the sewage to be treated is added into the reaction tank 41, the medicament in the dissolution tank 21 is conveyed into the reaction tank 41 through the input pipe 34 on the metering pump 33 and the output pipe 36, and the medicament particles in the dissolution tank 21 are intercepted under the action of the filter screen 35, and the use amount of the medicament is judged according to the conveying amount of the metering pump 33 and the weight change of the electronic scale 32 on the base 31;
the medicine enters the connecting shell 37 through the output pipe 36, the tightness between the control module 1 and the connecting shell 37 is improved under the action of the sealing ring 38, the medicine enters the medicine inlet pipe 51, enters the annular pipes 53 through the plurality of branch pipes 52, enters the medicine inlet rotating pipes 54 through the plurality of annular pipes 53 and is sprayed out through the plurality of feeding spray heads 55, so that the medicine can be completely mixed with sewage in the reaction tank 41, and the medicine is uniformly distributed in the reaction tank 41;
simultaneously, the driving motor 59 is started, so that the driving motor 59 drives the transmission gear 57 on the medicine feeding pipe 51 through the driving gear 58, the transmission gear 57 can drive the annular pipe 53 on the branch pipe 52 and the stirring shell 42 to rotate, the plurality of medicine feeding rotating pipes 54 drive the feeding spray heads 55 to rotate in the reaction box 41, and therefore medicines are uniformly distributed, meanwhile, the stirring shell 42 drives all the transverse reaction rods 46 to rotate while the stirring shell 42 rotates, and under the condition that the fixed bevel gear 44 on the fixed rod 43 is kept still, the rotating bevel gear 45 on the transverse reaction rods 46 rotates on the fixed bevel gear 44 when the transverse reaction rods 46 move, so that the transverse reaction rods 46 and the reaction blades 47 rotate, and sewage in the reaction box 41 is transversely stirred, so that the medicines and the sewage can be fully mixed.

the lower side of the inner wall of the dissolution tank (21) is fixedly connected with an air jet pipe (25), the top surface of the air jet pipe (25) is fixedly connected with a plurality of air jet heads (26), the lower side of the left surface of the dissolution module (2) is fixedly connected with a one-way valve (27), the left end of the air jet pipe (25) penetrates through the left side of the inner wall of the dissolution module (2) to the left surface of the dissolution module, the left end of the air jet pipe (25) is fixedly connected with the right end of the one-way valve (27), the left side of the dissolution module (2) is provided with an air pump (28), and the output end of the air pump (28) is fixedly connected with the left end of the one-way valve (27);
the monitoring module (3) comprises a base (31), an electronic scale (32) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the base (31), the bottom surface of the dissolution tank (21) and the bottom surface of the inflator pump (28) are fixedly connected with the top surface of the electronic scale (32), a metering pump (33) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the dissolution module (2), an input pipe (34) is fixedly connected to the input end of the metering pump (33), the lower end of the input pipe (34) penetrates through the top surface of the dissolution tank (21) to the inside of the input pipe, a filter screen (35) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the input pipe (34), and an output pipe (36) is fixedly connected to the output end of the metering pump (33);
the reaction module (4) comprises a reaction box (41), stirring shells (42) are arranged in the reaction box (41), fixing rods (43) are fixedly connected to the lower side of the inner wall of the reaction box (41), the upper ends of the fixing rods (43) penetrate through the bottom surface of the stirring shells (42) to the inside of the stirring shells, the upper ends of the fixing rods (43) are rotationally connected with the upper side of the inner wall of the stirring shells (42), a plurality of fixing bevel gears (44) are fixedly connected to the rod wall of the fixing rods (43), rotating bevel gears (45) are meshed and connected to the periphery of the fixing bevel gears (44), transverse reaction rods (46) are fixedly connected to the opposite sides of the rotating bevel gears (45), the opposite ends of the transverse reaction rods (46) penetrate through the four sides of the inner wall of the stirring shells (42) to the four sides of the inner wall of the stirring shells respectively, a plurality of reaction blades (47) are fixedly connected to the rod wall of the transverse reaction rods (46), the opposite sides of the rod wall of the transverse reaction rods (46) are respectively connected to the top surfaces of the stirring shells (42), and the left side and the right side of the reaction frames (41) are fixedly connected to the periphery of the reaction frames.

The intelligent dosing control system for sewage treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the dosing module (5) comprises a dosing tube (51), the lower end of the dosing tube (51) is fixedly connected with the top surface of the stirring shell (42), branch tubes (52) are fixedly connected to the periphery of the dosing tube (51), annular tubes (53) are fixedly connected to opposite ends of the branch tubes (52) together, a dosing rotating tube (54) is fixedly connected to four sides of the bottom surface of each annular tube (53), a plurality of feeding spray heads (55) are fixedly connected to opposite sides of the dosing rotating tube (54), opposite ends of transverse reaction rods (46) are respectively connected with the opposite sides of the dosing rotating tube (54) in a rotating mode, mounting plates (56) are fixedly connected to the top surface of each annular tube (53) and the lower sides of the walls of the dosing tube (51) together, first annular sliding grooves are formed in the upper sides of the inner walls of the stand (48), and the inner walls of the first annular sliding grooves are connected with the top surfaces of the mounting plates (56) in a sliding mode through first annular sliding blocks.
