Detailed Description
The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 23 and 24, a combined wall using a wall unit 3, a building includes a floor slab 1 and a column 2, and an installation space 4 for installing the wall unit 3 is formed between the floor slab 1 and the column 2. The vertical decorating parts 5 are arranged between the wall units 3 in two adjacent mounting units on the same floor, the horizontal decorating parts 6 are arranged between the wall units 3 in the two adjacent mounting units between the upper floor and the lower floor, the horizontal decorating parts 6 are arranged on the outdoor side of the floor 1, the vertical decorating parts 5 are arranged on the outdoor side of the upright post 2, each wall unit 3 comprises a keel frame 7, a panel unit 8 and a shutter unit 9, as shown in figures 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10, the keel frame 7 is fixed in the mounting control part 4, the outdoor side of the keel frame 7 protrudes out of the floor 1 and the upright post 2, decorating part mounting grooves 10 are formed in the protruding parts, and the upper side edge and the lower side edge of each horizontal decorating part 6 and the left side edge and the right side edge of each vertical decorating part 5 are respectively. The transverse decorative pieces 6 are decorative plates, such as decorative aluminum plates, glass plates or stainless steel plates, and the longitudinal decorative pieces 5 are decorative plates, such as decorative aluminum plates, glass plates or stainless steel plates. Two horizontal decorations, two vertical decorations and the handing-over department of horizontal decoration and vertical decoration shelter from through preceding baffle 105, avoid the gap of handing-over department to expose, influence the aesthetic property.

As shown in fig. 5-10, the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel 11 extends to the direction of the cell 15 to form a first rib 16, the outdoor end of the transverse keel 13 extends to the direction of the cell 15 to form a second rib 17, the outdoor end of the longitudinal middle keel 12 extends to the direction of the cells 15 at two sides to form two third ribs 18, and the outdoor end of the transverse middle keel 14 extends to the direction of the cells 15 at two sides to form two fourth ribs 19. The lateral surfaces of the transverse keels 13, the longitudinal keels 11, the longitudinal middle keels 12 and the transverse middle keels 14 in the direction towards the unit grids 15 are provided with first rack structures 25, each first rack structure 25 comprises tooth units which are sequentially arranged from the inner side of each wall unit 3 to the outer side of each wall unit 3, tooth-shaped fasteners are inserted in the first rack structures 25, the tooth-shaped fasteners are close to the inner surface edges of the panel units 8 or the blind window units 9 at one end outside the room and abut against the inner surface edges of the panel units 8 or the blind window units 9, the tooth tips of the tooth units face the outer side of the keel frame 7, namely the tooth tips face the outer side of the wall units 3.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wall unit 3 is arranged in the installation space 4 between the floor slab 1 and the upright post 2, the transverse decorating part 6 is arranged at the outdoor end of the floor slab 1, the longitudinal decorating part 5 is arranged at the outdoor end of the upright post 2, and the two ends of the transverse decorating part 6 and the longitudinal decorating part 5 are respectively arranged in the decorating part installation grooves 10 of the wall unit 3, so that the transverse decorating part 6, the longitudinal decorating part 5 and the wall unit 3 jointly form a whole wall body, the wall body can be designed according to the favor, for example, the transverse decorating part 6, the longitudinal decorating part 5 and the panel unit 8 all adopt glass panels, the whole wall body forms the appearance similar to a glass curtain wall when viewed from the outside, the whole wall body is supported by a frame of a building, the steel structure which is arranged at the inner side of the traditional curtain wall is not needed for supporting, the material cost is, panel unit 8 and shutter unit 9 are direct from building internally mounted, and construction convenience reduces construction cost, has seted up shutter unit 9 in wall unit 3, has increased the gas permeability, and the whole outward appearance of outer wall is effectual. The transverse decorative pieces 6 and the longitudinal decorative pieces 5 can also be aluminum plates, and the outer surfaces of the transverse decorative pieces and the longitudinal decorative pieces are processed according to requirements, such as thermal transfer printing, electrostatic powder spraying and the like. The shutter or panel unit 8 is buckled on the keel frame 7 through a tooth-shaped fastener, and then glass cement is filled and sealed at the periphery to fix and seal the shutter or panel unit 8 firmly.
