Referring to fig. 1-5, a folded plate 15 is provided in the flocculation area 22 to divide the flocculation area 22 into a plurality of water flow passages, so that the sewage flows from the mixing area 21 to the settling area 23 through the water flow passages. Preferably, the two folding plates 15 are arranged to form three water flow channels in the flocculation area 22, and the two folding plates 15 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the middle of the flocculation area 22. The overflow launder 11 is seted up to the one side of settling zone 23 keeping away from flocculation area 22, and overflow launder 11 is located settling zone 23 top surface, and specifically, overflow launder 11 is provided with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of overflow launder 11 equipartitions are in settling zone 23 top surface one side. The bottom of the settling zone 23 is provided with a settling hopper 9 convenient for settling impurity particles, and the center of the bottom of the settling hopper 9 is provided with an impurity outlet 10.
In the technical scheme, the invention adopts the folded plate 15 combination and the folded plates are arranged in a way that the angular points are corresponding or the width is opposite to each other, so that the flocculation area 22 consisting of water channels with the same water flow tortuosity or different water flow tortuosity is formed, and the flocculation effect is better. The traditional flocculation reaction device is not provided with a settling zone 23, and flocculated materials need to be sent into a settling tank for settling, so that the sewage treatment cost is increased.
Flocculation process and principle: sewage enters the mixing area 21 through the sewage inlet 8, the reagent is sprayed downwards at the top of the mixing area 21, the sewage and the reagent are quickly mixed under the action of the stirring paddle 142, then the sewage is divided into three flow channels which enter the flocculation area 22, and finally the sewage enters the sedimentation area 23 for sedimentation until solid-liquid separation is realized.
