Abstract
The transfer method of the box body with the wheels can be suitable for transferring various box bodies with the wheels, thereby realizing the transfer mode of vertically lifting and positioning the box body and horizontally conveying, and meeting the requirement of goods transfer between vertical conveying lines with drop height. Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for transferring a box body with wheels, which aims to solve the existing problems and provides a design of a novel tray conveying device so as to be suitable for transferring various box bodies with wheels. The transfer device realizes the transfer mode of vertical lifting positioning box bodies and horizontal conveying, and meets the requirement of goods transfer between vertical fall conveying lines.
In order to achieve the design purpose, the transfer method of the belt wheel box body is adopted. The method comprises the following implementation steps:
1) tray upper part
In the initial transferring state, the belt wheel box body is conveyed to a fixed tray, and a stop on the fixed tray limits the parking position of the box body;
2) jacking positioning
The transverse conveying assembly and the jacking tray are simultaneously jacked upwards to the maximum height through a hydraulic mechanism of the lifting assembly, and the jacking rod jacks and positions the belt wheel box body;
3) horizontal transport
The transverse conveying assembly can horizontally convey the jacking tray, the fixed tray and the box body to the next station together;
4) transportment
The belt wheel box body is transferred to another conveying line, the lifting assembly descends, the transverse conveying assembly horizontally returns to an initial station, and the next transferring process is waited to be implemented.
In the above steps, the fixed tray has a plurality of perforations uniformly and symmetrically distributed, the jacking tray is provided with a plurality of symmetrically installed jacking rods, each jacking rod is connected to the perforations through a guide rail, and the top ends of the jacking rods are provided with anti-skid pads.
In the horizontal conveying step, the driving motor of the driving assembly transmits the torque force of the motor to the double-row chain, and the belt wheel box body and the fixed tray which are jacked up are driven by the jacking tray to be conveyed to the next station along the transverse direction.
In the horizontal conveying step, the driving chain wheel and the tensioning chain wheel at the end of the conveying long shaft of the driving assembly of the horizontal conveying assembly are wound to drive the double-row chain to run, and the horizontal conveying assembly bears the conveying and transferring of the jacking tray, the fixed tray and the belt wheel box body together along the horizontal direction.
In summary, the transfer method of the pulley box body has the following advantages:
1. the full-process automatic operation of the transshipment of the goods on the pallet, positioning and conveying is realized, manual intervention and assistance are not needed, the on-site transshipment operation efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the labor is saved to the maximum extent, and the operation cost is reduced.

3. The jacking positioning structure for the box body is stable in positioning and can protect the box body from collision and damage.
4. The transfer between the transfer chain that can satisfy to have vertical drop, a tractor serves several purposes.
5. The whole structure is simple and easy to operate, and the on-site maintenance of the equipment is convenient.

The anti-slip mat 5 is arranged at the top end of the jacking rod 2, the fixed tray 10 and the belt wheel box 50 borne above the fixed tray 10 can be jacked up when the jacking rod 2 jacks up, the anti-slip mat 5 is in contact with the bottom of the belt wheel box 50 to play a role in anti-slip and preventing transverse displacement, and the jacking rod 2 can be guaranteed to stably jack up the fixed tray 10.
The transverse conveying assembly 30 is provided with a rack assembly 8 and a driving assembly 9, a double-row chain 7 is arranged on the rack assembly 8, and the jacking tray 20 is integrally connected with the double-row chain 7;
the driving motor 31 of the driving assembly 9 transmits the motor torque force to the double-row chain 7, so that the belt wheel box body 50 and the fixed tray 10 which are lifted up are conveyed to the next station along the transverse direction under the driving of the lifting tray 20.
The lifting assembly 40 is provided with a cargo carrying platform 11 at the top, an underframe 14 at the bottom, a lifting arm 12 arranged between the two and a link mechanism consisting of an oil cylinder and a hydraulic station 13; the loading platform 11 is driven to reciprocate vertically by the oil cylinder and the hydraulic station 13, and finally the operation result of the lifting belt wheel box body 50 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, the rack assembly 8 of the transverse conveying assembly 30 comprises an integral frame consisting of a beam weldment 81 and a connecting beam 84, wherein the beam weldment 81 is provided with a double-row chain 7 and an end sprocket assembly 85 for winding the double-row chain 7;
a guide rod 82 is laterally installed at the cross beam weldment 81, and the guide rod 82 provides lateral guide and stop during the lateral movement of the jacking tray 20.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving assembly 9 of the transverse conveying assembly 30 includes a driving motor 31, and a motor sprocket 94, a chain 95, and a conveying long shaft 96 which are driven and connected by the driving motor 31, wherein a driving sprocket 97 at the shaft end of the conveying long shaft 96 and a tension sprocket 98 are wound and drive the duplex chain 7 to run, and finally, the conveying and the transferring of the transverse conveying assembly 30, which carries the jacking tray 20, the fixed tray 10, and the pulley box 50, along the horizontal direction are realized through the duplex chain 7.