Toothed fasteners include, but are not limited to, the following two structures:
the first structure is as follows: as shown in fig. 19, the tooth-shaped fastener is a tooth-shaped buckle plate 26, two ends of the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26 respectively extend to two ends of the side edge of the unit cell 15 where the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26 is located, the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26 comprises a first rack mounting plate 27, a second rack structure 28 which is arranged on one side of the first rack mounting plate 27 and matched with the first rack structure 25, the first inner trim panel 29 is arranged on the other side of the first rack mounting plate 27, and the first resisting body 30 is arranged at one end, close to the outdoor, of the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26, two ends of the first resisting body 30 are respectively connected with the first rack mounting plate 27 and the first inner trim panel 29, the first resisting body 30 is used for resisting the edge of the inner surface of the panel unit 8 or the shutter unit 9, one side, close to the panel unit 8 or the shutter unit 9, of the first resisting body 30 is provided with a rubber strip mounting groove 20, a sealing rubber strip is arranged in the rubber strip mounting groove 20, and the joint of the keel frame 7 and the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26 and the joint of the panel unit 8 or the shutter unit 9 and the tooth-shaped buckle. By adopting the technical scheme, the tooth-shaped buckle plate 26 is buckled on the inner side of the keel frame 7 and props against the shutter unit 9 or the panel unit 8, and then the shutter unit or the panel unit is sealed and fixed through glass cement, so that the structure is stable, and the tooth-shaped part can be covered by the first interior trimming plate 29, thereby improving the aesthetic property.
The second structure is as follows: as shown in fig. 8, the tooth-shaped fastener includes a second interior board 31 and a plurality of tooth-shaped corner connectors 32 fastened to the first rack structure 25, each tooth-shaped corner connector 32 includes a second rack mounting plate 33, a third rack structure 34 disposed on one side of the second rack mounting plate 33 and matched with the first rack structure 25, and a second resisting body 35 disposed on one end of the tooth-shaped corner connector 32 near the outdoor, the second resisting body 35 is disposed on the other side of the second rack mounting plate 33 opposite to the third rack structure 34, the second resisting body 35 resists against the inner surface edge of the panel unit 8 or the blind unit 9, the second resisting body 35 is provided with a rubber strip mounting groove 20 near one side of the panel unit 8 or the blind unit 9, a sealing rubber strip is disposed in the rubber strip mounting groove 20, the tooth-shaped corner connector 32 is fastened to the transverse keel 13, the longitudinal keel 11 or the longitudinal middle keel 12 through a fastener, the fastener may be a, the steps of early drilling are reduced. An interior trim panel slot 36 is arranged at one end, far away from the second rack mounting plate 33, of the second resisting body 35, a notch of the interior trim panel slot 36 faces towards the indoor end, first clamping teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the interior trim panel slot 36, a cutting bar is arranged on the inner side of the second interior trim panel 31 and is inserted into the interior trim panel slot 36, second clamping teeth matched with the first clamping teeth are arranged on the surface of the cutting bar, one end, near the outdoor, of the second interior trim panel 31 is propped against or close to the inner surface of the panel unit 8 or the shutter unit 9, and one end, far away from the outdoor, of the second interior trim panel 31 is propped against or close. The panel unit 8 or the shutter unit 9 is fastened by a plurality of tooth-shaped corner connectors 32 and then locked by a fastener, so that the material cost of the tooth-shaped fastener is reduced.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, outdoor sides of the transverse keels 13 and the longitudinal keels 11 are flush with outdoor sides of the floor slabs 1 and the vertical columns 2 or extend outside the outdoor sides of the floor slabs 1 and the vertical columns 2; the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel 11 is clamped with a first longitudinal barrier strip 37, one end, close to the upright post 2, of the first longitudinal barrier strip 37 is folded inwards to form a first side baffle 99, the first longitudinal barrier strip 37 and the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel 11 form a decoration mounting groove 10, the left side edge and the right side edge of the longitudinal decoration 5 are arranged in the decoration mounting groove 10 and fixed with the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel 11 through fasteners, specifically, the longitudinal decoration 5 is fixed with the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel 11 through the fasteners, and then the first longitudinal barrier strip 37 is clamped to cover the fixed position; the outdoor end of horizontal fossil fragments 13 has connect first horizontal blend stop 38 in the joint, and first horizontal blend stop 38 is close to floor 1 one end and is inwards turned over and form second side shield 39, and first horizontal blend stop 38 forms decoration mounting groove 10 with the outdoor end of horizontal fossil fragments 13, and the last side or the lower side of horizontal decoration 6 are established in decoration mounting groove 10 and are fixed with the outdoor end of horizontal fossil fragments 13 through the fastener, and the fixed method is with vertical decoration 5.
