Abstract
本发明公开的属于中药技术领域，具体为一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，本发明的疗效与临床价值在于依据中医：五行平衡，阴阳双调，五脏同治的机理，以补肝肾、调脾胃、益气血、生精髓、化瘀滞、通经络、祛风湿、溶骨刺、止疼痛为基本准则，遵循祖国传统医学对各类风湿骨关节疾病，源在五腑的治疗理念为辩治之要义，突破常规施以：急则治其标，给予患处，泄血拔罐、中药外敷和熏蒸、不仅能迅速解除临床中患者酸麻胀痛等症状，且及时消除水肿及无菌性炎症对病灶的继续损害，防止病情恶化与迁延不愈，采用内服+外用、多管齐下，不仅解除了局部病变的损害，更是通过调节全身脏腑的功能，以达到标本兼顾而实现整体治疗的目的。

背景技术
中医理论认为：颈肩腰腿等各类骨关节疾病的发生发展与外邪侵袭，劳损，气滞血瘀，长期处于寒潮湿冷，肝肾不调，正气不足，营卫不固，经络不通，纵欲过度，年老体衰等诸多因素有关。风湿，类风湿属痹症，是由于正气不足、阳气不升、风寒湿邪反复入侵迁延所致。久病伤阴，阴虚生内热，因热加寒郁气不得通，久之寒亦化热所致；临床当以：滋阴补肾、养肝扶正、益气升阳、调和营卫、疏瘀通痹、通经活络为治疗要义。肝生筋、肾生骨、肝肾得养、骨健筋强、病邪不留自去。其治疗应标本兼顾，急则治其标，缓则治其本。以补肝肾，调脾胃，益气血，生精髓，化淤滞，通经络，祛风湿，溶骨刺，止疼痛为基本准则，不仅要解决局部病变的损害，更要通过调节全身脏腑的功能而达到整体治疗的目的。
目前在中国乃至世界范围内风湿骨关节疾病患者已占到人群总数的60％以上，且还在不断的增长中。风湿骨关节疾病用药，作为一个潜力巨大的专科药，容量已超过20000亿元以上，且市场正在迅速升温，从用药类别而言，整个市场特点日益明显，二甲以上主流医院大部分以化学药为主，而且大部分为消炎镇痛药。在该病的治疗领域，非甾体类消炎镇痛药主要通过抑制前列腺素合成达到消炎镇痛的作用来消除症状，但对胃肠道刺激较大；地塞米松等糖皮质激素类药物虽能抑制炎症，但不能消除无菌性炎症且副作用极大。

本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的对胃肠道刺激较大，不能消除无菌性炎症且副作用极大的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1：内服方药，将各药物配齐去杂，按比例混均后，加工成细粉、蜜丸、水丸、胶囊，患者可根据需求选择不同形态的方药进行内服；
步骤2：中药熏蒸，将熏蒸剂放入不锈钢容器中并加入适量开水浸泡20 分钟后加热至沸腾，其产生大量带有高浓度药效的蒸汽，通过专用理疗床对患者病灶部位进行熏蒸，蒸汽的温度为55-60℃；
步骤3：中药外敷，将中药材加工成20目的药粉，配以增效药液调成糊状膏体，装入18cm×13cm的无纺布袋内，将无纺布袋敷在患者的病灶部位，通过外源加热使药力渗透直达病灶；
步骤4：泄血拔罐，使用针具刺破人体的穴位或浅表血络，放出适量的血液，达到即刻排出瘀血和风寒湿热毒，无菌性炎症和水肿的治疗效果。
优选的，所述步骤1中的药物包括精选熟地15克、桃仁15克、姜黄20 克、党参20克、甘草10克、川芎10克、羌活20克、黄芪20克、防风15 克、秦艽15克、白芍20克、灵仙15克、木瓜10克、红花10克、淫羊藿15 克、寄生15克、乳香10克、没药10克、桂枝6克、茯苓20克、当归20克、苍术15克。
优选的，所述步骤1中的对药物加工成的细粉为120目并过筛，细粉的服用方法为每日服三次，每次5-7克，温水饭前1小时冲服，所述蜜丸的重量为6克，蜜丸的服用方法为每日服3次，每次一丸，温水饭前1小时冲服，所述水丸的重量为每袋5克，水丸的服用方法每日服3次，每次1袋，温水饭前1小时冲服，所述胶囊的服用方法为每日服三次，每次4粒，饭后1小时温水送服。
优选的，所述步骤1中将药物加工成胶囊的步骤为：将原料药材经提纯后按照10∶1水体多糖的比例灌装机制胶囊，所述胶囊每粒内容提取物为0.485 -0.5克。
优选的，所述步骤2中的熏蒸剂包括马鞭草15克、没药15克、乳香15 克、蒲公英30克、大毛10克、伸筋草15克、艾叶30克、通草15克、细辛 6克、威灵仙15克、骨碎补20克、鸡血藤20克、红花15克、苏木10克，所述熏蒸剂为10目的细粉。
优选的，所述步骤3中的中药材包括乳香15克、没药15克、马钱子3 克、细辛3克、元胡15克、黄芥子6克、木瓜15克、桑寄生15克、独活30 克，所述步骤3中的外源为热宝或热水袋。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1)本发明的疗效与临床价值在于依据中医：五行平衡，阴阳双调，五脏同治的机理，以补肝肾、调脾胃、益气血、生精髓、化瘀滞、通经络、祛风湿、溶骨刺、止疼痛为基本准则，遵循祖国传统医学对各类风湿骨关节疾病，源在五腑的治疗理念为辩治之要义。
2)本发明突破常规施以：急则治其标，给予患处，泄血拔罐、中药外敷和熏蒸、不仅能迅速解除临床中患者酸麻胀痛等症状，且及时消除水肿及无菌性炎症对病灶的继续损害，防止病情恶化与迁延不愈。
3)本发明采用内服(缓则以治其本，实现五脏同调同治)+外用、多管齐下，不仅解除了局部病变的损害，更是通过调节全身脏腑的功能，以达到标本兼顾而实现整体治疗的目的。
4)本发明安全高效，内外同步，能够整体治疗，标本兼顾。

