Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a durable flame-retardant finishing process for pure cotton with ultralow formaldehyde.
Background
The traditional durable flame retardant of pure cotton mainly comprises the flame retardant of the Pullulan and the flame retardant of the CP, and the main difference between the Pullulan and the CP is shown in the table 1;
TABLE 1
The biggest defects of the traditional durable flame-retardant finishing process are that the formaldehyde of the fabric exceeds the standard (>75ppm) and the hand feeling is hard. With the arousal of the environmental awareness of consumers and the attention to the health of the consumers, the traditional flame-retardant finishing can not meet the requirements of the consumer market, and more flame-retardant orders at home and abroad require that the free formaldehyde of the flame-retardant textile is less than 75 ppm. In order to meet the requirement of ultralow formaldehyde, a factory still using the traditional flame-retardant finishing process has to add a large amount of formaldehyde catching agent in the subsequent flame-retardant process, but brings new problems, such as fabric discoloration, excessive formaldehyde after placement, uncomfortable wearing and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a durable flame-retardant finishing process for pure cotton with ultralow formaldehyde, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
The method starts from the flame-retardant system product and the flame-retardant finishing process, solves the problem of formaldehyde and improves the comfort of taking. The flame-retardant system consists of four products, namely a flame retardant ZR-2, a cross-linking agent GX-100, a protective agent DTQ and phosphoric acid. Compared with the CP flame retardant, the flame retardant ZR-2 is optimized in the synthesis process, so that the content of free formaldehyde and hydroxymethyl formaldehyde in the product is further reduced and controlled; the cross-linking agent GX-100 can be subjected to cross-linking reaction with the flame retardant ZR-2 and fibers, and the product does not contain formaldehyde and can not release formaldehyde, which is the biggest difference from a melamine cross-linking agent; the protective agent DTQ has soft hand feeling; phosphoric acid is used as a catalyst. The flame-retardant finishing process is also optimized, and the ventilation time after neutralization is increased so as to be beneficial to full water washing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the durable flame-retardant finishing process of the pure cotton with ultralow formaldehyde comprises the following specific process steps:
(1) preparing a working solution: the components and the mixture ratio are respectively 450g/L of flame retardant ZR-2350-450 g/L, GX-1002 g/L of cross-linking agent, DT-650030-40 g/L of protective agent and 20g/L of phosphoric acid;
(2) padding: a soaking and rolling mode is adopted, and the mangle yield is 65 percent;
(3) pre-baking: the pre-drying temperature is set to be 100-;
(4) baking: the baking temperature is set to 160-165 ℃, and the baking time is 2-2.5 minutes;
(5) and (3) padding with soda ash: padding the dried pure cotton fabric by adopting 20-25g/L of soda ash;
(6) ventilating: ventilating for 1-3 min at room temperature;
(7) first water washing: washing the pure cotton fabric with hot water at 40-60 ℃;
(8) alkali washing: carrying out alkali washing on the pure cotton fabric by adopting 10-15g/L of soda ash;
(9) and (3) second water washing: washing the pure cotton fabric with hot water at 40-60 ℃;
(10) washing with 1.5-2g/L hydrogen peroxide at 40-60 deg.C;
(11) and (3) washing for the third time: washing the pure cotton fabric with hot water at 40-60 ℃;
(12) drying: and drying the washed pure cotton fabric.
As a further scheme of the invention: the flame retardant ZR-2 in the step (1) is an N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide compound.
As a further scheme of the invention: the crosslinking agent GX-100 in the step (1) is a polyhydroxy compound.
As a further scheme of the invention: the protective agent DTQ in the step (1) is composite wax and is prepared by high-temperature high-pressure emulsification.
Compared with the prior art, the textile subjected to flame-retardant finishing by the process meets the GB/T17591-2006B 1-level flame-retardant standard and the GB 8965.1-2009C-level flame-retardant standard, meanwhile, the formaldehyde is far lower than 75ppm, the textile meets the technical requirements of GB 18401II textiles, has soft hand feeling, and meets the requirement of comfort taking; the novel process is applied to a plurality of domestic dye factories, and obtains good economic and social benefits as an upgrading process of the traditional flame-retardant finishing.
