step two, after the filtered rice bran oil enters the conversion container 1, the rice bran oil enters the material guide plate 19 through the material feed pipe III 17, the rice bran oil is sprayed downwards in the material guide plate 19 through the material discharge nozzle 110, meanwhile, water vapor enters the annular material channel 31 through the material feed pipe II 33, the water vapor in the annular material channel 31 is sprayed through the atomization nozzle 32, the rice bran oil sprayed by the material discharge nozzle 110 passes through the interior of the annular material channel 31, the surface of the rice bran oil is fully contacted with the atomized water vapor, phospholipid and water in the rice bran oil are combined to dissolve, the rice bran oil in the conversion container 1 is subjected to standing layering, a lower water gel layer is discharged through the material discharge pipe 16, and an upper solvent layer is left in the conversion container 1;
step three, introducing an ethanol aqueous solution into the annular material channel 31 through a feed pipe II 33, spraying the ethanol aqueous solution into a solvent layer by utilizing an atomization nozzle 32, starting a mixing mechanism 4, driving an output shaft of a driving motor 42 to drive a driving gear 44 to rotate in an installation block 43, enabling two material rollers 46 to rotate relatively in a conversion container 1 by utilizing two driving gears 44 in a meshed transmission manner, enabling the ethanol aqueous solution to be mixed with the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain a lower ethanol aqueous layer and an upper rice bran oil layer containing a sodium fatty acid layer, respectively discharging the lower ethanol aqueous layer and the upper rice bran oil layer through a discharge pipe 16, adding the ethanol aqueous solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer to wash the upper rice bran oil layer to be neutral, obtaining a washed ethanol aqueous solution and a washed rice bran oil layer, and distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
step four, after the filter screen 24 performs filtering treatment, the cleaning assembly 26 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 261 realizes rotation of the threaded rod 265 through the two belt pulleys 266 and the belt 267, the threaded rod 265 is utilized to drive the connecting portion 264 to move on one side of the feed box 21, the movable portion 263 drives the cleaning brush 262 to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen 24 in the feed box 21, and impurities in meshes of the filter screen 24 are cleaned by the cleaning brush 262.

The working principle of the rice bran oil refining and converting device is as follows: when the rice bran oil refining device is used, rice bran oil is introduced into a feed box 21 through a feed pipe 6, the rice bran oil enters a discharge plate 23, falls on the surface of a filter screen 24 through discharge holes at the bottom of the discharge plate 23, the solid impurities in the rice bran oil are filtered through the filter screen 24, the filtered rice bran oil falls below the filter screen 24, a lifting pump 25 is opened, and the filtered rice bran oil in the feed box 21 is pumped into a conversion container 1 through a pumping pipe 27 and a first feed pipe 22 for refining conversion processing;
after entering the conversion container 1, the filtered rice bran oil enters the material guide plate 19 through the material feed pipe III 17, the rice bran oil is sprayed downwards in the material guide plate 19 through the material discharge nozzle 110, meanwhile, water vapor enters the annular material channel 31 through the material feed pipe II 33, the water vapor in the annular material channel 31 is sprayed through the atomizing nozzle 32, the rice bran oil sprayed by the material discharge nozzle 110 passes through the interior of the annular material channel 31, so that the surface of the rice bran oil is fully contacted with the atomized water vapor, phospholipid and water in the rice bran oil are combined for dissolution, the rice bran oil in the conversion container 1 is subjected to standing layering, a lower water gel layer is discharged through the material discharge pipe 16, and an upper solvent layer is left in the conversion container 1;
introducing an ethanol aqueous solution into the annular material channel 31 through a second feed pipe 33, spraying the ethanol aqueous solution into a solvent layer by utilizing an atomization nozzle 32, starting a mixing mechanism 4, driving an output shaft of a driving motor 42 to drive a driving gear 44 to rotate in an installation block 43, enabling two material rollers 46 to rotate relatively in a conversion container 1 by utilizing two driving gears 44 in meshed transmission, enabling the ethanol aqueous solution to be mixed with the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain a lower ethanol aqueous layer and an upper rice bran oil layer containing a fatty acid sodium layer, respectively discharging the lower ethanol aqueous layer and the upper rice bran oil layer through a discharge pipe 16, adding ethanol aqueous solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer to wash the upper rice bran oil layer to be neutral, obtaining a washed ethanol aqueous solution and a washed rice bran oil layer, and distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
after the filter screen 24 is subjected to filtering treatment, the cleaning assembly 26 is started, the output shaft of the servo motor 261 realizes rotation of the threaded rod 265 through the two belt pulleys 266 and the belt 267, the threaded rod 265 is utilized to drive the connecting portion 264 to move on one side of the feed box 21, the movable portion 263 drives the cleaning brush 262 to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen 24 in the feed box 21, and impurities inside meshes of the filter screen 24 are cleaned by the cleaning brush 262.

