Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula of a cigarette substitute health food, in particular to a formula of a chewing type cigarette substitute health food.
Background
In China, 3.5 hundred million smokers have a great deal of danger caused by smoking in improper smoking places. First, in an environment where other people are present, the smoke and pungent smell given out by smoking are both causes of air pollution. Secondly, it has been shown that the smoke generated during the combustion of tobacco leaves contains over 4000 harmful chemical substances such as tar, ammonia, nicotine, suspended particles, PM2.5, polonium-210, etc. and dozens of carcinogens. With the improvement of social economy and literacy, people have more and more obvious environmental protection to public places, such as sealed space or under the environment with high crowd density, smoking prohibition marks are provided. However, for smokers with larger tobacco addiction, the cigarette prohibition is not different from the maximum test of the life bottom limit for a long time. Therefore, some malignant accidents caused by the onset of tobacco addiction are frequent. At the same time, the greater hazard of smoking is the health impact on the smoker itself:
1. aldehydes, nitrides and olefins, which have a stimulating effect on the respiratory tract.
2. Nicotine, which stimulates sympathetic nerves and allows smokers to develop dependence, i.e., smoking addiction.
3. Amines, cyanides and heavy metals, all being toxic substances.
4. Benzopyrene, arsenic, cadmium, methylhydrazine, aminophenol, and other radioactive substances are carcinogenic.
5. Phenolic compounds and formaldehyde, etc., and has the effect of accelerating canceration.
6. Carbon monoxide, reduces the ability of red blood cells to transport oxygen throughout the body.
The main toxic substances in the cigarette are tar and carbon monoxide, wherein nitrosamine and benzene pyrene are two substances with the strongest carcinogenicity in the tar, and most of people who die due to smoking die from lung cancer caused by nitrosamine and benzene pyrene. Nicotine is only the cause of dependence on cigarette addiction. In medicine, the name of smoking addiction is nicotine addiction or nicotine dependence, which means that people who smoke for a long time develop addiction symptoms to nicotine which is a main substance contained in tobacco, so smoking cessation is also called nicotine dependence withdrawal or nicotine addiction withdrawal. In medicine, tobacco addiction (nicotine addiction) is treated as a chronic disease. Smokers often have cravings for tobacco, which is mainly a result of the long-term effects of nicotine.
There are three main categories of specific causes of smoking addiction:
1. biological factors: the nicotine has the effects of firstly exciting and then inhibiting, carbon monoxide can be generated when tobacco burns to inhibit the brain, so that the working efficiency or the memory is reduced, the brain can be stimulated by using the nicotine, the memory recovery is enhanced, and nicotine addiction can be generated after long-term use; in addition, smoking can also satisfy the taste sense on the tongue bud. After the plants are burnt, essential oil and carbide are generated. For example, tar in cigarettes, which has a sweet, bitter and a few tingling and hot taste, forms a very complex taste. The taste is not good when smoking, but the cigarette becomes a favorite and customary taste after adaptation over time, and the taste is usually thought to cause the desire to smoke.
2. Psychological factors: i.e. psychological dependence, it is believed that smoking can relieve various social stresses; the "sucking" action is naturally formed during infancy. Many people still do not cut the feeling of "leaning" after they grow up and need to rely on "sucking" for consolation, so that the cigarette has another function for adults to replace the nipple of a baby.
3. Social factors: smoking is a social means by which smokers wish to become incorporated into society. A cigarette is taken out from a cigarette case with exquisite design, played, put on the tip of the nose to smell, put in the mouth, take out a noble lighter, make a crisp sound, fire a brilliant spark, light the cigarette to suck a mouth, enter the body, and then be spit out by the nasal cavity, watch the smoke of curling upwards, show maturity, self-believing, satisfy, pizzling sensation, real non-speech can be formed. This sequence of self-familiar actions becomes a habit and is difficult to change.
Nicotine readily diffuses through the skin, lungs, mucous membranes, such as the inner layers of the nose and gums. Nicotine will enter small blood vessels in the above mentioned tissues directly. From there, the nicotine reaches the human brain through the blood stream and is then transported to the rest of the body. Although nicotine plays many different roles throughout the body, its brain-only role is responsible for the smoker's pleasure from smoking, as well as being responsible for the temperament of the smoker trying to quit smoking. Most smokers will enter a nicotine-affected state 10 to 15 seconds after inhalation. In nature, all substances are in harmony with each other, and nicotine is a natural product. The nicotine kexing is a pure natural plant with the efficacies of clearing lung, moistening lung and eliminating phlegm, such as: mint, houttuynia cordata, momordica grosvenori and the like.
