In a first embodiment, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a method for monitoring an electronic hand-off bill according to the present invention, including:
step S101, acquiring different data information of scheduling work orders of different service types in a production service management system and different data information of electronic transfer orders of different service types;
step S102, recombining different data information of the dispatching work order and different data information of the electronic transfer order into an electronic transfer order information database;

the step S104, displaying the page of the electronic transfer list recorded as the on-time release state;
and step S105, sending short message reminding to the electronic handover list data information recorded as the state of not being released on time.
In the monitoring method for an electronic hand-over sheet provided by the embodiment of the present invention, through step S101, different data information of a scheduling work sheet of different service types and different data information of an electronic hand-over sheet of different service types in a production service management system are obtained, step S102, the different data information of the scheduling work sheet and the different data information of the electronic hand-over sheet are recombined into an electronic hand-over sheet information database, step S103, whether the electronic hand-over sheet is in a timely release state is determined according to the different data information of the scheduling work sheet and the different data information of the electronic hand-over sheet, if yes, step S104 is executed, if no, step S105 is executed, the step S104 displays a page of the electronic hand-over sheet recorded in the timely release state, and step S105 sends a short message reminding message of the electronic hand-over sheet data information recorded in the non-hand-over state, the work efficiency and the work quality are greatly improved, the technical problem that the existing single line diagram of the electronic transit order is not updated timely and inconsistent with the site is solved, and the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network is guaranteed.
In a second embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for monitoring an electronic hand-off bill according to the present invention, including:
step S201, acquiring different data information of scheduling work orders of different service types in a production service management system and different data information of electronic transfer orders of different service types;
it should be noted that the electronic transfer order in the step is a dispatching work order that has been processed electronically, and the service types of the electronic transfer order and the dispatching work order include a comprehensive power failure work order, a long-term transfer power supply work order, and a secondary reclosing work order.
In the embodiment of the invention, the staff can acquire different data information according to the scheduling work orders and the electronic transfer orders of different service types.
In a concrete reality, for the comprehensive power failure work order, the related field data information such as the electronic transfer order number, the work order state, the work order number, the work repeating operation starting time and the like is extracted.
For the transfer power supply work order, the related electronic transfer order number and the field data information such as the work order state, the work order number, the work repeating operation starting time and the like are extracted, and the related electronic transfer order number with 25 digits beginning with '20' is extracted through a remark column.
For the secondary reclosing worksheet, the related electronic transfer worksheet number and the field data information of the worksheet state, the worksheet number, the work repeating operation starting time and the like are extracted, and the related electronic worksheet number with 25 digits beginning with '20' is extracted through a remark column.
Step S202, all the scheduling work orders are sequentially converted into line data to obtain a line data set;
it should be noted that the electronic transfer order number of the scheduling work order can be obtained by converting the scheduling work order into line data.
In the embodiment of the invention, all the scheduling work orders are sequentially converted into line data to obtain a line data set, and the electronic handover order number of the line data is used for matching the electronic handover order data information associated with the scheduling work orders.
In a specific reality, a power supply conversion work order is specially processed due to the fact that the related conditions are more special: for a plurality of operation tasks in one power transfer work order, and all the operation tasks correspond to the same electronized transfer work order number, the power transfer work order is displayed in a row of data records; and for a plurality of operation tasks in one power transfer and supply list, and simultaneously, each operation task corresponds to different electronic transfer work list numbers, and each operation task respectively displays a line of data record display.
Step S203, matching all the electronic transfer sheet numbers in the line data set with the dispatching work sheet to obtain electronic transfer sheet data information related to the dispatching work sheet;
in the embodiment of the invention, the electronic handover sheet data information is associated based on the electronic handover sheet number of each line of line data of the scheduling work sheet, and the electronic handover sheet data information of each scheduling work sheet is generated by taking the electronic handover sheet number as a key matching field.
Step S204, judging whether the dispatching work order needs to issue an electronic transfer order or not; if not, deleting the record of the scheduling work order;
in the embodiment of the invention, the record deletion is carried out on the scheduling work order which does not need to issue the electronic transit order;
in the specific implementation, some works do not involve electronic transfer distribution, such as live replacement or maintenance switch and distribution transformation, and the electronic transfer sheet does not need to be distributed, so that the records of the work sheet containing the contents of 'no electronic transfer,' no electronic transfer or 'no electronic transfer' are deleted.
