Specifically, the working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cable winding device is used, an operator firstly pushes the device to the upper part of a cable well through the handle 14, then opens the motor 7, the lifting motor 7 drives the screw rod 6 to rotate, the screw rod 6 drives the fixing mechanism 5 to move downwards, so that the fixing mechanism 5 is inserted in the cable well, then, the operator rotates the guide frame 35, so that the guide frame 35 drives the guide roller 36 to penetrate into the turning friction part of the underground cable, then, the operator pulls the cable, so that the cable sequentially bypasses the lower part of the guide roller 36, the lower part of the transition roller 48, the inner part of the wire guide 30 and the upper part of the winding roller 11, finally, one end of the cable is inserted in the inner part of the wire clamping hole 12 to be fixed, at the moment, the operator can open the winding motor 9, the winding motor 9 drives the transmission shaft 23 to rotate, the transmission shaft 23 simultaneously drives the driving gear 24 and the worm 32 to rotate, and the, worm wheel 33 drives the winding reel 31 and rotates, and winding reel 31 drives wind-up roll 11 and rotates to make the cable winding on wind-up roll 11, driving gear 24 drives driven gear 25 simultaneously and rotates, and driven gear 25 drives the swing of connecting rod 26, and connecting rod 26 drives slider 27 and slides in the inside of spout 28, and slider 27 drives the lead frame 29 and slides, thereby makes lead frame 29 drive the cable and swings repeatedly, and the winding is even.

A cable support for municipal engineering construction is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, wherein the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate is provided with a mounting groove, supporting rods which are distributed in a rectangular structure at equal intervals are welded on the inner wall of the mounting groove, the top end of each supporting rod is welded with a fixing frame, the outer part of each supporting rod is slidably connected with a fixing mechanism, each fixing mechanism comprises a fixing shell and an inner container which is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the top of the fixing shell, the outer wall of the top of the fixing shell is provided with a rotating groove, the outer wall of the top of the inner container is integrally formed with a flange which is rotatably connected to the inner part of the rotating groove, a lifting motor is mounted on the outer wall of the top of the fixing frame through screws, the output end of the lifting motor is fixedly connected with a lead screw through a coupler, the bottom end of the lead screw is rotatably connected to, the screw rod is connected to the inside of the screw hole in a threaded manner, clamping plates distributed at equal intervals are welded on the inner wall of the side face of the inner container, guide frames are rotatably connected to the inside of the clamping plates, guide rollers are rotatably connected between two opposite ends of the guide frames, which are far away from the clamping plates, through bearings, guide grooves distributed at equal intervals are formed in the outer portions of the guide rollers, mounting boxes are mounted on the outer walls of the clamping plates through screws, mounting cavities are formed in the mounting boxes, positioning pins are inserted into the mounting cavities, springs are sleeved on the outer portions of the positioning pins, the springs are located between the inner wall of one side of the mounting cavity and the outer wall of one side of the positioning pins, positioning holes distributed at equal intervals in an annular structure are formed in the outer wall of the side face of the guide frames, the positioning pins penetrate through the clamping plates and are inserted into the positioning holes, and, and a winding motor is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the support frame through a screw, the inside of the support frame is rotatably connected with a transmission shaft through a bearing, the external key of the transmission shaft is connected with a worm, the outer wall of the opposite side of the support frame is rotatably connected with a winding reel through a bearing, the external key of the winding reel is connected with a winding roller, one end key of the winding reel is connected with a worm wheel, the worm wheel is meshed with the worm, the inside of the support frame is rotatably connected with a driven gear through a rotating shaft, the outer wall of one side of the driven gear is rotatably connected with a connecting rod through a rotating shaft, the outer wall of the side surface of the transmission shaft is connected with a driving gear, the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear, a sliding groove is formed in the outer wall of the bottom of the support frame, a sliding block, and the outer wall of the bottom of the sliding block is integrally formed with a lead frame.
