Abstract

一种激光发射电路和激光雷达，属于激光雷达领域。激光二极管(LD)由原来的与释能开关元件(Q2)的漏极相连更改为与储能电容(C2)的第二端相连，且储能电容(C2)的第二端通过激光二极管(LD)的阴极接地，将储能电容(C2)的第二端通过激光二极管(LD)给悬浮起来，即储能电容(C2)的第二端不再直接接地，这样的激光发射电路在转能阶段，释能开关元件(Q2)的寄生电容不会因转能充电过程而造成激光二极管(LD)提前发光，从而避免激光二极管(LD)在非预期时间发光，解决了激光漏光的问题。