In order to keep the edge of the building wall covered with the decoration and increase the overall effect of the wall, as shown in fig. 25, an edge keel 40 is disposed on the outer side of the outermost upright post 2 of the building, a third position-limiting part 41 is disposed on the outer end of the edge keel 40, the third position-limiting part 41 protrudes to the outer side of the outdoor side of the upright post 2, a third longitudinal fastening strip 42 is disposed on the side of the third position-limiting part 41 close to the upright post 2, a third longitudinal barrier strip 43 is disposed on the outer end of the edge keel 40, a sixth fastening strip 44 is disposed on the inner side of the third longitudinal barrier strip 43, the sixth fastening strip 44 is fastened to the inner side of the third longitudinal fastening strip 42, the two ends of the third longitudinal barrier strip 43 extend to the inner side to form a fourth side barrier 45 and a fifth side barrier 46, the third longitudinal barrier strip 43, the fourth side barrier 45 and the outdoor end of the edge keel 40 form an edge decoration installation slot 100, one side of the longitudinal decoration 5 is disposed in, the other side of the longitudinal trim 5 is disposed in the trim installation groove 10 of the wall unit 3 and fixed. In order to improve the energy-saving performance of the wall body, a heat insulation bridge cut-off structure made of heat insulation materials is arranged at the outdoor end of the keel frame 7 and the joint of the panel unit 8 and the keel frame 7. Because the keel frame 7 is a metal part and can conduct heat, which is unfavorable when an air conditioner is turned on indoors in summer and when a heater is turned on in winter, a heat insulation bridge cut-off structure is added, and the keel frame is made of heat insulation materials, so that the effects of environmental protection and energy saving are achieved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 26 to 28, the heat insulation bridge cut-off structure includes a first heat insulation layer 47 disposed between the longitudinal keel 11 and the first longitudinal barrier 37, a second heat insulation layer disposed between the transverse keel 13 and the first transverse barrier 38, a third heat insulation layer 49 disposed at the outdoor end of the longitudinal middle keel 12, a fifth heat insulation layer disposed at the outdoor end of the transverse middle keel 14, and a fourth heat insulation layer 51 disposed at the contact position of the panel unit 8 or the louver unit 9 and the keel frame 7; the first rib 16 in the longitudinal keel 11 comprises a first connecting part 21 extending outwards from the outer surface of the longitudinal keel 11 and a first limiting part 22 extending from the outer end of the first connecting part 21 to the direction of the unit cell 15; the second flange 17 in the transverse keel 13 is similar to the first flange in structure, and includes a second connecting portion extending outward from the outer surface of the transverse keel 13 and a second limiting portion extending from the end of the second connecting portion to the cell direction.
The first heat insulation layer 47 comprises a first heat insulation plate 51 covering the outdoor side surface of the first limiting part 22, a second heat insulation plate 52 covering the side surface of the first connecting part 21 far away from the unit cell 15, and a third heat insulation plate 53 covering the outdoor side surface of the longitudinal keel 11, the first heat insulation layer 47 is fixed with the first connecting part 21 through a fastener, the first longitudinal barrier strip 37 is clamped on the first heat insulation layer 47, the second heat insulation layer is similar to the first heat insulation layer 47, and details are not repeated here. The third heat insulation layer 49 comprises a fourth heat insulation plate covering the outdoor side surfaces of the longitudinal middle keel 12 and the two third flanges 18, the fourth heat insulation plate is fixed with the longitudinal middle keel 12 through a fastener, the outdoor end of the third heat insulation layer 49 is clamped with a second longitudinal barrier strip 54 for shielding the third heat insulation layer 49, two ends of the second longitudinal barrier strip 54 are folded inwards to form a third side barrier, the fifth heat insulation layer is similar to the third heat insulation layer 49, the outdoor end of the fifth heat insulation layer is clamped with a second transverse barrier strip for shielding the fifth heat insulation layer, and the description is omitted here. A fourth insulation layer 51 is provided between the panel unit 8 or the blind unit 9 and the first rib 16, the second rib 17 or the third rib 18; the end of the first rib 16, the second rib 17 or the third rib 18 is sealed with the outer surface of the panel unit 8 or the blind unit 9 by glass cement. The specific structure of the blind unit 9 is as follows:
