Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于烹饪器具、尤其是用于烤箱、蒸锅或微波烹饪器具的照明设备,该照明设备包括光源和光导体并且包括装配支架,所述光导体将从光源发射的光输送给烹饪器具的烹饪空间,所述装配支架至少保持导光棒并且用于至少将导光棒布置在烹饪器具的保持构件上。
背景技术
在文献上非有据可查的现有技术中公开利用LED照明器件来照明烹饪器具的烹饪空间。因为LED灯是温度敏感的,所以其通过各种不同的措施针对烹饪空间的生热或热辐射被保护。此外已经被证明的是,将由LED光源发射的光通过光导体输送给烹饪空间。由玻璃或耐高温塑料制成的刚性的、非柔性的导光棒常常被用作光导体。LED光源尽可能远离烹饪空间地布置在烹饪器具中。光导体在合适的部位上穿通烹饪空间壁并且至少以其布置在烹饪空间内的部段设置成使得光导体大面积地或点状地照亮烹饪空间。
LED光源和导光棒在其他构件、尤其是用于对在LED运行时产生的运行热量进行散热的冷却体以及将不同构件相互耦接的支架的参与下组合成照明设备。通常,支架此外用于将照明设备布置在烹饪器具的构件上。
因为存在多种照明烹饪器具的烹饪空间的可能性,所以有相应多种不同地构造的照明设备可供使用。因此存在如下照明设备,该照明设备的导光棒在整个烹饪空间高度上布置在烹饪空间壁的角区域中。已知如下照明设备,在这些照明设备中导光棒放入烹饪空间壁腔中并且因此被保护以防接触。这样的腔例如可以在烹饪空间侧壁中从前面的上角部延伸到后面的下角部中,亦即类似对角线地沿烹饪空间壁延伸。还有一些其他照明设备仅以光导体的自由端部穿通烹饪空间壁,以便使穿通开口保持尽可能小。为此,自由端部受到相应的加工,以便实现希望的光散射。
照明设备被紧固所在的烹饪器具构件也不同地成型。尤其是,不存在保持构件相对于导光棒定向的标准化定向。
最后,导光棒常常必须穿通在保持构件和烹饪空间壁之间的多个屏蔽板,所述屏蔽板用于屏蔽来自烹饪空间的温度辐射。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,减少不同照明设备的数量并且以简单的器件实现用于烹饪器具的尽可能通用的照明设备。
该任务利用一种具有权利要求1的特征、尤其是其特征部分的特征的照明设备来解决,据此,装配支架具有铰接部,所述铰接部保持至少用于导光棒的固定装置,从而导光棒以可运动的方式被支承在装配支架中。
在此设定,铰接部具有第一偏转轴(Schwenkachse),导光棒能围绕所述第一偏转轴偏转。
补充地,本发明在一种进一步的优选实施形式中的特征在于,铰接部具有第二偏转轴,导光棒能围绕所述第二偏转轴偏转。
尤其是设定,铰接部是十字接头。
备选地可以设定,铰接部是球窝接头。
通过将导光棒铰接地布置在照明设备的装配支架中,能够实现适配导光棒相对于烹饪器具的保持构件的取向。根据铰接部的自由度,使得对于多个烹饪器具能够使用同一照明设备,所述多个烹饪器具的保持构件具有相对于导光棒的期望位置彼此不同的定向。
优选地,照明设备的所有主要构件、亦即冷却体、包括LED光源的LED电路板和导光棒组合成一个整体构件并且整体上以可运动的方式被锚固在装配支架中。
可设想,所述铰接部是十字接头或者说万向接头。也可设想球窝接头类型的支座。

具体实施方式
在附图中,按照本发明的照明设备整体上设有附图标记10。
照明设备在图1中以分解视图示出。照明设备首先包括装配支架11,该装配支架用于将照明设备10紧固在烹饪器具的在这里未示出的保持构件12上。为此,装配支架11例如可以具有紧固孔13,以便借助螺纹连接或铆接固定在保持构件12上。
装配支架11此外用于保持真正的烹饪器具灯,该烹饪器具灯整体上设有附图标记14。
烹饪器具灯首先包括带有接纳部16的耦接缸体15,电路板17连同在其上布置的未示出的LED被装入所述接纳部中。电路板17具有连接导体18,所述连接导体能通过连接导体凹口19从耦接缸体15中被引导出。
