Description

A soap solution and soap with antibacterial effect, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to non-transparent/transparent soap liquid and soap with an antibacterial function and containing paris polyphylla powder, paris polyphylla root extracts, paris polyphylla stem and leaf extracts and prinsepia utilis royle oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soap is a daily chemical product which is most widely used, and the main component of the soap is a surfactant. The soap and soap have no difference in main components, and are high-grade fatty acid soaps, which are generally prepared by saponification of fats and oils (mutton fat, coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil or other fats and oils) and alkali under heating. However, the perfumed soap is usually added with essence, bacteriostatic components and the like to achieve the effects of cleaning, bacteriostasis, skin moistening and the like, and meanwhile, the perfumed soap has fragrant smell, is mainly contacted with the skin, and the acceptance degree of the skin needs to be considered. The soap has relatively simple process, the main component is metal stearate, and the irritation is far greater than that of the soap, so the soap is mainly used for washing clothes. However, the toilet soaps on the market are mainly added with chemical essence and chemical raw materials to achieve the disinfection and antibiosis effects, the toilet soaps can cause great damage to the skin after being used for a long time, and chemical substances cannot be thoroughly cleaned in the using process and enter the deep layer of the skin or enter the mouth through hands to cause deep damage to human bodies. With the development of economic society, the living conditions of people are improved, so that more and more people select more healthy and original ecological products. The paris polyphylla serving as a folk prescription has the effects of sterilization and disinfection when being used in folk. Prinsepia utilis Royle oil, produced from fruit pits of Prinsepia utilis Royle ex Fr, has a history of thousands of years in the minority of Lijiang, and has the effects of good safety, no irritation, strong permeability, inflammation diminishing, bacteria inhibiting, ultraviolet ray resisting, circulation improving, aging resisting, anoxia resisting, arteriosclerosis resisting and the like according to the research of the authorities of the national ministry of health, Beijing university, south China university, Yunnan pharmaceutical research institute and the like.
Paris genus plant, which is a perennial herb belonging to the family trillioniaceae, has 26 species and 14 varieties [ reference 1: the pharmaceutical value and the chemical substance basis of the plants of the paris genus, China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2015,40(5), 833-containing cost 839 ], and the types of the steroidal saponin compounds contained in different paris plants are different [ reference 2: wei JC, Gao WY, Yan XD, Wang Y, lacing SS, Xiao PG, chemical Constitutes of Plants from the Genus Paris, chem, biological conversion, 2014,11(9), 1277-containing 1297 ], 94 total steroidal saponin compounds are separated and identified in the Paris plant. Steroid saponin is the most important component in Paris plant, and the 2020 pharmacopoeia uses steroid saponin as quality control standard, and specifies that the total amount of Paris saponin I, saponin II and saponin VII in Paris is not less than 0.60%. The content of steroid saponins in Paris plants is influenced by many factors (such as the production area, harvest season, growth period, etc.) [ reference 1 ]. Therefore, different species of steroid saponin compounds contained in different species of paris plants are different in type and content. The steroid saponin is an oligomeric glycoside derived from spirostane compounds, and from the current research results and folk application investigation, the use effects of the steroid saponin mainly include antibacterial, hemostatic, anticancer and other effects. The stems and leaves of the paris polyphylla plant are basically directly discarded after the seeds are harvested every year, and few reports of the paris polyphylla plant are used in daily chemicals and other fields, so that the resource is greatly wasted. The rhizoma paridis extract used in the patent is the root extract of rhizoma paridis Yunnanensis and the stem and leaf extract of rhizoma paridis.
The Prinsepia utilis Royle is a Prinsepia utilis Royle (Prinsepia Royle) plant of Rosaceae (Rosae) Prinsepia genus, also called Prinsepia utilis Role (Chinese plant), Ribes portulaca (Qujing), semen oleaginis, fructus Plumeriae Acutissimae (Pu' er), anacis (Nasika), 1-5 m high shrubs, thick and grey green old branches, cylindrical branches in green or with grey green, with ribs, and with brown short and soft hairs or nearly hairless hairs, and the plant has the remarkable characteristics of longer branches and longer length reaching 3.5 cm, and leaves and nearly hairless hairs are grown on the branches. The fertilizer is distributed in mountains, wastelands, valleys or roadside places in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Tibet of China. The drupes pseudolaricis is long round or inverted egg long round, the length is 1-1.5 cm, the width is about 8 mm, and the drupes pseudocerasus is purple brown or black purple, smooth and unhairing and is white powder; the stone was smooth and purplish red. The flowering period is 4-5 months, and the fruit ripening period is 8-9 months. The Prinsepia utilis Royle seeds are rich in oil, the oil yield is about 30 percent generally, the oil is dark brown yellow, clear and transparent, and is white like lard oil after solidification. At present, the utilization reports of the prinsepia utilis royle seeds are few, the prinsepia utilis royle seeds are generally eaten and used for skin care in folk use, reports of the prinsepia utilis royle seeds used in other fields are not found, and the resource waste is large.

10. A method for preparing transparent soap liquid and soap with antibacterial function comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing non-transparent soap solution with antibacterial function, which comprises the following steps: heating, dissolving and uniformly mixing a base grease mixture prepared according to the mass ratio, and keeping the temperature to the corresponding saponification temperature; slowly pouring alkali liquor into the basic oil mixture at a set saponification temperature, stirring for a set saponification time, detecting whether the oil is completely reacted or not, and if the oil is not completely reacted, continuously heating to completely react according to needs; after the saponification reaction is completed, 50 parts of soap solution are respectively added with 0.01-0.2 part of paris polyphylla additive and 0.005-0.5 part of plant additive to obtain non-transparent soap solution;
then, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking 50 parts of the non-transparent soap solution with the antibacterial function obtained in the step, and keeping the temperature to a set saponification temperature;
(2) adding 25-35 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol into the soap solution in the step (1), and stirring for reaction for 120-240 minutes until the reactant is changed from the opaque dope to a transparent solution;
(3) adding 20-40 parts of 50% sucrose solution and 10-13 parts of glycerol into the reaction solution in the step (2), and reacting for 20-60 minutes to obtain transparent soap solution with an antibacterial function;
(4) pouring the soap liquid in the step (3) into a mould, cooling at room temperature, and demoulding after 24-48 hours to obtain the transparent soap with the antibacterial function.
