When the rotating shaft 41 rotates, the rotating shaft 41 drives the screw rod 101 to rotate, the screw rod 101 rotates to enable the nut 102 to move upwards, the nut 102 further drives the push disc 103 and the directional rod 104 to move upwards, when the push disc 103 is in contact with the sealing plate 46, the push disc 103 drives the sealing plate 46 to move upwards, the corrugated pipe 45 is compressed, the liquid level of the liquid containing basin 43 can be kept stable, then after the iron block is quenched, people can detach the directional rod 104, the nut 102 is reversed, the push disc 103 moves downwards to reset, then cooling liquid can be added into the liquid containing basin 43, and then people can reset the directional rod 104.
The air drying device further comprises an air drying mechanism 11, wherein the air drying mechanism 11 comprises an air blower 111 and an air guide pipe 112, the air blower 111 is arranged on the mounting rack 3, and the air guide pipe 112 is arranged on the air blower 111.
After the iron block is quenched, people can start the blower 111 to blow air to the iron block through the air guide pipe 112, so that the iron block can be quickly air-dried, and when people do not need to use the device, the blower 111 is closed.

1. An intelligent quenching equipment for cast iron, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a base (1), wherein a collecting frame (2) is arranged on the base (1);
the base (1) is provided with an installation rack (3);
the replacing mechanism (4), the mounting rack (3) is rotatably provided with the replacing mechanism (4);
the lifting mechanism (5) is arranged on the mounting rack (3);
the clamping mechanism (6) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (5);
the driving mechanism (7) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (5).
2. The intelligent quenching apparatus for cast iron according to claim 1, wherein the replacing mechanism (4) comprises:
the rotating shaft (41) is rotatably arranged on the mounting rack (3);
the rotating shaft (41) is symmetrically provided with the rotating discs (42);
liquid containing basins (43), wherein the liquid containing basins (43) are uniformly arranged between the turntables (42);
a discharge pipe (44) is arranged between the discharge pipes (44) and the turntables (42);
the corrugated pipes (45) are arranged at the bottoms of the liquid containing basins (43), and the corrugated pipes (45) can stretch;
the sealing plate (46) is arranged at the bottom of the corrugated pipe (45).
3. The intelligent quenching apparatus for cast iron according to claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism (5) comprises:
the mounting plate (51) is arranged on the mounting frame (3);
the electric push rod (52) is arranged on the mounting plate (51);
the connecting plate (53) is arranged on the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (52);
the induction coil (54) is arranged on the mounting rack (3);
the mounting plate (51) is provided with a special-shaped frame (55).
4. The intelligent quenching apparatus for cast iron according to claim 3, wherein the clamping mechanism (6) comprises:
a notch ring (61), wherein the turntable (42) on the upper side is provided with the notch ring (61);
the bottom of the connecting plate (53) is provided with an opening frame (62);
the fastening bolt (63) is connected to the opening frame (62) in a threaded mode;
the guide sleeve (64) is arranged on the opening frame (62);
the guide rod (65) is arranged between the guide sleeve (64) and the opening frame (62) in a sliding manner;
the first spring (66) is arranged between the guide rod (65) and the guide sleeve (64);
a clamping plate (67) is arranged on the guide rod (65).
5. Intelligent quenching plant for cast iron, according to claim 4, characterized in that the drive mechanism (7) comprises:
the driving rod (71) is arranged on the mounting plate (51) in a sliding mode, and the driving rod (71) is connected with the connecting plate (53);
the pull rope (72) is arranged on the driving rod (71), and the elasticity of the pull rope (72) is larger;
the wire guide wheel (73) is rotatably arranged on the special-shaped frame (55), and the pull rope (72) bypasses the wire guide wheel (73);
a square rod (74), wherein the mounting plate (51) is provided with the square rod (74);
the square hole sleeve (75) is arranged on the square rod (74) in a sliding mode;
the square hole sleeve (75) is provided with a first sliding sleeve (77);
the first sliding sleeve (77) is provided with a rack (76);
the first sliding rod (78), the first sliding sleeve (77) is internally provided with the first sliding rod (78) in a sliding manner, and the first sliding rod (78) is connected with the pull rope (72);
a second spring (79), wherein the second spring (79) is arranged between the first sliding sleeve (77) and the first sliding rod (78);
the gear (710) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41) in a rotating mode;
the gear (710) is provided with an inner gear ring (711);
the connecting pipe (712) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41);
the connecting pipe (712) is rotatably provided with a plurality of pawls (713), and the pawls (713) are matched with the inner gear ring (711);
the elastic sheets (714) are arranged between the elastic sheets (714) and the connecting pipe (712) and between the pawls (713) and the connecting pipe (712).
6. The intelligent quenching apparatus for cast iron according to claim 5, further comprising a locking mechanism (8), wherein the locking mechanism (8) comprises:
the wedge block (81) is arranged between the first sliding sleeve (77) and the square hole sleeve (75);
a guide pipe (82), wherein the special-shaped frame (55) is provided with the guide pipe (82);
the locking rod (83) is arranged on the guide pipe (82) in a sliding mode, and the locking rod (83) is matched with the wedge block (81);
a third spring (84), wherein the third spring (84) is arranged between the locking rod (83) and the guide pipe (82);
the contact frame (85) is arranged on the locking rod (83), and the contact frame (85) is matched with the driving rod (71).
7. The intelligent quenching apparatus for cast iron according to claim 6, further comprising a braking mechanism (9), wherein the braking mechanism (9) comprises:
the second sliding rods (91) are symmetrically arranged on the mounting rack (3);
the second sliding sleeves (92) are arranged on the second sliding rods (91) in a sliding manner;
the connecting rod (93) is arranged on the second sliding sleeve (92) on one side of the connecting rod (93), and the connecting rod (93) is connected with the locking rod (83);
a fourth spring (94), and the fourth spring (94) is arranged between the second sliding sleeve (92) and the second sliding rod (91);
a cross bar (95) is arranged between the second sliding sleeves (92);
the transverse rod (95) is provided with a first gear ring (96), and the first gear ring (96) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (41);
and a second gear ring (97) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41), and the second gear ring (97) is matched with the first gear ring (96).
8. The intelligent quenching equipment for cast iron according to claim 7, further comprising a liquid level compensation mechanism (10), wherein the liquid level compensation mechanism (10) comprises:
the screw (101) is arranged on the rotating shaft (41);

the push disc (103) is arranged on the nut (102), and the push disc (103) is matched with the sealing plate (46);
the directional rod (104) is arranged on the nut (102), the directional rod (104) slides on the mounting rack (3), and the directional rod (104) is detachable.
