The integrated management system for the main network and the distribution network has strong practical value, such as: aiming at the development requirements of different regions, a region planning investment allocation index system can be established in the aspects of load, population, power supply region types, power grid index current situations, policy guidance and the like by adhering to problem guidance, target guidance and efficiency benefit guidance, so that the planning investment benefit is improved; an optimization model can be provided according to the issued year-by-year planned investment amount of the whole province and the total investment amount of the planned period distributed to each city, and the year-by-year investment proportion requirements of different regions are combined, so that the year-by-year and region decomposition of the planned investment is completed under the condition of ensuring the minimum year-by-year investment proportion deviation of each region; the method can also establish association attributes such as symbiosis, attachment, repulsion and independence according to the relationship among projects, establish a project optimal ordering system according to indexes such as engineering attributes, urgency degrees, construction key points and the like, and generate a full voltage level planning project library according to given investment limit of each voltage level and by combining project optimal ordering scores and project association; the main network planning and distribution network planning cooperation is realized, and the planning work efficiency benefit is improved, the planning business market competition capability is enhanced, and the planning consultation and decision reference of the company and the government power grid are better served.

The integrated management system for the main and distribution network can realize data communication of the planning system for the main and distribution network, thereby realizing the unification of service and information management of the main and distribution network and avoiding the phenomenon of planning 2 pieces of skin.

the flow integrated management module comprises a main distribution network planning service flow display unit and a main distribution network load unified management unit, wherein the main distribution network planning service flow display unit is used for displaying a main network service flow chart and a distribution network service flow chart; the main network and distribution network load unified management unit is used for issuing main network load data or distribution network load data input by a user to a main network and distribution network management terminal in a region selected by the user and generating a corresponding main network load issuing list or distribution network load issuing list, so that the main network and distribution network load unified management unit displays the main network load issuing list according to a main network query instruction input by the user or displays the distribution network load issuing list according to a distribution network query instruction input by the user;
the main network and distribution network load unified management unit is also used for respectively acquiring main network load data and distribution network load data from the main network load issuing list and the distribution network load issuing list according to a main network and distribution network load comparison instruction input by a user, comparing the main network load data and the distribution network load data and generating issuing load difference information; and the distribution network load data in the distribution network load issuing list is updated to the main network load data in the main network load issuing list according to a main network synchronous distribution network instruction input by a user or the main network load data in the main network load issuing list is updated to the distribution network load data in the distribution network load issuing list according to a distribution network synchronous main network instruction input by the user.

The integrated management system for the main network and the distribution network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the integrated data management module comprises a main network device data classification unit and a main network and distribution network power grid device attribute matching management unit, and the main network device data classification unit is configured to perform data classification on main network device data, generate a main network substation data list, a main network transformer data list, a main network power plant data list and a main network line data list respectively, and store the generated main network substation data list, the main network transformer data list, the main network power plant data list and the main network line data list in a main network database; the main network and distribution network power grid equipment attribute matching management unit is used for determining main network equipment data to be matched and distribution network equipment data to be matched according to a selection instruction of a user, establishing an association mapping relation between the distribution network equipment data to be matched and the main network equipment data to be matched, and updating the equipment name and the scale parameter of the distribution network equipment data to be matched into the equipment name and the scale parameter of the main network equipment data to be matched according to the association mapping relation.

The integrated management system for the main network and the distribution network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the integrated project management module comprises a main network project management unit, a project scoring and optimizing unit and a planning investment optimization decomposition unit, wherein the main network project management unit is used for establishing a main network power supply project list, a main network transformation project list and a main network line project list and storing the main network power supply project list, the main network transformation project list and the main network line project list in a basic project library; the project scoring and optimizing unit is used for extracting project data from the basic project library according to an extraction instruction input by a user, and automatically scoring the solution reasonability, the project attribute weight, the calculation scheme score and the project attribute score of the corresponding project according to the problem severity scoring value input by the user; and the planning investment optimization decomposition unit is used for performing area-by-area and year-by-year investment decomposition on the main and distribution network projects according to a pre-established area planning investment quota distribution index to generate a main and distribution network project fund distribution table.

The integrated management system for the main distribution network according to claim 3, wherein the planning investment optimization decomposition unit comprises a regional investment planning optimization unit, a regional investment planning yearly decomposition unit and a full voltage level planning project library generation unit; the regional investment planning optimization unit is used for performing annual investment allocation processing on imported investment allocation table data before optimization by adopting a pre-established regional planning investment amount allocation index to generate a planned annual power supply enterprise annual investment allocation table, or performing voltage level investment allocation processing on each annual investment data input by a user by adopting the pre-established regional planning investment amount allocation index to generate a planned annual power supply enterprise divided voltage level investment allocation table; the regional investment planning annual decomposition unit is used for carrying out optimized decomposition treatment on the imported capital construction investment allocation table data before optimization and the imported capital construction investment allocation table data after optimization to generate an investment allocation optimization table; and the full-voltage level planning project library generating unit is used for selecting the project library corresponding to the target project library name input by the user, and increasing or decreasing the total fund of the project by adding or deleting the project library.

The integrated management system for the main distribution network according to claim 1, wherein the monthly analysis module comprises a city import unit, a province import unit, a monthly analysis intelligent operation unit and a monthly analysis report intelligent generation unit, the city import unit is configured to generate a city monthly report according to an imported city basic data table and store the city monthly report in a monthly report library; the province import unit is used for generating a province and month report according to the import province basic data table and storing the province and month report in a month report library; the degree analysis intelligent operation unit is used for extracting a city monthly report and/or a province monthly report which are in one-to-one correspondence with the data version and the data year from the monthly report library according to the data version and the data year input by the user and generating a monthly analysis result table; the monthly analysis report intelligent generation unit is used for extracting a city monthly report and/or a province monthly report which are in one-to-one correspondence with the data version, the data year, the month and the power supply enterprise from the monthly report library according to the data version, the data year, the month and the power supply enterprise input by the user, and generating a monthly analysis report.

The integrated management system for the main and distribution networks as claimed in claim 2, wherein the attribute matching management units for the main and distribution network power grid devices comprise a main and distribution network 110kv data through matching management unit, a main and distribution network 110kv data through relation management unit, a main and distribution network 220kv through matching management unit and a main and distribution network 220kv through relation management unit; the main network 110 kilovolt data through matching management unit is used for determining main network equipment data to be matched and 110 kilovolt distribution network equipment data to be matched according to a selection instruction of a user, and establishing an association mapping relation between the 110 kilovolt distribution network equipment data to be matched and the main network equipment data to be matched; the main network 110 kilovolt data through relationship management unit is used for updating the equipment name and the scale parameter of the to-be-matched 110 kilovolt distribution network equipment data into the equipment name and the scale parameter of the to-be-matched main network equipment data according to the associated mapping relationship between the to-be-matched 110 kilovolt distribution network equipment data and the to-be-matched main network equipment data; the main distribution 220KV data through matching management unit is used for determining main network equipment data to be matched and distribution network equipment data to be matched according to a selection instruction of a user, and establishing an association mapping relation between the distribution network equipment data to be matched and the main network equipment data to be matched; the main network 220kv number through relationship management unit is used for updating the device name and the scale parameter of the to-be-matched 220kv distribution network device data to the device name and the scale parameter of the to-be-matched main network device data according to the incidence mapping relationship between the to-be-matched 220kv distribution network device data and the to-be-matched main network device data.