Step S205, judging whether the line of the dispatching work order works; if not, deleting the record of the scheduling work order;
step S206, judging whether the line of the dispatching work order has a structural change; if not, deleting the record of the scheduling work order;
in the embodiment of the invention, the scheduling work order of the line which does not work and the line with the changed structure is recorded and deleted.
In the specific implementation, after the reclosure quit is carried out, live working work cannot be carried out due to weather reasons, and then the reclosure is put into use again, which is equal to that no work is carried out on a line and no structure change is carried out on the line, so that the reclosure work order containing the contents of 'not', 'returning' and 'canceling' in the execution remark is recorded and deleted.
Step S207, judging whether each scheduling work order and the associated work orders are in an executed state; if yes, executing step S208 for the scheduling work order and the associated work order state which are executed scheduling work orders;
in the embodiment of the invention, the real-time analysis of the electronic transfer sheet release is carried out only on the work sheet record with the executed work sheet state or the scheduling work sheet and the associated work sheet state which are all executed work sheets.
In an optional embodiment, for the power transfer work order, if the same work order corresponds to a plurality of operation tasks, the state of each operation task is 'executed' to participate in the real-time analysis of the electronic transfer work order.
Step S208, judging whether the state of the electronic handover single flow associated with the scheduling work order is the flow end; if so, recording the electronic transit order related to the scheduling work order as a timely release state; if not, recording that the electronic transfer sheet related to the scheduling work sheet is in a state of not being issued on time;
in the embodiment of the invention, whether the state of the electronic handover single flow associated with the scheduling work order is the flow end is judged; if so, recording the electronic transit order related to the scheduling work order as a timely release state; if not, recording that the electronic transit order associated with the scheduling work order is not published on time.
Step S209, the electronic transfer list recorded as the on-time release state is displayed on a page;
in the embodiment of the invention, the page display is carried out on the real-time monitoring analysis result when the electronic handover list is issued; the field contents displayed by each row of scheduling work order records are as follows: the work order number, the work order state, the work order batch operation starting time, the electronic transfer order number, the electronic transfer order state, the associated work order number, the associated work order state and other field contents.
Step S210, sending short message reminding to the electronic handover list data information recorded as the state of not being released on time;
in the embodiment of the invention, the short message reminding is carried out on the work order record which is not published on time according to the real-time monitoring and analyzing result when the electronic transfer list is published, and meanwhile, the short message is not sent any more on the scheduling work order record which is analyzed by the previous program and sent the short message.
The short message content template is as follows: the work order belongs to the district office [ the work order belongs to the power supply station ] [ the work order type ] the electronic transfer order ([ the electronic transfer order number ]) corresponding to the work order ([ the work order number ], [ the work order state ]) is in the process state at present. For example: an electronic transfer sheet (2020062410482405387777668) corresponding to the power failure maintenance work sheet (FSD0306202006-550Z, to be executed) in the district C in the city A and the district B is currently in a middle link of the process.
In a specific implementation, after the step S209 is executed, the step S204 is further executed for the scheduling work orders in the first preset period, and the step S204 is executed for all scheduling work orders every second preset period;
after monitoring, all scheduling work orders recorded with the work batch operation starting time of nearly one month need to be periodically analyzed;
program data analysis is carried out every 5 minutes in 8:30-9:00 and 22:00-22:30 time periods every day in combination with the work requirement of scheduling and switching, and program data analysis is carried out every 1 hour in other time periods in order to reduce the real-time data analysis pressure of the system.
In the monitoring method for the electronic hand-over bill provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the step S1, different data information of the dispatching work orders of different service types and different data information of the electronic hand-over bills of different service types in the production service management system are obtained, the step S2 is to reorganize the different data information of the dispatching work orders and the different data information of the electronic hand-over bills into an electronic hand-over bill information database, the step S3 is to record whether the electronic hand-over bills are in a timely release state or in a non-timely release state according to the different data information of the dispatching work orders and the different data information of the electronic hand-over bills, the step S4 is to display pages of the electronic hand-over bills recorded in the timely release state, and the step S5 is to send a short message prompt to the electronic hand-over bill data information recorded in the non-timely release state, the work efficiency and the work quality are greatly improved, the technical problem that the existing single line diagram of the electronic transit order is not updated timely and inconsistent with the site is solved, and the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network is guaranteed.
