Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a coating sunscreen composition and a sunscreen emulsion composed of the coating sunscreen composition.
Background
Sunscreen has been a topic of concern in the cosmetic field, and the stability, safety and effectiveness of sunscreen agents are issues that must be addressed. The sunscreens commonly used are mainly chemical sunscreens and physical sunscreens by mechanism. The chemical sun-screening agent can absorb ultraviolet rays to convert the ultraviolet rays into energy to release the energy so as to achieve the sun-screening effect; physical sunscreens are those which block ultraviolet light by reflection to achieve a sunscreen effect. The chemical sunscreen agents are further classified into UVA (320-400 nm) and UVB ultraviolet absorbers (290-320 nm) according to the different ultraviolet absorption bands. Most chemical sunscreens are rejected by the public because they are unstable and irritating to the skin. By coating the sun-screening agent with the solid lipid nanoparticles, the stability of the sun-screening agent can be improved, the irritation can be reduced, the sun-screening effect can be enhanced, and the sun-screening time can be prolonged.
The common emulsification method is more studied on the preparation of the solid lipid nanoparticles coated with the sun-screening agent. The common emulsification method is simple to operate, but the prepared sample is not uniformly dispersed, the dispersion coefficient is large, agglomeration is easy to occur in the storage process, and the centrifugal stability is poor.
Currently, many studies on coated solid lipid nanoparticles exist, for example, chinese patent CN102488630A discloses polysiloxane composite particles coated with a chemical sunscreen agent formed from p-methoxycinnamates, in which the chemical sunscreen agent formed from p-methoxycinnamates is coated in polysiloxane particles, thereby avoiding direct contact with skin, greatly reducing irritation of the chemical sunscreen agent formed from p-methoxycinnamates to skin, and embodying a better sunscreen effect. However, the method is only limited to research on chemical sunscreen agents formed by coating single methoxycinnamate, and the photostability and the ultraviolet absorption capacity of the chemical sunscreen agents still cannot achieve the effect of high-efficiency sunscreen.
However, the research on the capability of obviously reducing the irritation to the skin while improving the sun-screening performance by 40-60% compared with the sun-screening agent combination with the same content but in a non-coating state has not been reported yet about the coated sun-screening composition obtained by compounding ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and ethylhexyl triazone according to specific compounding weight parts.