As the cigarette has greater and greater harm to the human society, various cigarette substitutes, namely cigarettes added with mint leaves, electronic cigarettes and the like appear in the market. However, these substitutes are not sufficient and are harmful to human body. Harm of the mint smoking:
1. the menthol component in the mint cigarette can be decomposed to generate a carcinogen-benzopyrene under the high temperature generated by combustion. This increases the carcinogen content of tobacco smoke.
2. Menthol can relax tracheal smooth muscle and reduce its sensory stimulation, masking partial respiratory symptoms, which can lead to deep inhalation, inhaling unknowingly more noxious gases.
3. Menthol may have the effects of increasing nicotine absorption and reducing cotinine metabolism in the body, which allows people who smoke menthol to have higher cotinine content in the body and higher nicotine dependence, i.e. more addiction.
In 2016, the BBC tv station in the united kingdom photographed a documentary named "whether the e-cigarette was a miracle or a threat", raising a question about the security of the e-cigarette that was already popular at that time. And another group of research results published in the united states in the same year more effectively reveals the harm of the electronic cigarette:
1. compromised immunity
By comparing immune cells in the nose of electronic cigarette users, traditional cigarette smokers and non-smokers, 358 immune genes in the nose of people are inhibited by electronic cigarette smoking, while 53 immune genes in common smokers are inhibited. The suppression of immune genes causes a drastic decrease in human resistance to external bacteria, thereby causing various diseases. This indicates that the harm of the electronic cigarette is 7 times that of the cigarette in terms of suppressing the number of human immune genes.
2. Induce cardiovascular risk
After that, the researcher has developed the research to the tobacco juice of electron cigarette again, and the research result lets the old and well-minded people again: the aerosol of the electronic cigarette smoke can also cause the increase of platelet aggregation, possibly causes microthrombus to appear in blood vessels, and shows that the harm of the electronic cigarette to the root is not less than that of the traditional cigarette in the aspects of increasing the risk of cardiovascular systems and causing heart attack.
3. Cancer causing
Subsequently, researchers have also found that aerosols generated by battery-heated smokers also contain aldehydes harmful to the cardiovascular system, including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, and the like. The harm of the organic gas is not much said to be a bar, and each household knows that the house needs to be opened for a period of time after finishing the house decoration, so that the formaldehyde is volatilized. Nowadays, people inhale formaldehyde into their bodies through electronic cigarettes. Moreover, the experiment also leads to the conclusion that: smokers with electronic cigarettes may be at higher risk of lung cancer, bladder cancer and heart disease than non-smokers
4. Causing fatal lung disease
When the electronic cigarette is verified to have no healthy halo and no root is pressed, another experiment result directly drives the electronic cigarette into a reverse camp, and the electronic cigarette is found to bring a fatal risk that friends who draw the electronic cigarette always forget to return different tastes of the electronic cigarette, such as strawberry taste, blueberry taste, peach taste and mint taste … …
The sweet taste makes people more addicted to the cigarette, and the cigarette is more like being a fashion, a personality and a trend, and many young people slowly enter the pit of the electronic cigarette in order to gain attention. This sweet taste is due to the addition of diacetyl (diacetyl), a substance to the tobacco smoke. This substance can cause a serious pulmonary disease, obliterative bronchitis. This is a rare, fatal and irreversible obstructive pulmonary disease that can progress to lung failure.
Since the cigarette is far away from the cigarette for the health consideration, but the substitute product has the harm far greater than the original cigarette to be substituted, the problem is solved by starting from the substance nicotine which is addictive to the cigarette itself. Nicotine (Nicotine), a common name, is alkaloid existing in solanaceae plants (solanum), is also an important component of tobacco, is a representative of N-choline receptor agonists, has effects on N1 and N2 receptors and a central nervous system, and has no clinical application value. According to recent studies by Joshua l.karelitz et al, university of pittsburgh, nicotine, in addition to stimulating dopamine release and leaving the brain excited, is also associated with another ability to addict: nicotine can enhance and prolong the enjoyment people obtain from other activities and medications.