The atomization assembly (3) comprises an annular material channel (31), an atomization nozzle (32) and a second feeding pipe (33), the surface of the annular material channel (31) is fixedly connected with the inside of the conversion container (1), the atomization nozzle (32) is arranged on the inner wall of the annular material channel (31) at equal intervals, the inside of the atomization nozzle (32) is communicated with the inside of the annular material channel (31), one end of the second feeding pipe (33) is fixedly connected with the surface of the annular material channel (31), the inside of the second feeding pipe (33) is communicated with the inside of the annular material channel (31), and one end of the second feeding pipe (33) penetrates through the conversion container (1) and extends to the outside of the conversion container (1);
the mixing mechanism (4) comprises a fixed box (41), a driving motor (42), a mounting block (43), driving gears (44), driving shafts (45) and a material roller (46), one side of the fixed box (41) is fixedly connected with one side of the mounting block (43), one side of the mounting block (43) is fixedly connected with one side of a conversion container (1), the driving motor (42) is fixedly connected with the inside of the fixed box (41), one end of an output shaft of the driving motor (42) penetrates through the mounting block (43) and extends to the inside of the mounting block (43), two driving gears (44) are arranged in the inside of the mounting block (43), the surfaces of the two driving gears (44) are in meshed transmission, the two driving gears (44) are fixedly connected with the driving shafts (45), one end of the output shaft of the driving motor (42) extending to the inside of the mounting block (43) is fixedly connected with one end of one driving shaft (45) through a coupler, one end of the driving shaft (45) penetrates through the mounting block (43) and the conversion container (1) and extends to the inside of the conversion container (1) and extends to the two driving shafts (45) and is connected with one end of the conversion container (1) and the inner wall (1) which extends to the inner wall of the conversion container (1), the surfaces of the two driving shafts (45) positioned in the conversion container (1) are fixedly connected with a material roller (46);

step one, rice bran oil is introduced into a feed box (21) through a feed pipe (6), the rice bran oil enters a discharge plate (23), the rice bran oil falls on the surface of a filter screen (24) through discharge holes at the bottom of the discharge plate (23), solid impurities in the rice bran oil are filtered through the filter screen (24), the filtered rice bran oil falls below the filter screen (24), a lifting pump (25) is opened, and the filtered rice bran oil in the feed box (21) is pumped into a conversion container (1) through a pumping pipe (27) and a first feed pipe (22) for refining conversion processing;
step two, after entering the inside of the conversion container (1), the filtered rice bran oil enters a material guide plate (19) through a material feeding pipe III (17), the rice bran oil is sprayed downwards in the material guide plate (19) through a material discharging spray nozzle (110), meanwhile, water vapor enters the inside of an annular material channel (31) through a material feeding pipe II (33), the water vapor in the annular material channel (31) is sprayed through an atomization spray nozzle (32), the rice bran oil sprayed by the material discharging spray nozzle (110) passes through the inside of the annular material channel (31) to enable the surface of the rice bran oil to be fully contacted with the atomized water vapor, phospholipid and water in the rice bran oil are combined to be dissolved, the rice bran oil in the conversion container (1) is subjected to standing layering, a lower water gel layer is discharged through a material discharging pipe (16), and an upper solvent layer is left in the conversion container (1);
step three, introducing an ethanol aqueous solution into the annular material channel (31) through a feed pipe II (33), spraying the ethanol aqueous solution into a solvent layer by utilizing an atomization nozzle (32), starting a mixing mechanism (4), driving an output shaft of a driving motor (42) to drive a driving gear (44) to rotate in a mounting block (43), enabling two material rollers (46) to rotate relatively in a conversion container (1) by utilizing two driving gears (44) which are meshed with each other, enabling the ethanol aqueous solution to be mixed with the solvent layer, standing and layering the solvent layer to obtain a lower ethanol aqueous layer and an upper rice bran oil layer containing a fatty acid sodium layer, respectively discharging the lower ethanol aqueous layer and the upper rice bran oil layer through a discharge pipe (16), adding the ethanol aqueous solution with the same concentration into the upper rice bran oil layer to wash to be neutral, obtaining a washed ethanol aqueous solution and a washed rice bran oil layer, and distilling the washed rice bran oil layer to obtain rice bran oil;
step four, after filter screen (24) carries out filtration treatment, start clearance subassembly (26), servo motor (261) output shaft passes through two belt pulleys (266) and belt (267) and realizes the rotation of threaded rod (265), utilize threaded rod (265) to drive connecting portion (264) and move in one side of workbin (21), make movable portion (263) drive cleaning brush (262) at the upper surface of filter screen (24) slip in the inside of workbin (21), utilize cleaning brush (262) to clear up the inside impurity of mesh of filter screen (24).
