The metal surface corrosion inhibitor is widely applied to sterilization of various environments and object surfaces, does not contain chlorine and other halogen, has a good corrosion inhibition effect on metal surfaces, is particularly suitable for sterilization of air conditioners, sterilization and odor removal air purification in vehicles, corrosion prevention in aerosol can product tanks, disinfection of passenger cabins of vehicles such as rail transit, airplanes and ships, disinfection of environments and equipment of food and beverage factories, disinfection of environments and equipment of hotels and restaurants, disinfection of metal utensils, bacteriostasis and corrosion inhibition of chains and conveyor belts, disinfection and rust prevention of medical instruments, disinfection of metal parts and metal equipment, corrosion prevention and disinfection of wood, sterilization of industrial circulating water and the like.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

Claims (10)

1. A slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is characterized in that: the raw materials (by weight portion) include 2-10 portions of quaternary ammonium salt, 2-8 portions of chelating agent, 1-3 portions of non-ionic surfactant, 0.5-2 portions of corrosion inhibitor, 77-95.5 portions of deionized water, 1-3 portions of crape myrtle extract, 1-3 portions of erythromycin, 0.5-1.5 portions of pink essential oil and 0.5-1.5 portions of lily of the valley essential oil.
2. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials (by weight portion) include 2 portions of quaternary ammonium salt, 2 portions of chelating agent, 1 portion of non-ionic surfactant, 0.5 portion of corrosion inhibitor, 77 portions of deionized water, 1 portion of crape myrtle extract, 1 portion of erythromycin, 0.5 portion of pink essential oil and 0.5 portion of lily of the valley essential oil.

The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise (by weight parts) 3 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 4 parts of chelating agent, 1.5 parts of non-ionic surfactant, 1 part of corrosion inhibitor, 86 parts of deionized water, 1.5 parts of lagerstroemia indica extract, 1.5 parts of erythromycin, 0.75 part of pink essential oil and 0.75 part of lily of the valley essential oil.

The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise (by weight parts) 6 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 6 parts of chelating agent, 2.5 parts of non-ionic surfactant, 1.5 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 92 parts of deionized water, 2 parts of lagerstroemia indica extract, 2 parts of erythromycin, 1 part of pink essential oil and 1 part of lily of the valley essential oil.

The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials comprise (by weight parts) 10 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 8 parts of chelating agent, 3 parts of non-ionic surfactant, 2 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 95.5 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of lagerstroemia indica extract, 3 parts of erythromycin, 1.5 parts of pink essential oil and 1.5 parts of lily of the valley essential oil.
6. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the quaternary ammonium salt is one or more of quaternary ammonium carbonate, acetic acid or propionic acid.
7. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the chelating agent is one of GLDA, EDTA, HEDTA and DTPA.
8. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the nonionic surfactant is one or more of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide, alkyl glycoside, alcohol ether glycoside and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
9. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the corrosion inhibitor IS one of GR-911 and IS-136.
10. The slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: also comprises a preparation method of the slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, which comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adding deionized water into a stirring kettle, and then adding quaternary ammonium salt to obtain a mixed solution A;
step two: adding a chelating agent into the mixed solution A to obtain a mixed solution B;
step three: adding a nonionic surfactant into the mixed solution B, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
step four: adding a corrosion inhibitor into the mixed solution C, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution D;
step five: adding the crape myrtle extract, the erythromycin, the dianthus chinensis essential oil and the lily of the valley essential oil into the mixed solution D, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution E;
step six: and filtering the mixed solution E to obtain the slow-release quaternary ammonium salt bactericide product.
