In the prior art, the abrasive cloth for rough grinding, finish grinding and polishing is generally formed by covering a primer layer formed by an adhesive on the surface of a cloth-based substrate, covering stone powder for grinding and polishing on the primer layer to form a grinding layer, and then covering a compound adhesive layer on the grinding layer. In order to ensure the breaking strength of the abrasive cloth, the thickness relationship between the primer layer and the compound adhesive layer and the cloth base material is very important. If the bottom rubber layer or the compound rubber layer is too thin, the base material cannot be matched with the selected cloth base material to enable the abrasive cloth to reach the target strength, and the abrasive cloth is easy to break, poor in wear resistance, easy to scrap in the using process and short in service life; if the primer layer or the compound layer is too thick, material redundancy occurs, resulting in material waste.
