step three, introducing an ethanol water solution into the annular material channel 31 through a feeding pipe II 33, spraying the ethanol water solution into the solvent layer by using an atomizing nozzle 32, starting the mixing mechanism 4, driving the driving gear 44 to rotate inside the mounting block 43 by the output shaft of the driving motor 42, enabling the two material rollers 46 to rotate relatively inside the conversion container 1 by using the two driving gears 44 in meshing transmission to mix the ethanol water solution and the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain lower ethanol water layer and upper rice bran oil layer containing fatty acid sodium layer, discharging the lower ethanol water layer and the upper rice bran oil layer via discharge pipe 16, adding ethanol water solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer, washing to be neutral to obtain washed ethanol water solution and washed rice bran oil layer, and distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
step four, after the filter screen 24 is subjected to filtering treatment, the cleaning assembly 26 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 261 realizes rotation of the threaded rod 265 through the two belt pulleys 266 and the belt 267, the threaded rod 265 drives the connecting part 264 to move on one side of the feed box 21, the movable part 263 drives the cleaning brush 262 to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen 24 in the feed box 21, and impurities in meshes of the filter screen 24 are cleaned through the cleaning brush 262.

introducing an ethanol water solution into the annular material channel 31 through a second feeding pipe 33, spraying the ethanol water solution into a solvent layer by using an atomizing nozzle 32, starting a mixing mechanism 4, driving a driving gear 44 to rotate inside an installation block 43 by an output shaft of a driving motor 42, enabling two material rollers 46 to rotate relatively inside the conversion container 1 by using two driving gears 44 in meshing transmission, mixing the ethanol water solution with the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain a lower ethanol water layer and an upper rice bran oil layer containing a fatty acid sodium layer, respectively discharging the lower ethanol water layer and the upper rice bran oil layer through a discharging pipe 16, adding the ethanol water solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer to wash the upper rice bran oil layer to be neutral, obtaining a washed ethanol water solution and a washed rice bran oil layer, and distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
after filter treatment is carried out on the filter screen 24, the cleaning assembly 26 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 261 realizes rotation of the threaded rod 265 through the two belt pulleys 266 and the belt 267, the threaded rod 265 is utilized to drive the connecting part 264 to move on one side of the feed box 21, the movable part 263 drives the cleaning brush 262 to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen 24 in the feed box 21, and impurities in meshes of the filter screen 24 are cleaned by the cleaning brush 262.

step three, introducing an ethanol aqueous solution into the annular material channel (31) through a feeding pipe II (33), spraying the ethanol aqueous solution into a solvent layer by using an atomizing spray head (32), starting a mixing mechanism (4), driving a driving gear (44) to rotate inside an installation block (43) by an output shaft of a driving motor (42), enabling two material rollers (46) to rotate relatively inside the conversion container (1) by using two driving gears (44) in meshing transmission, mixing the ethanol aqueous solution with the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain a lower ethanol water layer and an upper rice bran oil layer containing a fatty acid sodium layer, discharging the lower ethanol water layer and the upper rice bran oil layer respectively through a discharging pipe (16), adding the ethanol aqueous solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer, washing the rice bran oil layer to be neutral to obtain a washed ethanol aqueous solution and a washed rice bran oil layer, distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
step four, after the filter screen (24) is subjected to filtering treatment, the cleaning assembly (26) is started, the output shaft of the servo motor (261) realizes rotation of a threaded rod (265) through two belt pulleys (266) and a belt (267), the threaded rod (265) is utilized to drive the connecting part (264) to move on one side of the feed box (21), the movable part (263) is made to drive the cleaning brush (262) to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen (24) in the feed box (21), and impurities in meshes of the filter screen (24) are cleaned by the cleaning brush (262).