患者甲，患有坐骨神经痛，患病时间为一年，治疗方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1：内服方药，将各药物配齐去杂，按比例混均后，加工成细粉、蜜丸、水丸、胶囊，患者选择胶囊进行内服，服用方法为每日服三次，每次4 粒，饭后1小时温水送服；
步骤2：中药熏蒸，将熏蒸剂放入不锈钢容器中并加入适量开水浸泡20 分钟后加热至沸腾，其产生大量带有高浓度药效的蒸汽，患者躺在理疗床上，通过专用理疗床对患者病灶部位进行熏蒸，蒸汽的温度为55-60℃；

所述步骤3中的中药材包括乳香15克、没药15克、马钱子3克、细辛3 克、元胡15克、黄芥子6克、木瓜15克、桑寄生15克、独活30克，所述步骤3中的外源为热宝或热水袋。
实施例2：
患者乙，患有腰椎间盘突出，患病时间为一年半，治疗方法包括以下步骤：
步骤1：内服方药，将各药物配齐去杂，按比例混均后，加工成细粉、蜜丸、水丸、胶囊，患者选择蜜丸进行内服，服用方法为每日服3次，每次一丸，温水饭前1小时冲服；
步骤2：中药熏蒸，将熏蒸剂放入不锈钢容器中并加入适量开水浸泡20 分钟后加热至沸腾，其产生大量带有高浓度药效的蒸汽，患者躺在理疗床上，通过专用理疗床对患者病灶部位进行熏蒸，蒸汽的温度为55-60℃；
步骤3：中药外敷，将中药材加工成20目的药粉，配以增效药液调成糊状膏体，装入18cm×13cm的无纺布袋内，将无纺布袋敷在患者的病灶部位，通过外源加热使药力渗透直达病灶；

步骤1：内服方药，将各药物配齐去杂，按比例混均后，加工成细粉、蜜丸、水丸、胶囊，患者选择水丸进行内服，服用方法为每日服3次，每次1 袋，温水饭前1小时冲服；
步骤2：中药熏蒸，将熏蒸剂放入不锈钢容器中并加入适量开水浸泡20 分钟后加热至沸腾，其产生大量带有高浓度药效的蒸汽，患者躺在理疗床上，通过专用理疗床对患者病灶部位进行熏蒸，蒸汽的温度为55-60℃；

根据上表所示，采用本发明的方法对患者治疗后，当天就能见效，治愈率高达80％以上，无不良反应，且治疗后不易复发。

1.一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤1：内服方药，将各药物配齐去杂，按比例混均后，加工成细粉、蜜丸、水丸、胶囊，患者可根据需求选择不同形态的方药进行内服；
步骤2：中药熏蒸，将熏蒸剂放入不锈钢容器中并加入适量开水浸泡20分钟后加热至沸腾，其产生大量带有高浓度药效的蒸汽，通过专用理疗床对患者病灶部位进行熏蒸，蒸汽的温度为55-60℃；
步骤3：中药外敷，将中药材加工成20目的药粉，配以增效药液调成糊状膏体，装入18cm×13cm的无纺布袋内，将无纺布袋敷在患者的病灶部位，通过外源加热使药力渗透直达病灶；
步骤4：泄血拔罐，使用针具刺破人体的穴位或浅表血络，放出适量的血液，达到即刻排出瘀血和风寒湿热毒，无菌性炎症和水肿的治疗效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤1中的药物包括精选熟地15克、桃仁15克、姜黄20克、党参20克、甘草10克、川芎10克、羌活20克、黄芪20克、防风15克、秦艽15克、白芍20克、灵仙15克、木瓜10克、红花10克、淫羊藿15克、寄生15克、乳香10克、没药10克、桂枝6克、茯苓20克、当归20克、苍术15克。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤2中的熏蒸剂包括马鞭草15克、没药15克、乳香15克、蒲公英30克、大毛10克、伸筋草15克、艾叶30克、通草15克、细辛6克、威灵仙15克、骨碎补20克、鸡血藤20克、红花15克、苏木10克，所述熏蒸剂为10目的细粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风湿骨关节病的方法，其特征在于：所述步骤3中的中药材包括乳香15克、没药15克、马钱子3克、细辛3克、元胡15克、黄芥子6克、木瓜15克、桑寄生15克、独活30克，所述步骤3中的外源为热宝或热水袋。