电路板17在当前情况下借助保持螺钉20紧固在冷却体21上。冷却体21本身借助保持螺钉22固定在耦接缸体15上。
在与冷却体21背离的一侧上,耦接缸体15带有保持凸缘23,所述保持凸缘由各个彼此运动解耦的弹性回位的保持舌片24形成。保持凸缘23的未详细表示的环形空间接纳导光棒25,所述导光棒由保持舌片24和将保持舌片24向导光棒25拉紧的弹簧环26保持。
保持凸缘23过渡到袋孔式(Sacklochartige)的凹部27中,所述凹部在其底部上构成光开口28。光开口28布置在未示出的LED上方并且允许由LED发射的光穿透到导光棒25中。
耦接缸体15以可偏转运动的方式被支承在装配支架11的两个彼此相对置的轴承支撑部29中并且在那里借助轴承螺钉30固定。轴承螺钉30如同形成耦接缸体15的偏转轴。
装配支架11最后具有长孔31或凹口31,导光棒25通过所述长孔或凹口穿过装配支架11的装配板32。
图2现在示出按照本发明的在已装配状态下的包括装配支架11和烹饪器具灯14的照明设备10。借助图3可看出,烹饪器具灯14作为由多个前述单个元件组成的整体构件在装配支架11中以能围绕偏转轴偏转的方式被支承。在此示例性地示出烹饪器具灯14的不同偏转位置。烹饪器具灯14在垂直定向中占据第一终端位置。烹饪器具灯在相对于垂直位置的45°角中占据第二终端位置。在两个终端位置之间,烹饪器具灯能无级地偏转。当然也可以实现分级的可偏转性。为此可能的是,在耦接缸体15和相应的轴承支撑部29之间例如构成有相啮合的卡锁轮廓。
图4示出在烹饪器具中的示例性安装情况下的按照本发明的照明设备10。部分示出的烹饪空间壁40具有壁开口41,密封元件42布置在所述壁开口中。该密封元件42具有环状空隙43。烹饪器具灯14的导光棒25安置在所述环状间隙中,以便将光输送给烹饪空间。
装配支架14紧固在屏蔽板44上,所述屏蔽板如同作为烹饪器具的保持构件起作用。屏蔽板44也具有设有附图标记45的壁开口,所述壁开口能够使得导光棒25穿过屏蔽板44进入烹饪空间中。
如图4示出的,烹饪空间壁40具有腔或凹部46,导光棒的发射光的端部安置在所述腔或凹部中。烹饪空间壁40为此以大于零的角度延伸,亦即不平行于屏蔽板44地延伸。因此,为了将导光棒25引导通过烹饪空间壁40和屏蔽板44,需要关于烹饪空间壁40成角度的姿态。即,导光棒25相对于烹饪空间壁成90°角布置,以便垂直穿通密封元件42并且能够实现密封元件42的尽可能简单的结构。
不同于图4,由于烹饪器具灯14在装配支架11中的可偏转支承,照明设备10也可用于如下烹饪器具,在所述烹饪器具中,烹饪空间壁40平行于屏蔽板44延伸。在该情况下,导光棒25占据严格垂直的定向。
当然,烹饪器具灯14在装配支架11中的可偏转支承和因此按照本发明的照明设备10还具有另一个优点。当照明设备10不是直接固定在烹饪空间壁40上、而是固定在与烹饪空间壁40间隔开距离的、基本上运动解耦的构件上时,烹饪空间壁40和烹饪器具保持构件的不同的膨胀特性总是引起烹饪空间壁40相对于烹饪器具保持构件移动。
在图4中这意味着,在温度影响下,安置在烹饪空间壁40中的密封元件42基于烹饪空间壁40的膨胀特性相对于装配支架11或相对于屏蔽板44不仅水平地并且也竖直地关于图平面运动。烹饪器具灯14的可偏转支承能够实现补偿这些由在烹饪空间中的温度波动导致的相对运动,而不需要密封元件42的复杂结构。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于烹饪器具、尤其是用于烤箱、蒸锅或微波烹饪器具的照明设备(10),所述照明设备包括光源和光导体并且包括装配支架(11),所述光导体将从光源发射的光输送给烹饪器具的烹饪空间,所述装配支架至少保持导光棒(25)并且用于至少将导光棒(25)布置在烹饪器具(12)的保持构件上,其特征在于,所述装配支架(11)具有铰接部,所述铰接部保持至少用于导光棒(25)的固定装置,从而导光棒(25)以可运动的方式被支承在所述装配支架(11)中。
