slide 24. A second rotating member 25 is rotatably mounted on the fourth slide 24, and the second rotating member 25 is driven by a motor fixed to the fourth slide 24. The fourth sliding seat 24 is symmetrically provided with second suction cups 26, two ends of the second rotating member 25 are provided with second protrusions 27, and the second suction cups 26 are provided with second locking grooves 28 matched with the second protrusions 27. Referring to fig. 10, the relay platform 16 is fixed on the work table 1, and at least two material suction grooves 29 are provided on the relay platform 16.
During carrying, the second slide carriage 18 slides to the upper part of the sorting device 4, one first suction disc 20 of the second slide carriage 18 puts the tested lens sucked from the relay platform 16 into the sorting device 4, the other first suction disc 20 sucks the tested lens from the material tray 9 on the feeding tray 7, then the second slide carriage 18 slides to the upper part of the relay platform 16, and the first suction disc 20 puts the tested lens into the suction groove 29; then, the third slide carriage 23 and the fourth slide carriage 24 are matched and slid above the relay platform 16, one of the second suction cups 26 puts the tested lens sucked from the MTF detection device 3 into the relay platform 16, and the other second suction cup 26 sucks the tested lens therein and sends the lens to the MTF detection device 3 for detection under the driving of the third slide carriage 23 and the fourth slide carriage 24.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the lens MTF automatic detection sorting apparatus further includes a vision correction device 30 for correcting a placement position; the vision correction device 30 includes a first lens 31 and a second lens 32 which are matched with each other, the first lens 31 is fixed on the second slide 18, and the second lens 32 is arranged on the workbench 1. In the process of carrying the lens, the first lens 31 takes pictures of the material tray 9 and the lens product from the upper part, and the second lens 32 takes pictures of the lens product from the lower side, so that the position of the lens is corrected, the accuracy of putting the lens into the material tray 9 and the lens into the detection platform is improved, and the reliability of the mechanism and the detection accuracy are improved.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the MTF detecting apparatus 3 includes a movable detecting platform 33, a light emitting element 34 disposed at a lower end of the detecting platform 33, and a spherical support 35 covering the detecting platform 33; the spherical support 35 comprises a circular base 36 and a plurality of arc-shaped slide rails 37 arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, a vertical detection lens 38 is arranged on the circular base 36, and a circumferential detection lens 39 matched with the vertical detection lens 38 is slidably mounted on the arc-shaped slide rails 37.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the sorting device 4 includes a fifth slide 40 slidably mounted on the workbench 1 in the horizontal direction and a plurality of sorting trays 41 slidably mounted on the fifth slide 40 in the vertical direction, a motor and a screw for driving the fifth slide 40 to slide are mounted on the workbench 1, and an air cylinder for driving the sorting trays 41 to ascend and descend is mounted on the fifth slide 40. A plurality of sorting brackets 42 and a second empty tray bracket 43 are erected above the sorting tray 41, the sorting brackets 42 are used for storing and placing the material trays 9 full of the measured lenses with the same quality, second clamping jaws 44 are arranged at two ends of the sorting tray 41, and the second clamping jaws 44 are driven by air cylinders fixed on the sorting tray 41. Second limiting plates 45 are slidably mounted on two sides of the bottom of the second empty tray bracket 43, the second limiting plates 45 are used for controlling the material tray 9 to slide, and the second limiting plates 45 are driven by cylinders fixed on the second empty tray bracket 43; the second limiting members 46 are rotatably mounted on two sides of the bottom of the sorting bracket 42, and the second limiting members 46 can only rotate upwards so as to push the tray 9 into the sorting bracket 42.
During sorting, the second limiting plate 45 slides towards two sides, the plurality of material trays 9 in the second empty tray bracket 43 slide down to the sorting tray 41, and the second clamping jaws 44 clamp the material trays 9; then the sorting tray 41 is driven by the fifth slide 40 to slide to the lower side of the first conveying mechanism 14, the first suction tray 20 on the second slide 18 places the tested lenses into the corresponding material tray 9 according to the detection result, and when the material tray 9 is full of lenses with the same quality, the sorting tray 41 is driven by the fifth slide 40 and the sorting tray 41 to push down to the corresponding sorting bracket 42 for storage.
The automatic lens MTF detection and sorting equipment provided by the embodiment is simple in structure, high in automation degree and high in detection precision; the method comprises the steps that through the cooperation of a feeding device, an MTF detection device, a sorting device and a carrying device, a lens to be detected is placed in the feeding device in advance during detection, then the lens to be detected is carried into the MTF detection device through the carrying device, after the detection of the MTF detection device is completed, the carrying device carries the measured lens onto the sorting device, and finally the carrying device carries out quality judgment and subpackaging on the measured lens according to the detection result of the MTF detection device, so that the whole-process automatic operation is realized, the production efficiency of the lens is greatly improved, the influence of human factors on the detection result is reduced, the accuracy of lens detection is favorably improved, and the detection yield of products is improved; the visual correction device is arranged, and the accuracy of placing the lens on the detection platform can be improved and the detection accuracy is improved through the matching of the first lens and the second lens; various defects caused by manual detection are overcome.
