一种分析血液样本中的有核红细胞的方法,包括:获取血液样本中的细胞的荧光信号和散射光信号(S110);根据荧光信号和散射光信号,对血液样本中的血影粒子、白细胞和有核红细胞进行分类和计数(S120);获取与有核红细胞相关的特征粒子群的特征值(S130);根据有核红细胞的分类和计数结果和特征粒子群的特征值,确定最终的有核红细胞检测结果(S140)。该方法能够极大地降低有核红细胞检测结果的假阳率和假阴率。此外,该方法还涉及一种血液细胞分析仪、用于血细胞分析仪的分析装置以及计算机可读存储介质。