as shown in fig. 11 to 17, the blind unit 9 includes a frame body and a swinging-out louver 70; the frame body comprises a transverse window keel 71 and a longitudinal window keel 72; the longitudinal window keel 72 comprises a keel body 73 and a fixing strip 74 protruding outdoors from the keel body 73, wherein a pin shaft hole is formed in the fixing strip 74 and is positioned outside the outdoor side of the wall body for mounting the longitudinal window keel 72; the louver blade 70 comprises a blade body 75, the length of the blade body 75 is larger than the distance between the inner sides of the two keel bodies 73, the blade body 75 is provided with a swinging axis end 76 and an outer swinging end 77, the swinging axis end 76 is positioned at one end of the blade body 75, the outer swinging end 77 is positioned at the other end of the blade body 75, the swinging axis end 76 is provided with a pin shaft accommodating hole 79, the outer swinging end 77 is provided with a convex rib 78 protruding towards the outdoor side, and the convex rib 78 is provided with a linkage connecting position; when the louver blades 70 are in a closed state, all the linkage connecting positions are far away from the outer side surface of the wall body than all the pin shaft holes; the louver blades 70 are hinged to the fixing strips 74 by pin shafts passing through the pin shaft holes and the pin shaft receiving holes 79, the linkage connecting strips 80 are hinged to the linkage connecting positions at the same longitudinal positions of all the louver blades 70, and the protective strips 81 for shielding the pin shafts on the outdoor side are fixed to the longitudinal window keels 72. By adopting the technical scheme, the shutter adopts a structure of a swinging type, and the whole louver blades 70 of the shutter are arranged outside the frame body, so that rainwater is prevented from entering the indoor space in an opening state.

In conclusion, the wall body with the louver, the panel unit 8, the longitudinal decorating parts 5 and the transverse decorating parts 6 has the advantages of being attractive in appearance, changeable in style, convenient to construct, energy-saving, environment-friendly, ventilating and the like, and in regions with high labor cost such as Europe and America, most parts of the wall body can be directly finished in a factory and can be assembled on a construction site without pouring a concrete wall body, painting or tiling the wall surface and the like, so that labor cost is reduced.

the outdoor end of the longitudinal keel extends towards the direction of the cell to form a first rib, the outdoor end of the transverse keel extends towards the direction of the cell to form a second rib, and the outdoor end of the longitudinal middle keel extends towards the direction of the cells at two sides to form two third ribs; the first retaining edge, the second retaining edge and the third retaining edge are used for abutting against the outer surface edge of a panel unit or a shutter unit arranged in a cell, a first rack structure is arranged on the lateral surface of the transverse keel, the longitudinal keel and the longitudinal middle keel in the direction of the cell, a tooth-shaped fastener is inserted at the first rack structure, and one end of the tooth-shaped fastener close to the outdoor side abuts against the inner surface edge of the panel unit or the shutter unit;
the louver unit comprises a frame body and external swinging type louver blades; the frame body comprises a transverse window keel and a longitudinal window keel; the longitudinal window keel comprises a keel body and a fixing strip protruding outdoors from the keel body, wherein a pin shaft hole is formed in the fixing strip and is positioned on the outdoor side of the keel body; the shutter plate comprises a blade body, the length of the blade body is greater than the distance between the inner sides of the left keel body and the right keel body, the blade body is provided with a swinging axis center end and an outer swinging end, the swinging axis center end is located at one end of the blade body, the outer swinging end is located at the other end of the blade body, a pin shaft accommodating hole is formed in the swinging axis center end, the outer swinging end is provided with a convex rib protruding towards the outdoor side face, a linkage connecting position is arranged on the convex rib, the shutter plate is hinged on a fixing strip through a pin shaft penetrating through a pin shaft hole and the pin shaft accommodating hole, linkage connecting strips are hinged on the linkage connecting positions of the same longitudinal positions of all the shutter plates, and a protection strip for shielding the pin shaft at the outdoor side is fixed.

The wall unit of claim 1, wherein: the keel frame further comprises a transverse middle keel, the transverse middle keel is arranged between the two transverse keels, two fourth flanges are respectively extended towards the cell directions of the two sides at the outdoor end of the transverse middle keel, the fourth flanges are used for abutting the outer surface edges of the panel units or the shutter units installed in the cells, and the transverse middle keel is provided with the first rack structure towards the two sides of the cell directions.

the first heat insulation layer comprises a first heat insulation plate covering the outdoor side face of the first limiting part, a second heat insulation plate covering the side face of the first connecting part far away from the unit cell and a third heat insulation plate covering the outdoor side face of the longitudinal keel, the first heat insulation layer is fixed with the first connecting part through a fastening piece, and the first longitudinal barrier strip is clamped on the first heat insulation layer;
