Abstract

The application program is a finally executed code and completes functions of sensor data acquisition and transmission of the measuring short section and the like. Meanwhile, a system upgrade preparation operation command corresponding to the 485 interface can be received, and a corresponding new system upgrade preparation operation is completed. After which the application resets to begin execution of the boot program.
As shown in fig. 1, in the scheme, different local address information can be firstly allocated to the measuring pipe nipple, so that the read-write operation of addresses of different measuring pipe nipples can be realized. Therefore, the scheme needs to judge whether a command for writing the address of the measuring short section is received, and if so, the local address information writing operation of the measuring short section is executed; and judging whether a command for reading the address of the measuring short section is received, if so, executing the local address information reading operation of the measuring short section, and thus determining whether the local address of the measuring short section is successfully written into the measuring short section.
Further, when the method is used for updating, local address information of the measuring short section and an application program updating mark used for indicating that the measuring short section is in a state to be updated are obtained firstly; judging whether the address information contained in the application program updating command is the same as the local address information; if so, updating the application program of the measuring short section according to the application program updating command; if not, directly skipping to execute the current application program of the measuring short section.
The scheme can save the updating configuration time of the measuring nipple, reduce the upgrading difficulty and effectively solve the problem of online upgrading of the measuring nipple.

After the measuring short section is configured according to the mode, a configured and compiled guide program needs to be programmed into a program storage area in the Atmega128 type single chip microcomputer. In order to distinguish different measuring short joints for online upgrading, different addresses are allocated to the different measuring short joints. And receiving a write/read measuring nipple address command of the 485 interface, and writing/reading addresses of different measuring nipples. The data is not lost when power is lost in the EEPROM designated address with the address stored externally.
In this embodiment, the bootstrap program receives the system upgrade command corresponding to the 485 interface, completes the corresponding system upgrade operation, and finally completes the application program upgrade. (4) receiving an application program configuration parameter writing command, writing the application program configuration parameters into an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) designated address, and finishing updating of new application program configuration parameters;
(5) receiving an application program configuration parameter reading command, reading the stored content in the EEPROM application program configuration parameter address, and judging whether the application program configuration parameters are correctly written;
(6) receiving a command for writing the parameters of the starting application program, and writing the parameters of the starting application program into the specified address of the EEPROM to finish the updating of the application program;
(7) receiving a command for reading and starting the application program parameters, reading the stored contents in the parameter address of the EEPROM starting application program, and judging whether the starting application program parameters are written correctly;
(8) and receiving a command of switching to the application program, and jumping to the initial address of the new application program code by the bootstrap program to start executing the new application program.
In this embodiment, the application program receives a system upgrade preparation operation command corresponding to the 485 interface, and completes a corresponding system upgrade preparation operation. After which the application resets to begin execution of the boot program. (3) and receiving an application program reset command, stopping the Atmega128 type single chip microcomputer from performing 'dog feeding' operation on the external dog opening circuit, resetting the Atmega128 type single chip microcomputer by the dog opening circuit, and starting execution of the bootstrap program.