Thus, nicotine is addictive or dependent because it stimulates the human brain and extends the time it takes for a person to gain pleasure. Nicotine is not only present in tobacco leaves, but also in fruits of various solanaceae plants, such as wolfberry, pepper, tomato and other plants, which contain nicotine, and these vegetables and herbs are recognized as healthy foods beneficial to human bodies. Because of this, the world health organization has been in the early 90 s of the 20 th century to promote the 'nicotine replacement therapy' to quit smoking globally, which replaces the nicotine obtained from the cigarette in the past, helps people overcome the dependence on the cigarette in physiology and psychology, and increases the success chance of quitting smoking by more than 1 time.
In summary, there are two main categories of harm to human society from smoking:
1. smoking is a health hazard to both the individual and the surrounding population.
2. The social malignancy is caused by the sudden uncontrolled smoking addiction in the smoking ban for a long time.
Since the root cause of the dependence of people on cigarettes is the stimulation of nicotine contained in the cigarettes to the brain, carcinogens generated by other substances contained in the cigarettes after ignition are critical to human health. In order to improve the health and social harm of smoking, a natural plant containing a small amount of nicotine and harmless to human body is required to be an emergency substitute for the smoking addiction under the condition of ensuring that no carcinogen is generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chewing type cigarette substitute food which can relieve the smoking addiction attack by 'nicotine replacement therapy' and can avoid all associated negative effects caused by smoking.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a chewing cigarette substitute food comprises, by weight, 18-45% of wolfberry fruits, 18-45% of peach gum, 5-20% of rhodiola rosea, 5-20% of honey-fried licorice roots, 1-15% of roses, 1-15% of mint, 1-15% of dried orange peels and 1-5% of tobacco leaves, and is prepared by the following steps:
a. cleaning peach gum and tobacco leaves, removing impurities, and crushing into 50-120-mesh powder for later use.
b. Taking extract powder of medlar, peach gum, rhodiola rosea, honey-fried licorice root, rose, mint and dried orange peel in the raw materials for later use.
c. All the raw material standby powder comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-45% of wolfberry fruit, 18-45% of peach gum, 5-20% of rhodiola rosea, 5-20% of honey-fried licorice root, 1-15% of rose, 1-15% of mint, 1-15% of dried orange peel and 1-5% of tobacco leaf are uniformly mixed and then molded to obtain a finished product.
As a preferable scheme, in order to keep chewing taste and prolong the precipitation time of effective components, the chewing type cigarette substitute food can also be prepared by cleaning and drying the raw materials, removing impurities, sterilizing, directly crushing into powder of 30-200 meshes for later use, and uniformly mixing and molding the raw material powder.
As a preferable scheme, the chewing type cigarette substitute food has mint components replaced by fructus momordicae, herba houttuyniae or tea leaves.
The function and the effect of the medlar: the medlar has various health care efficacies and is a medicine and food dual-purpose food approved by the Ministry of health. The wolfberry fruit is rich in wolfberry fruit polysaccharide, which is water soluble polysaccharide comprising 6 kinds of monosaccharide including arabinose, glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose and rhamnose, and has physiological activity of strengthening nonspecific immunity, raising disease resistance, inhibiting tumor growth and cell mutation. Immunosenescence is closely associated with apoptosis. Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides (LBP) can obviously improve the phagocytic function of phagocytes and improve the proliferative capacity of lymphocytes. The lycium barbarum polysaccharide is not only a biological response regulator for regulating immune response, but also can play an anti-cancer role through a nerve-endocrine-immune regulation network. The lycium barbarum polysaccharide can remarkably increase the reserve of mouse muscle glycogen and liver glycogen and improve the total activity of blood lactate dehydrogenase before and after exercise; the increase of blood urea nitrogen of the mouse after strenuous exercise is reduced, and the clearance rate of the blood urea nitrogen after the exercise is accelerated. This shows that lycium barbarum polysaccharides have a very significant effect on fatigue relief. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows:
1. the invention relates to a chewing cigarette substitute food, which utilizes the characteristic that nicotine can rapidly diffuse at gum mucosa and pass through blood vessels to reach the brain, can rapidly and effectively relieve the smoking addiction when the smoking addiction occurs, avoids the air pollution caused by smoke generated after ignition, and also avoids the carcinogen generated after special compounds contained in tobacco are combusted.