During the transfer process as shown in fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 shows the pallet loading operation, in which the lifting pallet 20 is at the lowest position, and the wheeled box 50 can be directly fed into the fixed pallet 10 from the ground 3 until it stops at the stop 6.
Fig. 3 shows the working state of pallet conveying, and the transverse conveying assembly 30 and the jacking pallet 20 are simultaneously jacked upwards to the maximum height by the hydraulic mechanism of the lifting assembly 40, and the acting point of the pulley box 50 is changed from four wheels thereof to the jacking rod 2, so that the transverse conveying assembly 30 can horizontally convey the jacking pallet 20, the fixed pallet 10 and the box 50 to the next station together, i.e. the transfer of the pulley box 50 between conveying lines is smoothly realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, on the basis of applying the structural design of the above wheeled box transfer device, the present application realizes a new wheeled box transfer method, which includes the following implementation steps:
1) tray upper part
In the initial transferring state, the belt wheel box body 50 is conveyed to the fixed tray 10, and the stop 6 on the fixed tray 10 can accurately limit the parking position of the box body 50;
2) jacking positioning
The transverse conveying assembly 30 and the jacking tray 20 are simultaneously jacked upwards to the maximum height through a hydraulic mechanism of the lifting assembly 40, and the jacking rod 2 jacks and positions the belt wheel box body 50;
3) horizontal transport
The transverse conveying assembly 30 can horizontally convey the jacking tray 20, the fixed tray 10 and the box body 50 to the next station together;
4) transportment
The pulley box 50 is transferred to another conveying line, the lifting assembly 40 descends, and the transverse conveying assembly 30 horizontally returns to the initial station to wait for the next transfer process.
As in the method of transferring the wheeled case described above,
the fixed tray 10 is provided with a plurality of through holes 1 which are uniformly and symmetrically distributed, the jacking tray 20 is provided with a plurality of symmetrically arranged jacking rods 2, each jacking rod 2 is connected with the through hole 1 through a guide rail 4, and the guide rail 4 provides vertical path motion guide in the process that the jacking rod 2 penetrates through the through hole 1.
The anti-slip mat 5 is arranged at the top end of the jacking rod 2, the fixed tray 10 and the belt wheel box 50 borne above the fixed tray 10 can be jacked up when the jacking rod 2 jacks up, the anti-slip mat 5 is in contact with the bottom of the belt wheel box 50 to play a role in anti-slip and preventing transverse displacement, and the jacking rod 2 can be guaranteed to stably jack up the fixed tray 10.
The transverse conveying assembly 30 is provided with a rack assembly 8 and a driving assembly 9, a double-row chain 7 is arranged on the rack assembly 8, and the jacking tray 20 is integrally connected with the double-row chain 7;
the driving motor 31 of the driving assembly 9 transmits the motor torque force to the double-row chain 7, so that the belt wheel box body 50 and the fixed tray 10 which are lifted up are conveyed to the next station along the transverse direction under the driving of the lifting tray 20.
The lifting assembly 40 is provided with a cargo carrying platform 11 at the top, an underframe 14 at the bottom, a lifting arm 12 arranged between the two and a link mechanism consisting of an oil cylinder and a hydraulic station 13; the loading platform 11 is driven to reciprocate vertically by the oil cylinder and the hydraulic station 13, and finally the operation result of the lifting belt wheel box body 50 is achieved.
The rack assembly 8 of the transverse conveying assembly 30 comprises an integral frame consisting of a cross beam weldment 81 and a connecting beam 84, wherein the cross beam weldment 81 is provided with a double-row chain 7 and an end chain wheel assembly 85 for winding the double-row chain 7; a guide rod 82 is laterally installed at the cross beam weldment 81, and the guide rod 82 provides lateral guide and stop during the lateral movement of the jacking tray 20.
The driving assembly 9 of the transverse conveying assembly 30 includes a driving motor 31, and a motor sprocket 94, a chain 95 and a conveying long shaft 96 which are driven and connected by the driving motor 31, wherein a driving sprocket 97 at the shaft end of the conveying long shaft 96 and a tensioning sprocket 98 are wound and drive a double-row chain 7 to operate, and finally the conveying and the transferring of the transverse conveying assembly 30, which bears the jacking tray 20, the fixed tray 10 and the pulley box 50, along the horizontal direction are realized through the double-row chain 7.
