Abstract
The invention provides an e-commerce purchasing management system and application thereof. The system comprises a purchase preprocessing module and a purchase supplier module, wherein the purchase preprocessing module is used for predicting the quantity and the variety before purchase, the purchase supplier module is used for corresponding to SKUs of a plurality of suppliers, and appropriate suppliers can be replaced once goods are not supplied timely. And the purchase subsequent processing module is used for processing the problems after purchase. If the temporary purchasing condition occurs, the system makes a decision of commodity shelf placement or re-purchasing according to the inventory condition of the goods. The system can scientifically predict the purchase quantity, reduce the overstock of the inventory and the risk of goods outage at the same time, corresponds to SKUs of a plurality of suppliers, can be quickly replaced once quality problems occur, generates temporary purchase records for temporary goods after purchase, and then carries out shelf maintenance of commodities or re-purchases according to the freight notes, so that loss can be reduced to the greatest extent.

The purchase payment module is used for paying for the supplier, setting a payment mode, selecting payment modes such as remittance, credit payment, arrival payment and bookkeeping, maintaining the purchase price according to different payment modes, forming a payment form by the payment mode and the payment amount, listing the payment details, and inquiring the purchase payment by the merchant according to the payment form at any time.
And the purchase subsequent processing module is used for processing problems after purchase. If the temporary purchasing condition occurs, the system makes a commodity off-shelf decision or a re-purchasing decision according to the inventory condition of the goods, a temporary purchasing summary list is formed for the goods with the temporary purchasing condition, a merchant can conveniently and timely perform temporary record query, if the quality problem of the purchased goods occurs, the goods need to be subjected to quality inspection, and then returned and re-purchased. The matching rate of the platform can be checked through the API acquisition unit according to the comparison between the goods and each large E-commerce platform, and then a specific E-commerce platform is selected for butt joint to obtain the best sale condition.