2. The invention contains a small amount of tobacco within the content range of the national standard, and aims to relieve the onset of the tobacco addiction. The tar and nicotine contained in tobacco leaves are the main taste and addiction source of cigarettes, and are the two most toxic substances in tobacco shreds. However, when smoking, the two toxic substances are subjected to high temperature to generate chemical reaction, and generate more kinds of chemical substances with more complex components. The tobacco leaves therefore play a role in the present invention in providing the smoker with a certain amount of nicotine and in preventing other harmful substances from being taken into the body while relieving the craving for tobacco.
3. The medlar contained in the formula belongs to solanaceae plants, and the fruits of the medlar contain nicotine. As one of the main raw materials in the invention, the medlar can play a certain role in relieving the smoking addiction while playing the pharmacological health-preserving efficacy of the medlar. The behavioral pharmacologist of the university of duck, illion, in the united states, demonstrated that nicotine improves learning and memory in white rats and restores memory lost by brain damage in alzheimer's animal models. Nicotine and nicotinic drugs act by replacing acetylcholine receptors on neuronal cell membranes, stimulating acetylcholine receptors, particularly nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. Acetylcholine plays an important role in neural processes such as learning and memory. In Ithan, there is substantial decline in nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in Alzheimer's disease patients. Other research groups and pharmaceutical companies have investigated the effects of nicotine compounds on treating parkinson's disease, affective disorders and pain relief to varying degrees. Therefore, nicotine contained in a small amount of tobacco leaves within the range of the national regulation standard is not only not addictive, but also stimulates the human brain and stimulates learning ability and memory ability.
4. In the main raw materials of the invention, the rhodiola rosea can relieve the damage of the smoking people to the trachea and the lung caused by long-term smoking. And the rhodiola rosea can adjust the physical discomfort of a human body in an oxygen-deficient environment, so that the product related to the invention is more suitable for eating in public environments with good sealing performance or dense crowds and no smoking.
5. The rose is used as a flower food material with the effect of relieving emotion in the plant kingdom, and the effective components of the rose can relieve the emotional problems of depression, anger, anxiety and uneasiness and the like caused by compulsory suppression of smoking addiction to the flowers to the greatest extent. Moreover, the natural fragrant taste of the cigarette substitute also increases the psychological acceptability of smokers, and reduces or avoids the generation of rejection psychology even when the substitute is used during the onset of smoking addiction.
6. The tangerine peel, peach gum, mint, momordica grosvenori and houttuynia cordata are known as 'nicotine killer', and the three have the effects of clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, and especially the peach gum also has the effects of dissolving nicotine and beautifying skin. When a smoker eats the cigarette substitute, the cigarette substitute can effectively relieve the smoking addiction and improve the harm to the respiratory system and the skin caused by long-term smoking.
Proved by practice of multiple persons: a chewing type cigarette substitute food (hereinafter referred to as 'chewing tobacco') with a net content of 9.6 g is naturally contained in the oral cavity for about 30 minutes, when the chewing type cigarette substitute food is contained for about 10 minutes, the chewing type cigarette substitute food has a feeling of smoking, the automatic chewing (containing) speed is slowed down from beginning to begin, the brain is felt to be clear, the face is warm, the mouth and the tongue generate fluid, the deep breathing is not thought by the user, then the whole body has a relaxing and comfortable feeling, the smoking addiction of the attack is relieved at the moment, and the feeling of urgent smoking is completely disappeared. There is no psychological idea of smoking within about 30 minutes after inclusion. However, the habit developed by smoking for many years can cause habitual actions such as holding and lighting cigarette unconsciously. If a cigarette is taken up and put in the mouth, the people can feel the rejection of the ignition and smoking due to different ways of relieving the craving for tobacco, different sources and intake ways of nicotine and different psychophysical feelings when the craving for tobacco is satisfied. The usual familiar habitual smoking action is stopped by putting on the lip and holding before ignition. There is a very unpleasant taste and sensation in the mouth after attempted ignition. Thus, it can be calculated that: the general domestic airplane flight from taking off to landing is about 90 minutes to 180 minutes, 2 to 3 chewing cigarettes can sufficiently solve the smoking addiction problem, and the smoking addiction can be effectively relieved even if 10 chewing cigarettes are taken in about 600 minutes on an international flight. The time for rest and eating is planed on a high-speed rail, the time for self-activity and easy smoking addiction is not more than 10 hours at most, so that the chewing type cigarette substitute food can be suitable for any public environment, including airplane, high-speed rail, taxi, bus and other smoking banning places.
